   Overall, the food was quite good - dumplings followed by beef and broccoli- and our server was friendly. I like this PF Chang’s location at the Tysons II mall better than others because of the ambiance and it is never too crowded.

   Food quality seemed to be less than other PF Changs. Calamari was chewy, chicken dish was a little overcooked. Probably just an off night.

    I put in the reservation and advised it was my birthday.the gentleman that waited on us didn't acknowledge it even though the birthday bags sat at the end of the table. Didn't ask if we wanted any dessert just brought us the check. I had kung pao chicken and it was hardly any chicken. Not a very good experience after having not been there since Covid-19 outbreak.

    Not the best experience. We have been going to P.F. Chang’s since it made its debut in the DC area. It was a reliable staple of excellent food and service. I think that the focus on quality is not where it used to be. Unfortunately, it is in the shadow of where it used to be. Nice place, but quality is just going down.

    Our server was excellent and that made the experience a 5 star but unfortunately the classic dishes have changed they do not taste good, most of the items are fried and the quantities are smaller. But the service from the hostess to our server was 5 stars!! We have been going since it opened in Tyson’s and the food has been up and down over the years it was delicious two years ago and now it’s declined. Hope it can be fixed.

    I hadn’t been to PF Changs in over five years, they have definitely upped their service and food. I was quite impressed all around and look forward to going there again. Highly recommend others to try it.

    The only issue was it took 30 minutes to get my bottled beer that I ordered. The other 2 in my party winter martini’s came out timely…we all ordered our drinks at the same time. The apps came out a while before my beer! I had to inquire about it twice. Otherwise service was good.

    Go to lunch there during the week. Sit at the bar. Order from Rich the bartender who's knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and likable. Especially good choices when need that Asian food fix. Nuff said.

    We love PF Chang’s. However, this is our first time dining at this resto and it was nothing but a waste. We reserved here last minute because there was no wait. Food: We ordered the chicken wraps. That one tasted the same as good old quality chicken wraps. Then we ordered the kids lo mein and the adult combo lo mein and I can tell you that I would have paid no more than the value of top ramen for each. Those lo mein were not freshly cooked and they were extremely dry like they were sitting on a heat lamp for awhile. The meat on there were also hard and dry as a leather, overcooked and burnt to perfection. And that was $18 for the adult plate which was also totally flavorless. Top ramen would have more flavor. I also ordered sushi which was delivered when we were almost done with our entire meal. VIBE: The resto also feels like an outdated spot with no good up keep. Compared to other PF Chang’s, this one is at the low end.

    I ordered the fried egg plant and it came as though it had been boiled or steamed vs. fried. Nothing like mushy egg plant. I returned it and ordered a different dish. Edamame had no salt on it whatsoever. For $9.00, you'd think they could afford to put some salt on it. No salt on the table either. Waitress was very nice but no where to be seen most of the time; always had to hunt for her and waive our hand or ask another waiter for assistance. $5.00 uncharge for fried rice vs. plain white rice. Ridiculous. Booth seat wasn't attached and I fell out of the booth when first learning of it. Called the manager over and she seemed to care less about it. She didn't even thank me for reporting it.
