   Very disappointed with our experience. We had reservations and had requested to be closer to the open windows, because the outdoor patio was full (even though we spotted empty tables). Was told it wasn't a problem, and that it would be a short wait ... we waited and got sat in the middle of the restaurant ... even though there were empty tables closer to the open windows. Ordered drinks that took forever to arrive. Do not order their Espresso Martini. Waitress was kind enough to forewarn me if I wanted a Classic or their rendition. I should have listened to her. I tried their version with the bourbon ... it was so off-putting after only one sip - and I love bourbon. I asked for a Classic instead, and sadly that was boring as well. Their pizza is the best thing to order off their menu. Stay away from ordering seafood. The calamari fritti were heavy and over-fried. They charge $17 for an add-on piece of salmon to their salads .... it was half a filet! I asked where the rest of my Salmon was and the Waitress awkwardly smiled back at me. You can buy 4 full filets for $20 at the grocery store. It's highway robbery. We should have asked to speak to a Manager. Extremely disappointed with the experience after having had previously good ones pre-COVID. I had spoken highly of the restaurant to the friends I brought with me, and felt like I had deceived them in the end.

   The service was horrible. Very unorganized staff. Bringing food out to the wrong tables all night. Half of our dinner was brought out to the wrong table so we had to wait for the second half of our dinner.

   Possibly the worst dining experience I’ve had in years. Slow slow service. Food came out of order was cold and mediocre. Waited 30min for a bottle of wine. Could not clear a table properly, and when they did - it took 20 min to get new cutlery. I can’t believe how bad they were. Stay away.

   We had a fantastic time dining at Posta..the food was delicious!! We were seated at the patio on a gorgeous day with an incredible view of the marina. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Highly recommend this place!!

   Sitting outside in the sun enjoying the views of Toronto’s skyline celebrating a family birthday was perfect !! Loved the food, music and wait staff were really lovely. Highly recommend this outdoor terrace.

   The service was some of the worst I have experienced. I believe they were understaffed; however it seemed that they had no problem stopping by the table who order multiple bottles of wine. We did the framing cheese wheel and gratuity was automatically included at 20% which made it feel like they didn’t care to see us because no matter what they got their tips. So disappointing when we went out of our way to try the restaurant.

   Absolutely perfect, every time. Campari Spritz cocktail, prociutto platter, fresh pasta bolgonese and gnocchi like no other, a big salad for the family to share, limoncello tiramisu. Puglia should be proud! 🇮🇹

   What I found most disappointing was that the timing of everything was way off the mark. I shouldn’t get my appetizer before my drinks arrive. I shouldn’t have to ask for cutlery to eat anything let alone calamari. Same happened with our dessert. I would love to enjoy my latte with my tiramisu, not after my tiramisu is done. Maybe timing seems like a non issue at this restaurant but it makes or breaks the dining experience. Makes me feel like this place is all about turnover and not quality.

   AVOID. Booked the Wheel 3-course experience for four on Friday evening. 30 mins from being seated, no contact from waitress (seriously), had to ask to find her. Didn't know we prebooked experience, we had to explain it. Finally got it but didn't offer drinks or wine, etc. We had to walk to bar to order wine. Had to stop bus boy for pepper and water. 2.5 hours later, we got Bill and told experience comes with mandatory 20% tip! When questioned, she said "you should have known, nothing I can do." Spoke to management afterwards, nothing. Avoid this rip off.

    Interested in some authentic takes on Italian classics- look no further. Dishes we tried included the agnolotti, lamb shank and osso buco. All were exceptional with serving sizes large enough to share. Wine suggestions were perfect and cocktail tried- posta love letter was delicious and so beautifully presented with a single orchid flower. Location is lovely near Port Credit Marina and Pier for an after dinner stroll.

    Ordered everything at the same time, drinks came after 30 minutes, one calamari starter after 1 hr and two pizzas after almost 2 hrs. Everyone around us was having the same issues. Restaurant was not full after 5 pm. Managers did not do their work, seemed like very incompetent.

    We waited over two hours for our food to come to the table. When it arrived it the majority of the food was cold. To be clear, we didn’t even order anything that required a high level of culinary skill. For example, we had kids at the table who ordered chicken fingers and fries. The fries were so over cooked that they were hard to bite and brown in colour. Another person at the table ordered spaghetti al pomodoro, another a pizza and risotto. Other than the view this place is not worth it.

    Understandably, for Mother's Day they offered only a fixed menu to improve the level of service by simplifying things for the kitchen. Even still, the wait time between courses (only 3, btw) was exceedingly long. To the point that our children who are typically great at restos were complaining of hunger. The adult dishes offered for the prix fixe were decent, although some ingredients in salads were noticeably old or stale. However, asking $30pp for a child's menu, one would expect more than a ham and cheese sandwich with the crust cut off and one very modest SLICE of cheese pizza and a scoop of ice cream. NOTE: with not other child's options. Overall: it was a very far cry from a my experience when it had recently opened.

