Boasting glamorous wood panelling, diamond cut mirrors, a spacious marble-topped bar area, and greenery throughout the main restaurant guests can relax watching the chefs in action in the open kitchen. With an exclusive menu taking guests on a journey of taste using the finest ingredients across Italy, guests can experience fish expertly filleted tableside, Fassona beef sourced from Piedmont in North West Italy and authentic Italian pasta dishes like the Carbonara Grande, prepared at the table from a giant pecorino cheese wheel. Great choice any day of the week! Excellent value when using the IR Club rewards - no fee to join. We all had an excellent main & dessert on Thursday. Positive buzz in the air & knowledgable & helpful staff. Thank you

Never had a reason to complain before but my daughter’s birthday lunch was somewhat spoilt by two below average meals. We ordered the Gambas in garlic for £28. What arrived was 9-10 empty shells with maybe 4 pieces of either overcooked or very small prawns. The waiter did give us one meal free but no apology or acknowledgement that the portions were Poor. We went home and cooked another birthday dinner after spending £80 ! Chef and management need to do better. The piccolino brand is a good one.

Great atmosphere, fabulous location and the staff were so nice - friendly, polite and accommodating, however the food did not meet the same expectation as the ambience lead us to believe. We ordered one fritto misto sharing platter but the shell on prawns were overcooked and empty - rest of the fish was reasonable but nothing spoils a meal like disappointment. Also ordered bruschetta classico - but the bread was soggy and the tomatoes were so cold they had obviously only just come out of the fridge - not nice. Our mains were Aubergine parmigiana which consisted of 2 slices of aubergine, no mozzarella, no bread and a measly amount of sauce so another disappointment. Then Linguine vongole; the pasta was cooked well and the sauce was nice but I had shell on vongole which had not opened in the pan & I would have expected these to be removed from my plate. All in all it was sub-standard food which did not meet expectations and not worth the money we paid.

The ambience, food, and wine were excellent. The service was pleasant but not as 'on the ball' as expected. There is room for improvement here, but I will be back!

Whilst the environment of the restaurant is good, the food is somewhat ordinary. The prices for drinks are high. Service charge is at 12.5% which when levied on expensive drinks means the bill is rather high. (My Drinks Menu was grubby and sticky. I was told it was because they are too busy.)
