Pizza was good. Orrechetti was very very salty Salad was mid. Not much flavor in the dressing or veggies. Was the apple salad special they had. Gelato was horrible as there were ice particles in it. Not smooth and creamy as gelato should be. Maybe freezer burned. Not much wine to choose from. Waiter was green. Didn’t know how to open a bottle of wine. He was very nice and served well. Many I’m not sure when asked question’s about food.

Not as good as the older Libretto locations on Danforth and Ossington. Staff seem younger, not as informed and maybe not as into Italian culture as staff that the other locations. But overall okay.

Not busy when we arrived. We had noted it was a birthday on OpenTable, however no acknowledgement from anyone upon arriving or when seated. Appetizers took far too long to arrive, as did the cocktails. One pizza arrived, and the other about 5 minutes later. No apologies. Didn't ask how anything was. Didn't ask if we wanted any other drinks. We were going to have dessert, however now it was busy, and it was taking even longer to get anyone's attention so we just wanted to leave. Took forever for the bill to arrive. Probably won't be back to this location again. Not worth the wait or aggravation.

Pizzas were delicious but mine came around 10 minutes before the other 3 at our table. At one point I asked them to take mine back until the others were ready. They did, but when they finally brought the others, mine was stone cold. They did comp it, so that was good. I will give them another chance because the pizzas were very tasty.

The food was very good except the pizza we ordered arrived cold and slightly undercooked. The staff rectified the problem immediately which was to our satisfaction.

My 1st disappointment was their spicy oil which I thought was spicy olive oil. Turns out it was canola oil. The pizza I ordered was not good. I couldn't taste anything including their sauce. I had in the past great pizzas at their Toronto and Danforth location but this one on Yonge street really disappointed me. Another thing was no wi fi for customers. May be this is a new thing in Canada.

It is a good option in the area. It was our second time there, I think the pizza was better the previous time when we went in August.

Pizza was great. Service was spectacular - Nicky is an absolute star! The fact that we got to take advantage of 2008 pricing was a bonus. Will definitely be back.

The waitress was excellent. One pizza was missing an ingredient and that pizza was brought to the table 5-10 minutes after the other pizza so nothing was done right in the kitchen. The other problem is the appetizers are brutal. The burrata is cheap, the meatballs are disgusting and cold being clearly heated in a microwave and none of the pastas are freshly made.

The food was amazing, it was delicious. We loved the meatballs, calamari and margarita pizza. We had a wonderful waiter Named Niki who was very attentive and very nice with great service. We had a very enjoyable meal.

I love that you can substitute any cheese for their vegan fior di latte as well as any crust for a gluten-free crust and you’re not compromising taste. Delicious!

Pizza was okay, very thin and have had better at other locations. Our server was not attentive to out table throughout the evening. Ladies washroom was very unclean and needed clean up asap! Garbage was overflowing. Disappointing experience.

The gluten and dairy free option was Fior de Latte and it was very good. Hard to tell it was not made with traditional flour. The staff was accommodating of the fact that I arrived then my husband after he parked and then our friends about 30 minutes later. We were worried that there weren't any reservations after 7:30 so it might be packed but it was good.

The pizza is good, dough very nice and chewy, more on the upper range price. They're a but salty though so be mindful. Our waiter sucked. He didn't smile once and never came back to bring water (we got it ourselves) he only started serving water once we were done the pizza. Hard to give good tip when you look like want to quit :)

Uncleanness👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Pizza maker rubbed hands on her nose and then opened the dough. I was very disgusted. Another location was so good. But this was so bad.

The food was excellent - meatballs and calimari appetizers were very tasty and boy, that was a lot of calamari! More like an entree portion! My husband had the mushroom pizza which was delicious and I had the rigatoni, which was very good. As it was our anniversary, we were treated to tiramisu on the house - very nice surprise! We were seated outside so not much ambience to speak of. Melissa, our server, was very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed her and she made a special night even more special. Thanks to everyone from the chefs to Melissa!

This is my second time at a Pizza Libretto establishment and unfortunately I have to say it is still overpriced for the quality of the food. Both 12-in pizzas we ordered were over $20 each, we're vegetarian so they didn't have expensive ingredients on them, just veggies, and the crusts were so incredibly thin that 3/4 of pizza was incredibly soggy. The server was incredibly kind, but the manager who assisted us at the front when entering was pretty slow talking to staff instead of getting us seated. The food got to us very quickly, but probably because it was barely cooked. All in all for an appetizer, two 1/8" thin 12-in pizzas, and two pops our bill was $70 before tip. We have tried this chain not once, but twice now and we will not be coming back.
