   The food was very good but the service (management) was very poor. The restaurant had some St. Patrick's specials going which included wine for half price. We ordered a bottle and after a long time, the server came back apologizing for being out of stock of all the wines on special. We ordered another bottle at a regular price and it took so long to come that we thought they were also out of stock on that one. We asked and the server gave us some silly excuse. I also ordered food from the special menu which again after a long time I was told they were out. We didn't want to ruin the night so we just went along but the manager never came to apologize, we were not given a discount or something to make up for their wrongdoing NOTHING. Even the tip was already included which if I had had the chance would have been $0.00 If you have a menu with a special that does not say "while quantities last" you MUST honor it. If you run out of items pull the menu from the tables!

   The food was very bland. The burrata app was not burrata more fior di latte and very cold. The gnocchi was good but the gluten free pizza was awful - Fungi incredibly flavorless. Second time visiting, and went back as the first time was good. Will not visit again

   Excellent food and service! Calamari, and Cesar salad are delicious! The gluten free pizza was awesome. Osso Bucco best I have ever had. Salmon pasta tasted even better than it smelled. Desert and coffee is a must have!

   Service was slow, waited for over 25 minutes with an empty dessert plate before they asked if we wanted the bill, also the area where we were sitting was close to a door and the servers were constantly in and out, making it cold every now and then. Food was alright though.

   Food was good. The flaming parm wheel was such a good experience. The restaurant was not busy the night we went. Our server could have been a little more attentive as we had to ask for water and refills multiple times before getting it.

    I really enjoyed posta. It has a nice selection, good service and great location however, they recently changed their Parm cheese wheel menu item to $59 per person when it use to be combined $45 for two. It also has a mandatory 20% gratuity which I honestly don't believe is worth it. Although you do get a salad and desert with the meal. There were several instances where I had gone and requested an appetizer and it was not available. Overall, I would eat here again and would still recommend it. The food does taste good.

    The service and food was absolutely outstanding. Sat outside in the heated bubble, which I had never done. Had the Parm-Wheel as part of the four-course meal. best pasta dish I think I have ever had. The chef came out with every dish and explained the dish and how it was prepared. It was a fabulous evening. Our waitress, Alice was absolutely the best ever!!

    Night out for 4 reserved the Parm Wheel…. Most disgusting pasta experience ever !!! Pasta was dry as hell and the cheese was so over powering of SALT I could not even eat it . My husband had the lamb chop😩😩 it looked and tasted like pulled pork . The place is pretty and different but don’t go to eat sooooo disappointed !! The Cacio e Pepe receipe is sooo off!! No olive oil… no pepper !!! Caesar salad no taste and dry with three shreds of cheese on top … horrible overall

    Food was delicious as always! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal - the pasta was super fresh and the pizza dough was thin but crispy! However, the music was very off-putting. For an early (6pm) Saturday reservation, it felt more like we were in a night club rather than a dining establishment...

    We've been to Posta at least 6-7 times, and every time it seems as if we're giving it another shot, and continues to fail us. Don't get me wrong some of the food is tasty/very good (pizza's, some pastas). Ordered calamari and caesar salad this outing and boy were they both horrible. The salad was fishy and sour, and the calamari was rubber with a distasteful bread stuffing on the inside. I let the server know, and she did nothing about it. I kept my mouth shut, but that's the last time I go there. It's unfortunate because it has so much potential. I hope I never post about anything, but had to get this off my chest.

    We ordered the Dome seating and the flaming parm wheel, with some apps. Our waitress (didn’t catch her name) was amazing and attentive. Extremely high winds blew the door to the dome open a couple of times - not their fault and they did their best to mitigate. Parm wheel was brilliant. From the execution to the taste. Very happy. Have been showing friends pics and have been recommending. Already planning a trip back with 2 friends for another dome dine.

    Went to celebrate Valentine's Day with my partner, overall it was mediocre as it was best. It was too loud for Valentine's day Dinner in my opinion with sports playing on the TV. The place is nice but the place for sure not for a date, unless you don't want to hear each other.

    We came for Valentine's Day. The Osso Buco & Lamb shank dishes were excellent. The meat was cooked tender. We got a nice spot between the bar and the view of the lake. It's got a nice ambience layout but it was too loud to have a conversation. They pumped the music loud, but it could just be the night. The appetizer was ok, the salad was a little heavy on vinegar. We missed out on the Nutella cheesecake as they were sold out but the tiramisu was good. I wouldn't mind coming back though as it has an interesting interior & view and the meat mains were good.

    The food was good but the service was horrible! With a set menu you would think they could serve quickly and in the right order! I don’t think I have ever have worst service and the band playing was so loud you could not carry on a conversation!

