   I love certain things about Pizza House -- such a great option for late night delivery. But the food was average and the drinks were weak. And it has gotten sooooo expensive.

   Our reservation was at 6pm and we were seated early, which was great because 3 of the 8 diners were going to the basketball game that started at 8pm. We placed our order at 6:10. Our 3 guests left at 7:15pm without their food. The 5 of us remaining received our meals at 7:30. The waiter claimed that there was a backlog in the kitchen but everyone around us seemed like they were getting their food, eating and leaving. We were the last ones left in the dining room. I have a feeling our waiter didn’t put in our order, didn’t come clean and then never adjusted our bill, which was $150 for 5 people (3 beers). Not going back.

   I came here from Bay City and we will definitely be back there again they made sure my food wasn’t cook on the same thing as shrimp since I am allergic.

   Family of 4 dinner, 2 large pizzas, lunch size Ceasar salad, bread sticks, 2 cokes, 2 beers = $150 + tip! Sign on the door states 4.7% service charge added to bill. When the bill came, I asked about the service charge. Server stated that charge didn't go to her, only the tip amount. I asked what the service charge was for and was told it goes to the establishment to cover "other" costs, so they don't have to raise prices. $40 for a large pizza is outrageous! The food was good but not worth that amount of money, no problems with the service. We will not be back,

    We brought our family here for a birthday dinner it did NOT disappoint Food was hot and delicious our server Jule P was great she work so hard to make sure we were happy Awesome dinner experience we will definitely be back

    The food was good but it was much more expensive than I was expecting. The experience felt rushed. The waitress asked what we want within 2 minutes of sitting down and she was not friendly.

    The Food was mostly delicious. Pizzas and sandwiches definitely taste better than omelettes. Service was sporadic at best. Waitress disappeared for long periods of time and had to be reminded repeatedly for coffee and drink refills. Was a very busy weekend so wait was understandable. Overall experience would have been better if waitress had been pleasant. Service with a lot of snark isn't ever going to make a dining experience better.

    We had a fairly large group of people dining together, and Pizza House accommodated all of us beautifully. We sampled a large variety of pizzas and entrees, and they knocked it out of the park with every single thing. Service was excellent too. We're definitely coming back next time we're in Ann Arbor.

    We have been going to Pizza House a couple times a year for a very long time. I am sad to say that since our last visit in the fall the prices and service have taken a turn for the worse. You are now required to do all of your ordering (other than drinks) thru a link on your phone. The server will not take your order. It was very difficult to find someone to answer questions about the menu, as the server did not come around often. Also, the restaurant has raised their prices to a point that seems outrageous and out of line with other restaurants of this type. For example, We ordered a regular order of feta breadsticks with ranch and marinara dipping sauce and the cost was $23!! A medium 2 topping pizza was $30! I don’t know how college students could ever afford these prices. I am sad because the dinner was not enjoyable, it took forever and cost way to much for the experience we had. I don’t see us returning to Pizza House.

    Ordered using their QR code and was told that appetizers would come out first even if we order everything together. It all came out at once. The cost was too high for the quality of food. Who charges $30 for a medium pizza!? Will not be returning.

    Online pictures are of the Garage Bar next door- so my husband and I were excited when we got there. Ambiance is amazing ♥️ Food fantastic and a wide variety- more than a traditional pizza place would ever have to offer. Specialty drinks, dishes and desserts- fantastic date night. Highly recommend asking for Jordan- he did a terrific job as our server.

    We made a special trip to Ann Arbor for our meal at Pizza House. It was not our first visit there however, it has been quite some time since our last meal there. We thoroughly enjoyed a deep dish and a Sicilian pizza. The young man that waited on us was very attentive, polite and provided exceptional service. We have no issues with the environment nor the food, since it was awesome!! We would definitely recommend Pizza House to all who are interested in great food, service and environment!!!     We went for Mother’s Day and the waiter was amazing, celebrated my mom and engaged in conversation the perfect amount. Checked on us, but not too much, and was great. The music was a little loud for conversation but we were also in a booth with the speaker right there. Covid safety precautions were very high (almost overkill) but we definitely felt safe and enjoyed our meal.

    We were charged for salads even though our fish and chips meal stated “plus one side” on the tablet menu which was disappointing since I gave the waitress my card without reviewing the bill. Our waitress did well!

    Had an awesome time! Got there early and were sat, great service, awesome food. The crowd is young college kids so it gets a little noisy but the space is big enough to handle and who doesn’t love tables of laughter?

    Had lunch there yesterday with a group of friends - we had 6 in our party. Our server was great and so was the food. We were also impressed with the steps the management is taking to keep everyone safe. I marked noise level "moderate" only because we chose to sit outside and there was a lot of truck activity on the street - obviously not PH's fault. This was the first time this group of friends has seen other since before the lockdown, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Pizza House!
