   We didn’t all get menus when we entered it seemed that the staff was ignoring our table after there was a misunderstanding about family sharing and the lunch special which we have done before with the group of 8. The server was impatient and said he only worked there - I don’t appreciate that sentiment at all restaurant like this. Your restaurant is rated as $$$ and not low end so to make a statement like that feels lazy, unprofessional and a lack of understanding for our concerns. We came for a business lunch, we are professionals from a financial firm with my boss visiting from Europe so needless to say it left a bad taste in his mouth as he didn’t really enjoy his time there when we as a team were hyping your place up (considering we were there before and treated well). To say also we are giving away food is also an ignorant statement and made us feel like we were the problem when obviously there is miscommunication between OpenTable and your menu. I truly enjoy the food and ambience here and have been here and other locations on my personal visits with friends and spent much more here so didn’t expect this rude behaviour. I asked to speak to a manager but the server said she would bring but they never came to apologize or clear up any misunderstanding’s. Definitely won’t visit this location which is a shame. I don’t need over the top service but expect some basic quality behaviour when dealing with professionals in a busy downtown area. Taking our business elsewhere that is more respectful and attentive.

   Our experience was amazing the front desk lady Amal was so flexible since we were a bit late they also had amazing service thanks to our server Collin and the food was amazing as well a 10/10 experience!

   Great service- Darell G offered great pizza recommendations. The God Mother pizza was delicious. Lunch special is a good deal: includes pizza, half an appetizer plus choice of two desserts. The tiramisu was excellent. Great spot for lunch.

   Jill was amazing waitress, we felt taken care of. Yh hlwhole staff was amazing, food was delicious, amd the decor was great. Will definitely be back.

   It was a great experience. Only downside was where we were seated. The table was practically right at the entrance to the basement and we were constantly being hit/brushed as people walked into the room.

    I had very high expectations for Piano Piano but was a bit disappointed by the experience overall. Food was tasty but very rich. I had the lunch special which was good value for a nice sit down lunch Downtown. Pretty good, not blown away.
