Our golf group has an annual dinner to end the season. We chose Picnic last year and had such a good time we decided to go again this year. It was the right choice. It is such a fun place with lovely staff, a great atmosphere and fantastic food. We are already planning another get together there.

We went out on Friday night to celebrate our anniversary. The service was great, they were busy, but we weren't in a rush. The only down part was we were seated in front of shelfs and had to move our heads out of the way a few times for someone to reach across.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal with my husband. We ordered numerous tapas from the menu and some cocktails/wine. Everything was fresh and flavourful. Look forward to dining here again and also trying out their sister restaurants, Common Stove and Hog & Penny. Orillia is a very cute town with a vibrant downtown community.

Enjoyed the tapas with a friend - wide selection of items I haven't seen everywhere else - was a great way to try several new foods. Service was attentive without being annoying. Food was 10/10. A little pricey but that seems to be the norm. Will come back!

My friend and I liked that our server who seemed new to the restaurant was able to answer our questions. She brought out glasses of wine to taste so that we could choose our favourite. We both enjoyed the Chianti with our charcuterie board. Very filling great combinations on the board.

What an amazing little restaurant. Food was amazing and we landed on 1/2 price tapas day, so we gorged. It was very busy and noisy inside so be prepared. I'm recommending this place to everyone.

We had a 5:30 reservation. After ordering drinks we were told they’d need the table by 7 and rushed us through every part of the experience. For a tapas restaurant no one wants to feel like they need to be pressured like this. At 6:30 we asked to reorder one of the dishes that we had enjoyed. We were told we could only have it as take out

Found chicken bones in chicken sandwich. Lots of annoying flies in restaurant due to door being open serving curb side patrons. Oysters were perfect and draft beer was cold.

What a gem this restaurant is! It felt welcoming and inviting from the beginning til the end! The staff was so helpful and friendly and answered all questions we had. The atmosphere has a stay and relax vibe. Lastly and most importantly the food was incredible with special detail and ingredient selection to make the foodie in me rejoice. I finished my duck with a giddy feeling that I have uncovered a treasure in my own backyard! Wow! Must try it!

Def my favourite place to go in Orillia, their house red wine is smooth and tasty, the food is fun and designed for sharing. We were 6 people and didn’t hold back on our order, charcuterie, oysters, tapas, house bread, was all delicious and served in good time, hot dishes were hot and fresh. The tinned fish was VERY tasty. We had fun with our server and were seen to by the owner who stopped by for a chat and topped up our glasses. I’ll be back again :)

The tapas plates were all very interesting and flavourful.. who would have know a tin of anchovies on bread would be so subtle and exquisite! Plus, the grilled cheese mushroom sandwich was just amazing. Definitely found the wine list reasonably priced and interesting.