    The pre planned meal for valentines fell a little short for my wife and me. The salad was very sour and the romaine was cut too big. It was very loud inside the restaurant even when the live band was on a break. Hard to hear a conversation with music playlist going so loudly. The lamb shank is definitely a home run. I would like to try this place again but without a preplanned meal.

    They kept bringing the plates out to our table without us finishing up the appetizer, we felt very rushed, at the end got fed up we are still eating the main course and they showed up with dessert we turned it back, they need to improve the service level

    The hostess, who greeted me was very kind and helped look for a quieter table for a friend with hearing aids and using canes. She spoke to the manager of her own volition to see if the music could be turned down. My sister and her partner were late and she said not to worry, Can relax and have a drink. She was a very nice person, unfortunately I forget her name. The food was so delicious and the waitress made good suggestions. The music was a little loud initially, but we were able to enjoy our meal and talk. Your restaurant has good energy! I will come again and I have recommended it to my family.

    Was expecting more with the vibe. Staff kept dropping dishes in the back which was very annoying and loud. Ruined the vibe. I rather go in the summer when I can sit on the patio.

    Went here for my girlfriends birthday and we had parm wheel reservations because that was the one thing we’d both always wanted to try and while I went in with low expeditions of expecting it to be pricey and just meh I was so pleasantly wrong! The portions were fantastic and the pasta was so incredibly good we both couldn’t stop talking about it the next day! Definitely worth the price tag!

    Terrible service. We had to hunt down our server whenever we needed her despite that there were only 5 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. She was not attentive at all. Didn’t ask questions. Very awkward vibes. The food was subpar. Apps weren’t very presentable and lacked in flavour. My pasta was ok nothing special. Very disappointed with my experience.

    The food was delicious and we appreciated them making us a custom order. Alice our server was outstanding, efficient and friendly. The only thing we would change was the music. It was not fitting for a romantic setting. There were playing some loud electronica music which in our option spoiled the atmosphere. Otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you

    We went for my boyfriend’s mom’s birthday dinner and it was disappointing. I don’t recommend going if you don’t drink alcohol. They didn’t have any non-alcoholic beers, and extremely limited selection of pop - no root beer, bitters or ginger beer. As an Italian restaurant, it was extremely shocking they didn’t even have Italian soda. We couldn’t get cell service for Freedom network at the restaurant, which has never happened at any other restaurant. They didn’t have customer Wi-Fi either to rectify this. The food was really good, but the service was mediocre. We were left alone for over ab hour after our main course. No one came to check on us, or to ask us if we wanted coffee or dessert. We had to go to the front after to ask for our bill when our server didn’t come around for over 1hr. Overall, it was a let down.

    Went here for new years eve. It was very loud, energetic with a band and a DJ. The food was buffet style and by the end of the night people were dancing. Had a nice time. It was over $1,000 for 6 people with 1 bottle of wine.

    Pros: Pleasant waitress and servers. Had a good time despite restaurant seating placement. Cons: Booked thru open table. Sent a message to the restaurant re seating request; to be closer to the band; there was no response. On arrival, I Was placed at the chef's table; requested to be closer to the band but I guess I should be grateful for being placed at a coveted seat in the restaurant. It was the back of the restaurant, however and for New Years my guests and I wanted a less cumbersome spot. A Pipe burst near our seat and water flooded around us. A Sous chef/Server came and finally moved us away from the back. He was quite pleasant tho.

    We decided on this venue for New Years Eve ! Entertainment Errol Fisher and the food stations were outstanding ! The vibe , the staff all on this night . Definitely will return for a spring/summer patio vibe .

    Was there dec. 30th to see Errol Fisher as posted on IG. But he was not there that night. It was disappointing since I came all the way from east end. You should updated the social media so customers are aware if there are changes. Thank goodness the food was good!

    Went here once before and wasn’t the greatest , thought we would give it another shot and was sadly disappointed. Other than the menu being very small and not much meat options the service was terrible. I don’t think anyone working in this restaurant is Italian it’s terrible Italian cuisine. We got to the restaurant ordered drinks and 2 appetizers, our drinks came and an hour later our meals came. When the meals arrived I asked the sever where the appetizers are and he looked at me confused and kind of laughed and said what appetizers ?? Really ? The appetizers I ordered ? He then said sorry I’ll bring back the meals then bring the apps , I said forget it as it’s already been an hour with nobody checking on our table not even a piece of bread while we wait so we took the meals then ordered desert , half of them weren’t available so settled for 2 of the 5 choices . Got the bill and they comped the deserts, big deal . I understand things happen but the server didn’t care , didn’t check on us at all , what kind of restaurant writes down your order forgets half of it and doesn’t check on you for an hour , no bread to the table no nothing. I’ll never go back again for the Italian place in port credit pretty sad , no wonder it was dead on a Saturday night.
