If there’s a common thread that runs through Piano Piano, it’s a deep-seated soulfulness and sensuality that’s at once warm, welcoming and just plain fun. The Italian restaurant you always wished was just around the corner is delighted to meet you.

Great food and great atmosphere! The service was fantastic. Although we had a reservation and were 10 mins late, we had to wait approximately 40 mins for our table. They made it up to us by covering our dessert and sparkling water, although my understanding was that dessert was complimentary for my wife’s bday anyways. I suppose for anyone looking to celebrate an occasion, first check if they provide dessert gratis.
Anyways, we had a fantastic time at a great restaurant, and loved the food!

The cocktails and food were delicious and the server was friendly. They don’t rush you. Especially enjoyed the chopped salad, brussel sprouts and poached scallops.

Heard great things about this restaurant and was excited to experience the menu; however, this was not the case, by a long shot.

I attended this restaurant on Valentine's day after making a reservation almost a month in advance. When I arrived, and was seated at my table, I was immediately (to my surprise) provided a pre-set menu in which I instantly received the starter... One thing I would like to point out is that the starter was not delivered in the condition to be shared by two individuals. The bread alone was super oily and difficult to even break apart.

That being said, after looking over the limited pre-set menu (and already receiving the complimentary drinks and food (without even discussing the options with the waiter) I decided to just go with it. This was the biggest mistake. The food was scarce for two people, was unappealing, and it truly felt like the restaurant was taking advantage of the customers. I only say this because I noticed the table beside me voicing the same concerns about the food and unrealistic cost.

While I could go on and on about my experience I will keep this short and say I truly believe that this restaurant dropped the ball with the level of quality and lack 'options' by using a pre-set menu. I'm not one to complain about 'cost' but I've never had an experience where a restaurant has truly disappointed me.

I would't recommend this restaurant given my experience; however, would give them the benefit of the doubt that their 'real' menu may live up to the reputation i've heard of; I hope.

It was my first time at Piano Piano. I heard many great things about the restaurant therefore I thought checking it out on a less busy night would be a good idea. I went on a Tuesday evening with my boyfriend and we had an incredible evening. The food, service, drinks and atmosphere was great! The restaurant truly accommodates everyone and also a great place to host large groups. Great for date nights, groups, girls/guys night out.
I will definitely be back and spread the word!

Service was poor and slow. Server wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu and it seemed he had no interest in our table. The bartender was nice and picked up slack from the server. Wrote in the reservation notes that it was a birthday but the server was unaware of it. Food was good and worth trying. However, the overall service, coupled with the fact that there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom stalls dampened the evening.

I was introduced to this place by a friend and quickly made another reservation to bring my fiancee here for Valentine's Day. The food and service is great and the place has a nice vibe! Highly recommend the wood fire mushroom and the meatballs!

All was very good, but my only complaint is the same one I had last time we were there: The lock on one of the women's WC stall is STILL not fixed, and paper towels (you used to have really nice ones!) would be nice for drying one's face after rinsing one's lips and mouth. (It's a little difficult sticking one's face under the dryer.)
