It’s always a reliable place for tasty food but it was quite loud and we were seated in the middle of the room- it seemed like people were always banging into our chairs like we were in the way. The waitress was great, but the people who delivered the food were border-line rude.

My reservation was not honored. We arrived on time and were told to sit at the bar. When I communicated we wanted a table we were told we need to wait 10-15 minutes. There were several tables available in sight, they were not visibly very busy. We left and went to another restaurant.

Food had to be sent back twice for not being prepared correctly. Rice was hard and in clumps that was white instead of fried rice. Very few people in the restaurant and yet the food was subpar. This is the second bad experience at this location and I have stopped going to the in Rochester Hills because it was lack luster. Now the one in Troy. I won’t be back. PFChangs was a staple for me, not anymore.
