Not impressed. Service was slow and food was very average.
Piri Piri is a lovely local space with good food at very reasonable prices. I was with my 75 year old father, and we could hear each other perfectly. The service was good, if a little intrusive.
New decor, nice choices on menu, delicious food and great, friendly service.
Food was great and staff was super friendly.
Wonderful gem, perfect renovations! Smart separation of rooms for perfect privacy and dinner enjoyment.
Such a lovely experience! Our server was awesome and the food was delicious, definitely authentic Portuguese food. Transported me back home.
I tried the grilled squid and the octopus and both were exquisite ! Will definitely come back and try their char-grilled bitoque.
Very attentive and friendly owner
I visited Piri Piri prior to the renovations, and then once they remodeled. Everything about my evening was fantastic. The food, ambience, and decor made it feel like an upscale restaurant. I can't wait to go back.
Hadn’t been in a while and was very impressed with the decor. Prices have gone up a bit but the menu has a great selection of traditional Portuguese dishes. Great service!
Nice ambience, service was very good. Food was delicious.
Great food and service. All of my party enjoyed the food and ambience.
Lovely outdoor patio. Service was sketchy at the start - few very harried servers but as the evening wore on the servers were more attentive and spent more time chatting with us. The owner is a sweatheart!
Delightful dining experience. Would highly recommend.
The service was outstanding by both the wait staff and management. Felt like a welcome guest rather than just a patron. Food was very good - chicken breast a bit dry, dorado excellently prepared. Would come back for sure.
Excellent meal in every detail, friendly accommodating staff, and the owner drops by to check in. I had an heirloom tomato salad that was perfect: the tomatoes were so flavorful it was a rare experience, so different from even the average farmer's market tomato at home. Main dish was simple whole dorada--dorada AKA daurade/dorade. Mild but flavorful, not dry, crispy skin. A friend had octopus that had that great texture of skillfully cooked octopus. I would have expected more of a char, but whatever. Wine list with good affordable wines. Special desserts too: one was a fluffy meringue with caramel that might sound unappetizing but was surprising: a huge plate of what looks like a whipped cream cake comes out, and biting into it, turns out to be among the lightest most meltable substances on earth. Tasty too. A tartufo with chocolate exterior and raspberry interior was also delicious. Highly recommended; somewhat farther out than we expected; worth the detour.
Newly renovated space lent itself well to our meeting. Food was delicious and service very good.
Our team is glad that you had a good experience with us . Thank you
Amazing food. Had a whole sea bass and grilled octopus +salads wine a dessert. Great value
Thank you for the positive review
I love the new look. Food and service was great! We’ll definitely be back considering we live a block away.
Great place...great food...the waiter was fantastic.
