   Despite the fact that it was a holiday, service was cheerful, food arrived quickly and was delicious. Though there were several large parties, the acoustics kept noise to a minimum so we enjoyed a relaxing lunch.

    It had been several years since I last dined at PF Changs and the food did not disappoint! The ambiance was lacking slightly, cannot quite say why. Overall, was a great place to celebrate a birthday with friends.

    My LoMein was delicious... BUT my guest (Honey Chicken) and the takeout she ordered for her husband (Sweet&Sour Chicken) evidently was "moldy." She started to feel ill sick driving home, and by time her husband ate his "takeout" - they both ended up very sick through the next early morning. Before COVID, I ate frequently at PF Chang's and the food was wonderful, even the chicken. This time my guest and her husband spent a very uncomfortable afternoon and evening. Bottomline... I will not eat at your restaurant ever again. I'm sorry to lose one of my favorite spots for myself, and when I bring guests. This was so disappointing.

    We made reservations and the place was 50% full but they sat us way in the back by the kitchen entrance, we asked to move and they reluctantly said ok. It never filled to more than 50%. Our potstickers were burned black and smelt like smoke. Our drinks didn’t arrive until our appetizers which was about 10 minutes.

    Every restaurant that we have ate at is different. We prefer the restaurant at the chandler mall. We have eaten there several times in the pas. We love the beef and broccoli and the moo goo Kai pan. Why aren’t all the menus the same?

    I love PF Changs food . I usually go to Kierland location and order Kung Pao shrimp and it’s always excellent. This time at Waterfront location it was a little too salty and not as crispy. Everything else was great . Service was outstanding!

    We brought our 92 year old mother. She needed a knife, we asked one of the two servers standing and chit chatting. They couldn’t be bothered to get us a knife and told us we had to wait for our waiter. Ian our waiter was great and got us a knife. So those 2 waiters just couldn’t be bothered, there were only 2 tables with patrons

    The service with Brook as our waitress was impeccable!! It was my friend’s birthday and she felt very special with the flame and free dessert. The chef made an older dish for her which was not on the menu and everything was so delicious!! Then they held our food while we went shopping which allowed us to order even more. When I arrived to pick it up there was no delay in retrieving it. They knew exactly who I was which made me feel like we were important to them.

    Server could have done better. She did not ensure the request for gluten free entree was ordered as such and friend had severe allergic reaction. We made special trip to PF Chang's because their menu meets all her allergy avoidance needs. She also did not return credit cards for two of the party, one of whom had an early flight and we have to mail back her card, and had to make a 40 minute trip to return to the restaurant before our flight.

    We were seated quickly but then waited a long time for anyone to come take our order or bring us water. She. The waitress finally did show she asked us for a drink and appetizer order. Then we waited again a very lengthy amount of time for both. It was not busy at all. It the service was extremely slow.

    The gentleman who greated us did not seem to display a lot of energy or enthusiasm he had an overall negative vibe I arrived at 11:30 and was surprised to see dirty tables with food sitting on them I mentioned this to him which he did not seem to favor Although he was not doinng anything else since the place was empty, it took him 10 min mutes before he cleared the table Further me toned to him I wanted to dine outside but told me it was closed and did not seem to care or explain why The tofu veggie plate did not have any flavor and would not recommend When it came time to lay I was informed to scan the code and pay myself in my phone When I mebtined I preferred the traditional way I got some push back from my server As a result of this experience I will not done there again
