Not value for money. Overpriced and overcooked.

Good food, good service - fun to enjoy dinner looking at Lake Louise.
Thank you for your 5 star review!
My wife raved about her clams and mussels, and my beef bourguignon was excellent. Blueberry puffed pastry was delightful.
Nice wine list.
Thank you for your 5 star rating! We are pleased your wife enjoyed her clams and mussels and that your beef bourguignon was excellent! We hope to welcome you back in the near future!
French onion soup was excellent as was the Steelhead trout! Service was awesome!
Thank you for your 5 star rating! We are pleased you enjoyed the soup and trout!
Wonderful table and view; first class service, unbelievable poor quality food. Server handled it very well but st very high price points much more expected from first class hotel.

Good selection. Nice view. Waitress was brand new - we were her 3rd shift. She did a nice job meeting our needs.

We stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs and decided to try dinner at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise to see if we wanted to stay there next time we come to town. The meal started out well with a semi-speedy welcome and drink order taken by our waiter. It took awhile to get back for our order, but that did not seem to take that long. We were enjoying the view, and our conversation. My husband ordered an entree and discussed it with our waiter at length. He, also, ordered a soup. I ordered a salad and mussels/clams. The waiter forgot to put in my husband’s soup. This caused a delay on our first course. Then, we waited for well over an hour for the second course. My mussels were brought by a manager. It was a tiny portion compared to several tables nearby that ordered the same thing. We kept trying to grab our waiter to check on my husband’s order. After 20 minutes, we found him. He had no recollection of my husband’s order and did not turn it in. We are, now, two hours into what should have been an hour meal with no food for my husband. It took another 30 minutes to locate the manager and try to rectify what happened. They wound up comping our meal and validating our parking. It was a disappointing situation. I would not return without advance knowledge there was a big change in procedures. For a crowded high-end resort, the service and staff were not up to the task.

Rachel, our waitress was excellent!!!
They are lucky to have her.
Ola supporting her was great as well.
The food was great, particularly the steak...the fries, not quite up to standard for anywhere.

Food was good but price was high and ambiance was below average. We had reservation for 8p and were told nothing available earlier. We arrived to a very sedate and less than half filled dinning room. We clearly could have been seated earlier and I was unhappy that my brand loyalty and conversation with the concierge didn’t result in an earlier seating.

Waiter handled food service very badly. I ordered the $85 fixed precious prime rib dinner. It was served medium to well done instead of medium rare. The waiter seemed disinterested in my problem and offered no solution.

Fancy trip to the Canadian Rockies.
Very good view. Quiet service. Good menu selection but very expensive for the food quality.
The food was great but the service was not good. The food took forever to come and the server was very slow and defensive when we reminded her that we asked for the kids meals to come at the same time as the appetizers. One kids meal was Kraft macaroni and cheese but cost $7.
