In February 2020, Pisac Peruvian Bistro opened its doors, striving to explode its colourful and authentic flavours to central Toronto. Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.

At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before.

Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

Pisac is a taste of Peru in Toronto, a hidden gem offering authentic and delicious dishes from the Andean country. The place is small and cozy, with colorful decorations and a warm atmosphere. The servers are friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the best options from the menu. The food is amazing, especially the ceviches, and the Peruvian rice which are unique, fresh and flavorful. Portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a return visit.

We really enjoyed our evening and meal at Pisac. The service was excellent, friendly, helpful and the food was delicious. My only slight criticism is that when two of us ordered the Pariheula, seafood stew, we were charged $4 for 6 small pieces of bread. Honestly, with that dish in particular it should be included. It felt kind of chintzy, disappointing. However, we wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend this wonderful restaurant to our friends, especially the foody ones who like authentic international cuisine. Even to a few of our Peruvian friends.

Food was delicious. Our orders, Seco de Cordero, lamb was very tasty and tender. Sudado de pescado and Pollo a la brasa, loved the option of choosing between fries or cassava on the side. Staff very friendly and welcoming, thank you for making our diner special :)

Always an enjoyable experience. Food is excellent and has a spicy Peruvian flavor. Service is superb. Start off with a Classic Pisco Sour, and then think of Lima, the Andes and Manchu Picchu. A wonderful addition to Toronto. .

Dining at Pisac was an incredible experience. The cocktails were flavourful and unique. The food was fresh, aromatic, and well prepared. I particularly enjoyed the Passionfruit Pisco drink and the Ceviche mixto! I am definitely coming back here to try other Peruvian Paella’s!

It was our first visit and we hope to go back! Easy to make a reservation. Loved the menu choices - hardest part was drilling down to what we should try. Both the ceviche and the octopus starter were delicious. I didn't try but others with me had the chicken wings, which they said were equally delicious. My main dish was the squid ink risotto with seafood - exceeded expectations! I couldn't finish as I was so full from starters and the portion is so generous. Look forward to getting back to try some of the fish options and hope to have room to try a dessert!

Pisac has been my go to spot since they opened in 2020. We went for Peru Independece Day, and the food does taste like being back in Lima (Peru). It is the true deal. We had causa and arroz con pollo, and the food was delciious and the portion sizes generous.

I loved this place! The food was amazing! I don’t know why it took so long for me to go there! There are so many interesting things on the menu and the cocktails looked very cool! The Ceviche was outstanding.

As the weather was warm, my dining partner and I made a meal of four items from the appetizer menu, plus a dessert. We're already talking about going back! The wings, causa, ceviche, and lucuma icecream were all outstanding, and tantalized us with their unfamiliar flavours and/or innovations on Peruvian food we've had elsewhere. (The calamari was less surprising but still good.) With the staff being kind, well-informed, and efficient, and the food presentation charming, our meal was a delight to our eyes, our palates, and our hearts.

Good spot to checkout what Peruvian food is like. Pisco sour wasn’t the best I’ve had, but still worth trying. Ceviches were good. Pricing was reasonable and service good. Small spot but worth checking out for sure. I’ll go again for sure.
