In February 2020, Pisac Peruvian Bistro opened its doors, striving to explode its colourful and authentic flavours to central Toronto. Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.

At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before.

Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

Went this afternoon Friday, May 16h to celebrate my friend's birthday. Food was excellent as was the service. Wil be going again in a heart beat.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. They always remember us and even the chef came out to ask what we thought about the food and explain the process of preparing it. The cocktails you aren't going to find anywhere else due to using a Peruvian spirit and they are delicious. Great ambience and comfortable seating. The food is fantastic and has something for everyone, every dish we have tried has been high quality. Highly recommend this family run gem.

Pisac has a great selection of Peruvian classics, starting with their Pisco sours. The ceviche was excellent and the Sudado de Pesado which was a whole sea bream was cooked as good as any other I have ever had. In this era of high restaurant prices, Pisac is also very good value for money.
