    The restaurant is beautiful. Location is stunning and in the late evening it’s not too busy. The wait staff was very friendly, and helpful with the menu. We ordered the famous cheese wheel. The presentation and show was lovely. However the pasta wasn’t very hot. For the steep price of $32 per person to eat semi warm cheese noodles is a bit disappointing. Silver lining Is the pasta is home made. I’d still like my food hot to start but when the only thing that’s heating the cheese is 1 flaming shot of Vodka I can understand. We had friturra di mare to start and the portion was small. The largest portion was dessert. Fried pizza dough with Nutella.

    Unfortunately we spent over $500 for our group of four here and while some of the food was good, that’s about where the good news ends. We paid a lot for the special flaming Parmesan wheel and while it was entertaining to have table side - they don’t make the sauce in the wheel. Our waiter, not a cook, is the one who did it, she lit it on fire, scraped up a bunch of clumpy pieces, opened a pot of pre-sauced noodles, squelched it into the wheel, stirred it round, and plopped the quickly cold, lumpy and congealed dish unceremoniously onto our appetizer plates. Not even a garnish. I paid $144 for that mess. This all happened, by the way, despite the fact she hadn’t even taken our drink orders. She missed every single service beat. I had to ask, after getting our Parmesan wheel apps, to order drinks?! They had a staff meeting in the middle of our time there so we waited ages to order our mains. She never topped up our wine, let alone tried to offer us another after the bottle was done. We had to flag down another server to ask for more water and our bill, because our server was no where to be found. I’m not trying to be snobby or cheap here but read this again - I paid over $500 dollars and I’ve literally had better service and hotter food at the corner diner. The osso bucco was good but clearly too little too late. Oh, also, once this place filled up it was SO loud. More than ‘hip’ loud like it was uncomfortable. My husband is a sound guy and has an app on his phone that measures decibels and we were consistently spiking over 90. That’s literally damaging volume, the poor staff here are going to have hearing loss! Please - Go somewhere else for your nice dinner. Better atmosphere, better food, better service can be found for your dollar.

    The food is consistently good. Unfortunately the service was not up to par. We had to wait to be attended to at the host station then was taken to our table & put our drinks order in. After that our server didn’t come back for 10-20mins. Our server was not very friendly but neither was he rude.

    Posta is my favourite spot in Port Credit. Great reception by AJ and Nicole, who promptly seated our part of 3 at a beautiful window seat overlooking the Credit River! Daniel did a great job looking after us, as he has in the past. We enjoyed the Gnocchi, Lasagna, and a spicy sausage pizza….well complimented by our beverage of choice. Thanks again Posta for helping me entertain my guests. You never disappoint! I’ll be back in a couple weeks with some work associates. :)

    The Restaurant always picked up my call when I had to make time changes to our reservation, and i received an updated text right away. once we got there Our server was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, letting us know about the way the parm wheel was and the kind of cheeses the restaurant uses. Food was also very fresh, have been looking for a quality burrata appetizer for a long time, and I found it here. the parm wheel pasta was too heavy for us to finish but it was delicious regardless.

    Lunch at Posta on a Saturday was on the quiet side, however, the day was bright and sunny and we felt special as our waiter (from Rome Italy) was able to attend to us exclusively. The panini sandwiches, plentiful and paired nicely with a side salad. The mussels was as an appetizer was well served as an entre. The seafood pasta had loads of seafood. I ordered something off menu, mushroom pasta which was accommodated willingly. The pasta is homemade and very fresh. It is worth the drive to Port Credit at Mississauga's waterfront to dine at Posta. Evenings are especially energetic and the place is hopping as I've patroned the restaurant in the past.

    Would like to say I was rather disappointed for my reservation. I booked online a reservation on Sunday Oct 22 for 6 guests for Oct 25 @6 PM for the Dome seating. On your website it stated a price of $75 per person on a fixed 5 course menu from Sun-Wed. After I booked the reservation I received a call from your customer service team Paul, on Tuesday Oct 24 to confirm that the cost would be $125 plus taxes per person. When I told him I received my info from your website he said they just have removed it after I reserved and he stated several times he would not honour that price of $75 per person. We did go ahead with the reservation but had regular seating. This is not to conduct business with loyal customers who have been coming there regularly for several years. I was very disappointed and not sure if I will be back. Silvio

    We were ready to order the cacio e pepe but thought the 45 minutes was too long to wait so we changed our minds. Loss of a good sale. Great meal though. The gnocchi was fantastic.

    Always enjoy my dining and listening to great music on a Thursday night performed by Virgil Scott. He is such a pro and fits so well in this venue. I love the atmosphere, ambiance, and the in house playlist as well. The food is consistently great and I always feel well cared for by the staff. All in all, a great dining experience. I can't wait to work my way through the menu!

    We love the new and expanded menu. Serving sizes were very generous, and wine selection by the glass was very good, offering a good range of wines. Looks like the change in management has had a very good impact on the quality of the experience. We have recommended the place to our Port Credit neighbors.

    food was overpriced and didn’t taste like much, i ate the lobster rigatoni pasta and while it tasted fine, i could have cooked something better tasting in my dorm room. It was bland, my girlfriend had a pork and beef pasta and that was also on the bland side, just tasteless for some reason. They need a better chef.
