    We needed a place to eat at Disney Springs. This fit the bill. It was very loud and we couldn't hear each other. The food was good and the drinks were great

    Our waitress never explained to us that if we bought beers, there was an additional cost for the actual glasses. We are only interested in doing the beers, which she never mentioned anything about paying a additional four dollars each per beer.

    Great experience. Even though it was a busy night and we were a large group they were about to quickly sit us. The ambiance was fun. All four of the teenagers and parents sang along to many songs, while we enjoyed our dinner. Everyone enjoyed their burgers. My Salmon berry salad was delicious. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Disney Springs.

    Very pricey, and the food was ok, not wow. And also the amount they give you doesn’t match up with the price. But I guess what else is expected when you eat on Disney property.

    Really disappointing, we got to the restaurant and our table was the last one, hidden at the 4th floor. No one came to take our order, and tgey serviced 2 tables that came after us. We left the restaurant.

    Planet Hollywood is an exciting dining experience. The four-level restaurant has a lot going on, with music, big screen videos, and periodic sing-along opportunities. Our server, Karolina, was extremely friendly, considerate, and efficient! The food portion size was good and the burgers were tasty and hot. The fries were cold and had to be replaced, but were fine once new ones were served. This restaurant is a unique experience and we would recommend it to tourists.

    If you have kids, this could be one of the most underrated places to take them. We have a 2mo old, and a 2 & 1/2 year old, and both were mesmerized by the music and environment. It is pretty loud, but our kids love the noise. They sung the frozen theme song and our 2 ur old loved it. She also loved the light up cup your able to take (upon purchase). Well worth the money. Thanks for a great time.

    Leider durften wir uns erst setzen alles alle 6 Personen da waren. Wir 4 hatten so Durst und die anderen standen im Stau, als wir dann alle da waren mussten wir, weil wir ja dann zu spät waren, noch mal 20 Minuten warten. Das war kein guter Start. Aber Service Essen und Ambiente waren toll!

    I ordered the prime rib and it was cold and tough the mashed potatoes and green beans were also cold. The food came out before our drinks. Our server was not very attentive. I guess I expected better.

    Super Great dinner with 3 preteens. Service was amazing! Chelsea was friendly, made connections easily and quickly, was on the spot with refills and needs, all with a genuine smile. Really enjoyed my experience there!
