Love it here - try something different each time - nice, friendly atmosphere. Had the Mediterranean flat bread this time - not too impressed with it - could hardly find the artichokes LOL - bland flavor. the burgers are great. The potatoe wedges were great. My friend loved the tomato soup - and grilled cheese sandwich although she thought it was a lot smaller than last time

Our waiter wasn’t attentive and it prob took 10 mins before anyone came to our table, not even to say “hi I’m ___, I’ll be right with you “. Our waiter was looking after a table of 12 as well, which it didn’t look like she had help with.

This was our first experience at your restaurant. My daughter recommended it as she's a vegan and there are only a few places that she can enjoy. I enjoyed my meal, as did my husband. It was well worth the drive , we'll be back. I would like compliment the chef on my holistic enchilada, it was very good, the sauce was perfect. My husband kept raving about his calzone, the portion and flavor was above expectations.
Keep up the great work, we'll try the Plant Matter Bistro and Cafe next. (if this is any indication of the quality of food)

Seating is a little tight for space - would be nice if a coat rack was available in the colder months to ease congestion at the tables.

The menu and service are excellent quality .

Always great to eat here ! I found the waiter to be a bit “off” on this visit - which is unusual for Plant Matters. He just seemed to be slightly annoyed with orders and the tables. Again, this is a first for our experience at PMK. Nonetheless, the food was great, as usual! Would recommend to anyone!

Such a good experience! The Raw salad was delicious!
I wish the menu included a calorie count as well as a list of ingredients used in everything such as the dressings and desserts for those who keep sugar in mind.

Plant Matters has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The tables are spaced apart just the right amount. The decor is clean and uncluttered. There are plenty of options on the menu and the food was fantastic. The server was very helpful and the beer choices were great! Also, the music was good and at just the right volume!! Good value for the money. A fun eating out experience!!

My meal was absolutely amazing! I ordered the dinner special which was a vegetable curry and it tasted just like my favourite butter chicken dish, just a vegan version. They should add it to their menu! The portions are also huge so you get your money's worth. My friends and I were all full and still had leftovers to bring home for dinner the next day. I was a little upset, however, because it was my friends birthday and I included when I booked the reservation but nothing was done on behalf of the staff to celebrate the occasion. I was hoping they would bring her a free piece of cake or some form of compensation but I guess they just don't do that? Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I will be back!

I've been to PMK a few times now, and it has always been a wonderful experience! I was there for my birthday dinner with a group of friends, and the waitress was super sweet, friendly, and helpful. To top off a great meal, I got a delicious dessert on the house for my birthday!! If you want amazing, vegan food with plenty of GF options, you can't go wrong with PMK!

We ate here for New Year's Eve so it was a prix fixe menu instead of their normal a la carte menu. I called prior to booking to ask what was on the menu and the price and was told I'd find that info on their Facebook page. After reviewing the page and their website and not finding the menu, I sent a Facebook message asking for the menu. They sent it back to me very quickly and I booked online. Fast forward to NYE, we arrive and find a different menu (completely different items and only 3 courses with no choices instead of 4 and choices at each course like the Facebook message said). Due to allergies to main ingredients in 2/3 courses, they had to prepare something different for me quickly (this wouldn't have been the case with the menu I was sent). My first course was kale with dried fruit and balsamic vinegar and then my main course was pasta with diced tomatoes and mushrooms. I was so disappointed and frustrated with what I had tried to create as a great last meal for 2017 that I almost cried in the restaurant. Our server definitely felt bad, especially after I pulled the message up on my phone, and offered a 15% discount on our meals. That said, I don't think I'd give them a second chance for a special occasion meal and will start including my allergies on all reservations that I make with Open Table going forward.

New Years Eve event was outstanding in every way. Menu fixe had something for every palate...we enjoyed it all. My date wanted the recipe for the cake of the dessert. Server was able to make educated drink suggestions and answered our questions. We will return, frequently, in the year ahead!

You don't have to be vegan to enjoy great food! This is the spot for all things fresh, creative and oh so so good. We have stopped in many times but our most recent outing was for New Year's Eve. The fixed menu was an awesome surprise. If you want to try something out of the ordinary and be impressed -- this is the place!!

The food was great, but the service was not, staff working chatted too much among themselves instead of communicating with the customers and serving them promptly and making sure their service was quicker then which it wasn’t.

Our server was great, however, there were garnishes listed on the menu that weren't included on the plates that were given to us (kale chips on the mac and cheese) and we had to ask for them. I saw other tables receive the same dish without the garnish. You should get what you pay for and what is promised on the menu. This dishes were on the expensive side for what they were. Besides the price and not completing a dish to what is presented on the menu, it was ok.

The food was good, but the serving size was so small, it was almost funny. I wasn't impressed. Fortunately, the server was very nice. She brought me a small bowl of what I'd been eating. Still, it was embarrassing to have to ask for more food in front of everyone.
