The food was below average and the service was not great. I mean $7 for one small chicken taco is crazy. The plates on the table were dirty and the one of the water cups was dirty. We were not happy or satisfied with this place at all.

We waited 1.5 hour for our food to arrive. We were late to out meetings. We were told that they are busy, then they shouldn't have accepted our reservation.

Service was poor. We waited 40 minutes for our first round of drinks. Our server was kind and explained it was an error on the part of someone else. For our final drink, the server forgot we were there, and we had to wait 10 minutes to flag someone down to pay. The food was fine. I would return again because everyone is entitled to a bad day and to be off their serving game. I think an offer of a round of free drinks would have gone a long way to remedy the 40-minute wait.

Merv was great waitress. Food tasty. For some reason the day before the reservation Open Table advised that Proof of Vaccination was required but no one was asked at the restaurant.

I was a regular of this bar, and recently, I find the servers are very ignorant and don’t follow up with your needs. I had to get up and look for a sever to place an order the last two visits I was there. Also, they almost never follow up to check if anything was to your scarification. I am unsure I will be returning.

Great place to catch up with friends or have lunch/dinner with colleagues. Relaxed atmosphere. Food was good and there was a good selection. The service was good and food all arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place.

Service was quick in taking our order but very slow in getting food from the kitchen, as we heard there was a new chef that started that day. The server was extremely slow; he said it was his first day, too. The food was fair quality. I recommend the restaurant owner and new chef take a fresh look at what they're serving and listen to customer feedback. I say this because I ate the FALAFEL HIPPIE BOWL (Crisp falafel, kale, shaved brussels sprouts, carrots, red cabbage, cucumber, avocado, hummus, toasted sunflower seeds, lemon miso tahini dressing)--and it was really dry. Even when the server brought out extra dressing, it was still dry. It's unusual having a bowl with kale or other lettuce be so dry!

It was the hottest day of the year thus far, on July 20, 2022, and they had no air conditioning. So that made it difficult to enjoy our dinner. We left shortly after we ate.

This place must've been severely understaffed when we went - or their service really is terrible. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had a reservation for 5 people, and had an extra join on. We were seated by the host and never saw another waiter once we were seated. I had to go find the host to ask if we could get some drinks about 45 minutes into being seated. The restaurant was not particularly busy at the time. When the food arrived, the calamari was rubbish. I couldn't eat more than 2 pieces. It was supposed to be masala but it had 0 spice and it was just chewy pieces doused in mayo. The sweet potato fries were good. The beer was good, albeit overpriced. Anyway... We waited over an hour to get our next round of drinks (I struggled again to find someone to order from) so we doubled up that time. Overall, I don't want to blame the server who was working that day because I know what it's like to be understaffed but this restaurant did not run efficiently whatsoever. It's like we were invisible and like I said - the restaurant was not overrun or with a wait outside - it may have been at half capacity at the time. I've never felt so invisible at a table. I won't be going here again. I did tip because I'm almost positive the server is working in a toxic environment. We barely saw him but at least he was working that day and not letting the team down. Shame on the rest of the staff or the management.

Host had an attitude upon our group’s arrival and begrudgingly checked the floor for our table despite being only at 1/4 capacity (mumbled a lot), service (both server and kitchen) was incredibly slow for the start of dinner service, the rice was over-salted and the dressings for salads were too sweet.

Food and drinks were pretty good but the service was really poor unfortunately. We waited more than 30 min to get our first drinks and then continued to wait for a long time after our first drinks were empty. Then also took very long time to get cheque when we were clearly finished eating. All strange since they weren’t very busy. Overall just an unfortunate experience.

Unfortunate experience. Had to search for host despite 2 empty host stations. Seated at unwashed table, menus dirty. Long wait for service. Kitchen out of multiple menu items, including chicken fingers. Left after 1 drink, had dinner and multiple drinks elsewhere.

Excellent service and food was amazing. Falafel hippie checked all the right boxes. Vegan, healthy, tasty and filling. Would highly recommend this menu item and perfect work lunch spot.
