We eat all of the time at “Pigs Ear” and we love it! This was our first time doing the lunch/brunch menu. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and I got the meatloaf sandwich. They were both so delicious! I would recommend both of these dishes to anyone I know! The fries are the best fries I have ever had. Go to “Pigs Ear” and I know you won’t be disappointed whether it’s the brunch or dinner menu!

Food prepared and presented well. Service very good. Acoustics In main dining area a little loud but did not take away from experience. Overall we had a great experience and will go back. It is a very busy place so make reservations!

Been 3 years since we were last in Saint George, so we had to come back to the Pig’s Ear and we were not disappointed! Great food, service and it was packed! Glad to see them doing so well!

Ribs are great! Salmon was beautifully prepared. Steak was done to perfection. Appetizer of fried portobello mushroom was phenomenal- unique and so tasty! Drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. Service was friendly, attentive and prompt. Noise level was high due to building acoustics but tolerable.

Great food, lovely atmosphere. The one downside is the industrial vibe. The tall ceilings and open ductwork makes for auditorium style noise level. sometimes you have to yell across the dinner table for your dinner companions to hear you and I don’t love that.

INSULTING SERVICE. We had a reservation, and arrived on time. The table was not ready. So we decided to have a drink while we waited. Went to the bar and requested the drink. Bartender (don't remember her name) said we had to be seated to order a drink. So I sat down at the bar. "No" she said, "You have to be seated at your dining table". So I went back to the host stand and asked to be seated so we could order a drink. There were tons of open tables. She seated us, and a server appeared. We ordered drinks and lunch. Next think we know the server returned to the table and announced that the bartender refused to serve us because she believed I was drunk. It was noontime: I HAD NOTHING TO DRINK BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE RESTAURANT. We left and had lunch elsewhere.

Every time we come to town we always make time and make a reservation at the Pig’s Ear. First time we went we didn’t know to make a reservation but the hostess(maybe the owner) kindly sat us at the bar. Food is soooooo good and best service. So thanks to her squeezing us in we will always visit. 12 out of 10 recommend!!!

Excellent! My wife, son, daughter and I each ordered something different and we all had an amazing meal. Service was great too. We are in town for three days as we visit Zion. We will most likely be back before we leave town.

Great find in a relatively small but growing town. High quality food, put together by apparently highly trained chefs and food professionals. We will definitely be returning to this place. The staff was just as great as the food, very friendly ad personable.

Food was not bad. Try the portobello appetizer and the steak tacos. We also didn’t like how loud the music was. And they are very strict about the UT alcohol rules - one single shot per drink and they have to take away the one glass before you can order another. They wouldn’t even let my boyfriend pour his old ice into the new glass. We felt bad for our server having to explain all that. But if you order wine, you can order a full bottle…doesn’t make sense. Maybe the thing to do is order take out and skip the restaurant.
