    The caviar and crueller appetizer is a must! My first time trying caviar and I LOVED it! We’ve been to this Piano Piano location several times and the food and vibes are always on point! A favourite of our group’s!

    I celebrated Mothers Day with my 97 year old mother. Everyone was wonderful! The service was excellent! Ben helped my mother into the restaurant while I parked the car. So Cheerful! Katie our waitress was delightful and showed the perfect amount of tentativeness! The managers were perfect too. All the staff seemed so happy! On the way out, the manager even cleared the back hallway so that it was easy for my mom to exit! Accessible washroom too! The FOOD was OUTSTANDING! We will return! Everything was freshly homemade! The smoked salmon and Mother’s Day special menu was perfectly wonderful. Especially the cheese filled Pane Fritos - I hope to see them on the regular menu!

    I took my mom here for her birthday dinner, and made reservations for 7 pm. When we walked in, we were told that a previous table was still sitting, and we would have to wait. I thought that was incredibly odd, since I had made the reservation for 7, exactly. If anything, the staff should’ve informed the previous table that there was a time limit. To add to that, we were told by someone I assume was the manager, in a very casual, unprofessional way that the ‘table before you was just billed out, it’s all about when they actually get up’. I worked in the service industry for 8 years, and we were always trained to talk to guests in the most accommodating, and professional way. We also always had tables ready for guest reservations. We ended up being seated right next to the bar. During dinner, multiple servers came to lean on and around the bar to chat amongst each other. It was very uncomfortable, and felt like we didn’t have any privacy. No one wants to eat dinner, and have their immediate view be of servers chatting right in front of them. Finally, as we left the restaurant, we walked right past two workers and didn’t hear a single ‘thank you’ or goodbye. The food was good, but the atmosphere and service failed to match.
