   Everything was amazing from start to finish. The food was incredible. But what stood out the most was the service. The bartenders, server and manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. I can not recommend Primal enough. Will definitely be back on our next Vegas trip.

   Things we loved: the food was amazing. Presentation, taste, and selection. Priced appropriately. Medieval ambiance reminiscent of The Game of Thrones. Things we disliked: it was rather warm in the establishment, like no air was on at all. Towards the end of our meal, the service seemed to trail off a bit as we wanted to pay and leave. Overall: we would definitely go back. The servers and staff were friendly and nice. The food was exceptional but not overly priced. So happy we made the reservation and decided to treat ourselves.

   The sides at $9 each are small and lacked luster. I had risotto, mushrooms and asparagus, all of which I make better on a random Tuesday night for dinner at home. The $220 40 oz Wagyu was flavored nicely but ordered medium rare to medium, center was raw and had to be sent back. The complimentary tomato, bacon jam with toast was Delicious! The toast points served with Carpaccio over flavored the meat and was unnecessary. Don’t get me wrong it was not horrible and we enjoyed the environment but $ versus quality and delicious factor was not a fair trade. I personally will not return. The servers and service was good!

   The steaks were cooked perfectly and the deconstructed banana split was an amazingly delicious and visually impressive desert. I would highly recommend for date nights.

   Worth the trip away from the strip. We were treated well from the second we stepped through the door. Food and drinks were awesome. We had the lobster risotto, steak tartare, Mac and cheese, bone marrow and the filet. Food was served hot and we cleaned each plate. Will definitely be going back on our next trip.

    I reserved at Primal on my birthday as a birthday dinner on the reservation with our friends. Upon arrival at our reserved time our table was not ready. We waited about 10-15 minutes for that. The ambience was very nice. Once our table was ready we were seated and recieved our drinks in a timely manner but after that it wasn't good. When our server took our food order they were kinda scrambled and forgot to asked one of my friends how he wanted his $70 steak cooked. He had to interrupt the server later and let him know how he wanted it done. Then as we waited our drinks ran dry. When food was served servers had no idea what played went where and to top it off they brought out my friends $70 steak and set it in front of him. As he started to dig in another server showed up with another steak saying the one they gave him was the wrong one!!! How does this possibly happen??? They quickly whisked away with the wrong steak and I sure hope they didn't take and serve to another customer. During dinner again drinks ran dry. In the end we got a $350 tab for a dinner with many mistakes made and the birthday was never even acknowledged as we watched other birthday dinners have a party, a song, and treated great. It was very disappointing to be honest. We have been to several places here in Vegas at this price point and this was the worst by a mile service wise. I would not recommend for service reasons. Food was amazing. 😞

    The food is good, but it's average for steak houses. Nothing unique or creative except the ambiance. They also under cooked our med/rare steak. Heard other servers explaining specials and menu items that would have changed my mind about things we ordered, but ours didn't at all. While for the very brief interactions she was nice, it seemed like she didn't have time for us and didn't even offer us full size plates for our steak and sides until almost 10 minutes after someone else brought them and we had been using app plates. I don't mind dropping $200 on a great meal and experience, but left here feeling like I wasted my money and was very disappointed since we were there for a special occasion that I feel got ruined.

    This restaurant is really cool; however, we were sat next to the kitchen so I would say that took away from the ambiance a bit. Most of the evening there were employees polishing silverware next to our table. The food...appetizers, we had shrimp scampi (good), scallops (good), ceasar salad (good). The meal also came with sourdough bread and a bacon jam, which my son loved. Steaks...my two sons had the smoked New York, they ordered medium rare, but the steaks came extremely rare. Flavor was excellent and they ate the ends then took the middle of the steak home to cook more for lunch today. My husband and I both got the filet mignon, and the flavor was delicious. My husband was very happy with his steak. I ordered mine medium and unfortunately it was also undercooked for my liking and overall tough and a poor cut of meat. I will admit that I am very picky about my steaks and only order filets because of their texture and tenderness. Any sign of fat or toughness and I won't eat it. My son took mine home to add to his lunch as well. All the sides were good...mashed potatoes, gnocchi, asparagus & brussels sprouts. Service was great, very friendly server, drinks always filled, and plates cleared timely.

    Should advertise the steaks are shareable and the aged strip is bone in and not trimmed. 28 ounces after removing bone fat and other objectionable parts was more like 16 ounces or less

    This place has excellent food, fantastic cuts of meat prepared perfectly, and the service is helpful and attentive. We had a large group that had just about everything on the menu and we did not find one bad dish. Good find, highly recommend.

    The entire staff is very attentive, both the Manager and Asst Manager stopped by our table asking if everything was good. Our meals were excellent and the presentation of the the meals is over the top! Make sure to have cameras on hand to catch the presentations of not only the meals but also the drinks. As an added bonus we were able to take pictures with swords and helmets on.

    Primal Steakhouse offers a truly unique experience. Located next to a mall, you know you are in for a treat when you enter the premises. The decor is dark and filled with objects from the dark ages (knight armor and swords, for example). We ordered the seared scallops and the bone marrow appetizers. The scallops were perfectly prepared and delicious. The bone marrow was tasty but of limited quantity. We ordered a NY steak for two, and it was also prepared well. The sides have to be ordered separately, and we ordered the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, both of which were prepared well. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate molten cake and the cream bruele. The molten cake was outstanding, but the bruele was lacking in flavor. Overall, it was a very good meal, although it was somewhat overpriced. Michael, our waiter, was engaging and professional; he made our dining experience memorable. I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

    16 ounce strip loin was not seasoned and had no flavor. It was served on a wood block and the temperature of the steak was barely warm. Definitely overpriced. The salmon was dry and tasteless. Appetizer of scallops was fair to good.

    This place never disappoints. Exceptional customer service and the food is always perfection. The atmosphere is fun and the drinks add to the experience.     Overall, what we enjoyed the most was the presentation of food. Both the cocktails and meals had such cool presentation and the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite cool. I rated a 4 for the food as it was overall very good but the special steak we got, which was not inexpensive, was cooked table side and was severely undercooked. Almost blue rare, my wife couldn’t fully eat hers because of it. Rice on the risotto was a bit over cooked as well. That being said, we would come again.

    This was an experience. Food was good but not great. After eating there I would say that the menu is overpriced. Scallops weren’t that great, steak was well seasoned but a little tough. Dessert was really good!
