We haven't been here in a while and did not like the new menu options. There are no white sauces; everything is garlic, sesame or spicy. They do have a secret (former) menu with the prior menu options, so I was able to order something that I liked. My daughter ordered Sesame Chicken and did not like the sauce at all.

Upon arriving, we were told that even though we used Open Table to make our reservations, they don’t get the reservations via Open Table. Huh? When asked what happens if they’re busy, the hostess just shrugged! I would confirm your reservation by phone if you want to guarantee you actually have a reservation! We were fortunate, they were not too busy and they were able to seat us right away. Food was great and our server , Sasha was delightful. Because it wasn’t busy, food came out fast and in the proper sequence. One last observation, the place could use a good “deep” cleaning.

This is a good restaurant to meet with old friends as was the case of our most recent visit. We were all acquainted with the menu so choosing our favorite was easy. I chose the Fried Dumplings which were made with Shrimp this time. I am always torn between the Dumplings and Crab Rangoons. They both are pretty good. I also chose the Pad Thai which was a new item on the menu. It was good as well. It was served with Tofu and noodles. I’ve been eating at PF Chang for a many years and it was as usual, a pleasant experience sharing a meal around the table with old friends

Our server Katie was sweet, attentive, knowledgeable. She asked right away if we had any food allergies, asked if it was a special occasion, got a tiny bowl of water for our service dog and was an all around asset to the restaurant. I’d like to see the three sauces that used to get mixed at the table for chicken lettuce wraps come back. The honey shrimp was spicier than I remember it. The experience was repeatable because of our outstanding service. Thanks Katie!

Good food and service. Unfortunately they did not have the reservation we made on Open Table. They said they don’t receive them and reservations need to be made through their own website. I was unable to find any way to report this to Open Table.

Service was really slow even though it wasn’t that busy. I was told at the front desk not to use Open Table to make a reservation because she said it didn’t connect to their system anymore. It sounded like if they were full we wouldn’t have had a table. The menu on Open Table isn’t updated - of course they removed my favorite item. Food was OK. But the bill was wrong both times we got it. The first one didn’t take into account the 3 course meal for two deal. And the second one charged us extra for what we ordered and for the kids drink. But because we just wanted to leave we just paid it. We waited two long for the first two checks. I don’t think we’ll be back.

The service we received on this visit was just excellent! We were a party of six and we asked to be served family style (all dishes placed in middle of table and shared). Our server complied with this, and every request we made, with a smile and a polite response. She made our dinner a pleasure. She was supported by others who delivered our food. Everything was very good.

The staff is always wonderful. The food is usually good. I ordered the pad Thai with shrimp. I was expecting nice, succulent shrimp but instead got quarter-sized pieces of rubber. Although I would recommend the dish, I highly recommend the tofu, or perhaps the chicken is good (I didn’t try it). The lettuce wraps were good as usual as was my husband’s Kung pow.
