Absolutely amazing authentic pizza and pastas. Calamari and shrimp appetizer was so good too, lightly breaded seasoned and not greasy. I have to say the kale salad was incredible, never had such flavor, can’t wait to go back again. We don’t live in the area but will gladly do the 1 hour drive to come back for everything this place has to offer. The chef here uses to work at the previous business queen margarita and bought the location. Let me tell you as a customer of the previous business, I prefer Carolina’s. The food was authentic and tasty, great value. Service was fast, friendly make you feel very comfortable answering all questions. If you have not tried it, you don’t know what you are missing out on and if you used to like the previous queen margarita well now you have the improved version in the same location and vibe. Must try, gem, already planning to go back with family and friends as I haven’t stopped raving about it since we went there.

We had the panzanella, calamari and arancini shared at the table and they were amazing. Then came the pizzas…ChefGraz def knows how to make authentic pizza napoletana! Delicious!

Chef Graz once again blew our tastebuds away with fantabulous pizza , pasta and so so amazing focaccia bread ! Finger licking good , an amazing place for our 6 person dinner . We all so so so enjoyed ! Highly recommend , everyone must go and experience Carolina’s pizzeria ! ❤️❤️❤️🙌😊

Food was excellent! Over tens years as gluten intolerant, and this was the best gluten free pizza dough I have ever had. Made by an authentic pizzaiolo from Italy. Complimenti! Well worth it. Extremely friendly staff. A great experience.

Beautiful ambience. Best gluten free Neapolitan pizza in town. Delicious meatballs, beet salad and seafood pasta. Excellent, family friendly service. Highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing experience and the food and pizzas are totally amazing . We had a party of 8 and such an amazing time and everyone left so happy and so so so well fed . The food is artistry and so delicious and Chef and Founder Graziano so attentive , warm and shared some great and wonderful stories . Everyone must go !!! YUM !

This restaurant is fantastic! The pizza is incredible (seriously, that crust!) and the salad and appetiser we had were fantatsic too. The room has amazing massive windows and it was such a lovely space. The service was excellent- the owner even greeted us and told us about the restaurant and checked in on us! the server was very attentive and helpful. All in all, an A+ meal! I now need a reason to get myself back to the area so I can eat there again!

If authentic Napoli pizza, amazing pasta like nonna makes is your jam, you gotta try this restaurant! And bonus, I was shocked at the incredible value! After sampling multiple inventive starters and 2 pizzas and one pasta along with 3 desserts, I was shocked how cheap the whole meal was!! Truly shockingly great food for yesterday prices. The owner and his wife are amazing hosts. Truly such a great dining experience. The food. Omg! The food. I am going back and bringing everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Considering this was the opening weekend, the experience for our party of 4 overall was very good and we will return. Our server was very charming and efficient, and the food was also excellent. Fresh, flavourful, hearty portions and beautiful presentation. (PS. We are hoping the restaurant will offer non-alcoholic beer and wine options in future.) One aspect we really appreciated was that the music and noise level overall was at a comfortable level. I wonder when other restaurants will wake up to the fact that many potential customers are lost due to overly loud sound systems. People come out to dinner to eat and have conversations in which they hear each other without shouting. Fortunately for us, Pizzeria Carolina is savvy to this!

We had dinner on opening day and the food was delicious! We sampled a variety of appetizers, pizzas and pasta and they were all terrific. Service was friendly. The kitchen is open so you can see the chef and cooks making our pizzas fresh!
