   Piatti is always excellent. Sat in the atrium which is noisy by nature. Prefer to be outside or in main restaurant/bar. Service was perfect and food came out quickly.

   I was invited there once for lunch with a friend. Since then, I've been enchanted by the flavors of the food, warm and friendly service and quality farm-to-table ingredients. During my last visit, my partner, who's vegetarian, ordered the plant-base bolognese lasagna and cleaned his plate! The layers of lasagna were thoughtfully crafted with fresh ingredients, tasted homemade and topped with melted with cheese presented perfectly delicate brown craters. I ordered the saffron spaghetti with extra shrimp. It was my second time ordering this dish, and once again, it was delightful to have the al dente texture in a zesty lightly creamy sauce and seared shrimp with a hint of lemon. We both ordered the pear bread pudding that was decent, though a bit dry in texture. I do prefer an ambiance that's a bit less stimulating than Piatti's. There are two big TVs, some music in the background, the usual guest chatter and a bar inside the restaurant. It was all a bit too lively for my taste, though it didn't take away from the enjoyment. Nemo was our waiting staff who patiently answered our questions about menu items, was attentive but not intrusive and friendly yet professional. He was the most gracious host.

   Outstanding experience with my business partners. I found Piatti on line as I was researching restaurants that were vegetarian friendly for my Partners. Since I was traveling it was a challenge but glad I decided on this location. Everyone was beyond impressed and satisfied with the food and location. The food is AMAZING!

   We had an enjoyable dinner with an excellent server.Unless you eat in the atrium (where we did) or outside, there is a feeling of being in a sports bar. The food was excellent though somewhat long in coming.

   We had a 7pm reservation on a Sunday. We chose the patio due to the warm weather. The patio tables were nearly full. The hostess took us to our table and, because it was very busy, asked us if we wanted any drinks or appetizers so she could relay that to our server. We were impressed with the teamwork. Our server was super friendly and did not show any sign of being in a hurry. We ordered the Piatti Cabernet Sauvignon, and were very pleased with it. The food as always was delicious. We would have loved to order dessert, but ate too much of the delicious bread and olive oil dip. It was a great way to spend our 17th wedding anniversary.

   I’ve eaten at Piatti numerous times. The food is consistent and the service has generally been above average. My party of three sat in the patio area where normally a water feature pleasantly counters traffic noise. Unfortunately, the fountain wasn’t operating. The service was adequate, but the servers who actually brought our food said absolutely nothing to us…just put the plates down and walked away…I was underwhelmed.

    As always, dining at Piatti Sacramento was very enjoyable. The chef had a wonderful mascarpone polenta on the menu as a side dish, which I was able to substitute (at a small up charge) for pasta in another dish. Absolutely as delicious as I imagined! Their excellent house Chardonnay is a bonus!
