   Best gin martinis in town. I must have a meatball every visit. They are so tender and flavorful. The osso bucco with fettuccine was so savory. We had to order an extra side of noodles to soak up the gravy. It was my husband's birthday, so he was gifted a delicious canolli, which was yummy. The shell was crunchy, and filling was light yet delightful.

   Wonderful service by hostess and since it was my birthday celebration we received a wonderful booth. We started with the Garbage Salad which is an off menu special. It is iceberg lettuce, tomato, avocado, heart of palm & very large shrimp in a fantastic caesar dressing. I ordered the eggplant Parmigiana which is not breaded-my style. Great pomodoro sauce & cheese. My husband had the Osso Buco which was outstanding with fettuccine noodles. We loved every bite. For dessert they brought a delicious large cannoli and it was terrific! Highly recommend Pieros for an old school wonderful Italian dinner.

   Our first time to Piero’s and we were impressed with the amazing staff and especially waiter Shaun. He epitomizes why Vegas is the best at service! And of course our delicious dinner is also why they’re celebrating 41 years in business. Once I finish my tasty leftovers, I’ll be looking forward to our next visit.

    Our first time at Pieros. We had a very good time. Sat in the Monkey Bar and experienced the live music. It was entertaining. The lead singer made every song sound the same regardless of whether it was Frank Sinatra, The Beatles or Bill Joel. We had a bottle of wine, 2 entrees, a salad, a starter and shared a tiramisu. The food was delicious. All in $300. The servers were all very professional and very informed regarding the menu. If I were to make one criticism it would be that the main waiter responsible for our table seemed to be stretched a little thin and sometimes we were left waiting. We would go back.

    Never disappointed here. Old world Vegas restaurant with exceptional service and food. We have eaten here for many years when we travel to LV, skipped a couple of times for new restaurants, but went back and it's better than we remember it!!!!!! Love This place!!!

    Great overall dinner, food quality and service. Got scammed though in ordering 4 crab claws that got brought to table for appetizer only to find out we got charged $30 for EACH one, causing the total dinner cost to be double.

    We had a very enjoyable evening with our friends at Pieros. The service was excellent, the drinks were great and the food was delicious. It’s a good thing we were staying at the Marriott Timeshare because the portions were large and we had the leftovers for lunch the next day! I would highly recommend Piero’s

    Great dark, classic steakhouse vibe. Table size was a little crowded with drinks and entrees and sides, but we made it work. We all had a different entree. Caesar Salad was excellent, perfectly dressed. Short ribs were a little tough in some spots, very flavorful overall. One NY was underdone based on order taken, but eaten as is. Brussel Sprouts were not my favorite here, too tough. Salmon was excellent and second NY was perfectly cooked. Great zinfandel was served, not sure which one? $500 for four entrees, one salad, two sides, wine and beer and no dessert.

    What's not to like about this place? My partner was in seventh heaven when we got there. I have never seen this restaurant listed as a romantic place to go, but I'd put it up there with anyplace I've ever been. I really can't quibble about anything, but there were a few Italian dishes that I would have liked to see on the menu that weren't there. Other than that, this restaurant is highly recommended. Food, service and ambience all get five stars.

    What a great restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food was prepared to perfection. I had the Osso Buco and my wife had the Dover Sole which was deboned table side. Kenny was our waiter and I cannot say enough good things about this gentlemen. He made our evening very special. We were visiting from Atlanta but will make a point of dining at Piero's the next time we are in Las Vegas.

    Piero’s is the perfect place to enjoy dining with the feel of Las Vegas at it’s best!! Complimentary Valet meets you as you enter!! The service is excellent at the hostess desk! We like having a glass of bubbly, wine or a cocktail before dinner with bartender Ryan Bruce! The menu has every cuisine you would desire! The basket of hot bread and house salad start off the experience. We ordered our favorite Italian dished which were delicious! I highly recommend Piero’s Restaurant!!

    I’ve been coming to Piero’s for 25 years and the service has declined tremendously. Im a 51 yr old Las Vegas native. I’m from the old-school tip valet out in front 20 on the way in, 40 out, 100 to the hostess to be tucked into the dining room south of the bar where we did have a nice booth, but surrounded by large parties, and the noise level was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation with my date. I guess I’m just disappointed in the fact that everything that used to be considered old Vegas is dying if not dead and now, unfortunately Pieros is added to that list. None of the servers did anything wrong at all it’s just not the same for me anymore. It’s clearly catered to convention oriented out of town clients, One timer guests. I guess I tried it to compare Peter Luger‘s in Brooklyn, which is old-school solid, steady, consistent and people that know this such as myself that price isn’t an issue. I miss the clientele such as the mayor when appropriate you could say hi and shake his hand after have a cocktail made by a seasoned bartender (Huey) and be waited on a Italian waiter (like Carlo) who might not represent modern day restaurant management, but made the place what it was. I don’t write reviews very often, so this isn’t an intentional slap in the face to Piero’s , just another salty wound to an old tired body.

    My 3 Italian American friends and I (I am also Italian American) have been coming to Piero’s on an annual basis for 30 years, upon a recommendation from an Italian American friend back in 1993. We used to joke and visit with Joey Castle every year when he was there, and always had an excellent meal. Those days are OVER. Last evening was the worst Italian meal I have experienced, including my many trips to Italy where I will soon become a dual citizen. All four of us have Italian chefs for mothers and grew up eating authentic Italian food. Last night was a shock of disappointment. The pasta on two of our dishes came out like boiled pasta thrown on a plate with no garlic, no olive oil and no parsley on a linguine con vongole (pasta with clams) dish with no taste. (And the pasta was anything but al dente (it was over cooked)). COMPLETELY TASTELESS. Literally. The broccolini was exactly the same. No garlic; no olive oil; no taste. The complementary creamed corn was also tasteless, with too little corn. The Italian peppers in garlic and olive oil (a great old dish for many years there) was no longer on the menu and their preparation for us on request was basically tiny strips. The burrata and tomato salad was overdressed. Completely. It was the worst meal and all grossly overpriced for what we received. We have no problem overspending at Piero’s as we have done over the years knowing we would get a five star meal, but never for the embarrassing plates of food we received. We did not complain to the restaurant and left a full 20%+ tip, as we decided that we will NEVER return there for another meal, but didn’t want to punish the servers for the restaurant’s failings. Maybe the COVID pause caused them to lose their chefs and they feel they can continue “sopping” the public on past reputation but they are wrong. The bottom line is you will be judged by the food you serve and little else. We will find another Italian restaurant next year and suggest you do as well.

    The Pollo Paramesean was prepared to perfection; I have never eaten any better. The side salad was comprised of a delicious diversity of vegetables. The Manhattan was crafted with an ideal balance of flavors. Service was impeccable.