    My family and I went on Mother’s Day so of course it was busy but we noticed staff would frequently take laps around the restaurant avoiding eye contact with guests and not picking up any finished plates, filling up water, taking drink orders etc. Manager or owner of the restaurant was snippy and rude.

    Excellent restaurant right by Snug Harbour in Beautiful Port Credit area. We had the gnocchi pistachio, Tagliatelle with salmon and peas and the lamb shank All delicious, as well the fried calamari and bruschetta were delicious

    A hidden gem. We loved everything about Posta! We sat on the patio and had a nice view of the harbour and enjoyed the warm weather. Our server was wonderful, she offered great recommendations and the food came out at a reasonable time. Every dish was so delicious, everyone in our party was really impressed by the food. My husband said the pesto pizza was the best he’s ever had (and we’ve been to Italy). We got the sangria as recommended by our server and it was so good! Perfect spot to enjoy a good meal on sunny day! We can’t wait to go back and try the flaming pasta wheel.

    This was a lovely dining experience in the dome, the waitress was courteous yet attentive. The chef was very passionate when he came to explain the master pieces he cooked for us, super fresh and delicious. The pair did an absolutely wonderful job at making this experience worth it. Let alone watching the sunset under the dome twinkle lights, we even saw swans swim by at one point. 10/10

    We booked for a big party of 9 people. Service was absolutely bizarre. We had to look for the server and ask her few times to take our order. Appetizers were cold came before drinks, drinks took long. Food came but wasnt up to the mark as this place is rated. Ambience was okayish , not a wow factor. We ordered cappuccinos and everyone got them cold. Coffee came before dessert. We had to ask for wamer coffees and had to get all replaced. We were there for 2 birthdays and extremely sad part that the server told us that they don't do anything special for birthday person not even a small candle whereas, table behind us had servers singing Happy Birthday song to them. We asked another server and then they finally brought small dessert and a candle. So heartbreaking and pathetic service. Their policy was 20% gratuity with bigger number of people but the service was completely bizarre. I would never go back , it was a complete waste of money.

    Nice outside dome. Pretty cool and creates a nice, private atmosphere. People kept taking pictures from outside, so I guess it looks cool from out too. Saw a skunk by the river! lol

    I keep trying to give this place a chance but for me customer service goes a long way, which this place does not have. I can start with the manager who never welcomes guests and is always found sitting at the bar near the front entrance along with the servers who just don’t seem to have a handle on what’s going on on the kitchen. This place could be so great if management would just check their ego at the front door and start welcoming guests that are paying for his ride!

    I went here with a friend for dinner & catching up. She is a vegetarian so we ordered Caesar salad & Arancini to start. Mains were a pizza for myself and a chef’s special pasta dish for her, both were very good (the pasta especially, it should be a permanent menu item since the other pasta dishes available on menu did not sound appealing). The arancini was satisfactory, the Caesar was good but not great. Two sodas, no dessert and the bill was about $90 together. Our server did not come by frequently and seemed overwhelmed from the Saturday night rush. Overall it was a nice evening and I would recommend this restaurant to others due to its location and nice ambience. I would say however the menu needs more simple, delectable pasta dish options.

    we’ve been before and had good service. but this last time We had a new server who wasn’t well trained and didn’t get the order correct and forgot items. the bar was backed up so we got our drinks late too. our waters were not refilled. manager didn’t come over at all to apologize for the service. we likely won’t go back for a while even though food was good. but it was overpriced for the portions we received.

    It was an off night at Posta. It was one of the first warm nights of the year, so the place was packed, and they clearly hadn’t staffed accordingly. We had reservations but it still took a long time to be seated. Many of the items we ordered came out incorrectly, with zero apologies from our waitress, and the Parm Wheel presentation was lacklustre, she had zero interest in making it interesting or exciting. At the end, we were told the 20% gratuity was mandatory because of the Parm Wheel experience, despite there being issues every step throughout the meal. We typically like Posta, but we won’t be returning for a while.

    The food was fantastic and would highly recommend to friends and family. We were very disappointed with the service the night were there. Over 1/2 hour to get our drinks and some were not received at all. Plated were not cleared after each course. We ended up stacking our plates ourselves to make room.

    I wish my review included food but sadly these 1 stars are due to the service. After waiting 35 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order we threw in the towel and left. Everyone around us was either in the same boat and waiting on food, no plates in site. no staff member approached us other than for water. what a let down

    Very slow service, after 15 minutes sitting at table i went to the bar to get our drinks. Waited 25 minutes to get the high chair for the baby. And wasn't busy at all, i would like to see the panic when they are full capacity
