Amazing food, service, and ambience. The restaurant is so clean and unique! They have a wonderful gated outdoor patio area where our one year old got to hang out for a bit. We were halfway of a four hour drive and needed her to get some energy out. Truly recommend!

Came with high expectations. That may have been the issue. The steak was below average in taste but it was cooked to temperature at least. The drinks were excellent. The food was unfortunately awful. Even the sides were forgettable.

Based on other reviews, I'm not sure what happened last night but here goes. We ordered bruschetta and calamari as appetizers. the calamari was serviceable but the bruschetta was basically a tomato relish on cold sliced french bread - a unique take i think and quite awful. My wife ordered Bolognese with no cheese and i had the Triple Treat. Hers arrived covered in cheese so we sent it back, 10 minutes later it reappeared and had become pasta with ground beef sprinkled over the top, no sauce at all. My dish was cold by this time which didn't seem to plus in the least a manager who came be Just as well as the dish was an odd take on some sort of vodka sauce and inedible cold. I am sure the place is well received by the college crowd and parents, but avoid it - there must be an Olive Garden around.

It was our first time at Pignetti's, we arrived 5 minutes early so had to sit at the bar for a while. I ordered the Pignetti Mule which was delicious. We got seated about 5 minutes past our booking time and had to close out at the bar. I ordered the chicken marsala (I've never had a bad one before and have had it in many different Countries.) Well to put it mildly it was inedible, the mushroom were bitter, the chicken was tough and the flavor was nothing at all like chicken marsala. I couldn't eat it, I ask my wife to try it just to make sure my taste buds were not off and she confirmed what I believed. My wife said her dish was ok. The staff were very pleasant but we had a couple of loud mouths behind us that just ruined date night even more. They did take the price of the chicken marsala off the bill but left hungry.

Great place to share dinner with friends! The bleu cheese chips and calamari were both tasty! I had the triple deli g (or something like that) and was very pleased. Others had the salmon and the pork chop…. All were satisfied. Certainly recommend … got them a try!

Visiting a new city, always go to Open Table for a great restaurant! Pignetti’s was perfect! We ate at the bar, staff was very friendly, other customers as well! Food was excellent, house wine was great also. Highly recommend!!

Celebrated our 2 year anniversary last night! Service was fantastic, cozy atmosphere, and a cute card signed by the staff. I tried a new pasta dish, and my husband got a steak! Both were excellent. Highly recommend the margarita but make it Italian! New favorite drink. Best part, dessert! We tried 2 of the seasonal desserts: pumpkin praline cheesecake and egg nog pot de crème were TO DIE FOR!!! Highly recommend for a special occasion, date night, or quick happy hour at the bar! Definitely our go to restaurant in Waco!!

Appetizers were delicious, but the chicken picatta lacked flavor and was very dry. The bolognese was very dry and not saucy, the Brussels sprouts were burned on the outside and raw in the middle…but my husband’s mushroom stuffed ravioli were delicious. Next time we’re going to have all appetizers!

Sadly we did not have the best experience. My quiche was under cooked and my sons waffles did not come out until we were paying the bill. My husband liked his eggs Benedict and my other son liked his Alvacado toast. We were celebrating a birthday and they did not allow us to use the cake we had brought. I had high hopes for this and was planning to have a graduation party at this restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful.

In town for Homecoming with our Baylor Bear! Really enjoyed this spot. We enjoyed the lasagna, meatballs, salmon primavera. All delicious. Hostess was super kind and our waiter was as well. Thank you for a nice dinner with our bear!

Went here to celebrate a birthday and staff made me feel extremely welcomed! The staff left a nice happy birthday card on the table. Had a reservation for a busy Friday evening and had no real issues. Waitress was helpful in answering questions about food and beverages. Food was delicious and portions were very generous
