   Enjoyable Dinner, we had a reservation but we needed to wait about 30 minutes for our table, which was fine by us. The food and service was great.

   Nice restaurant, excellent bar staff, food was great, service too. Expect to get seated when all parties arrived (not my favorite), but at least they take reservations and keep seating people when all are there. We will be back, thanks.

   Service and food are very good. Price is slightly higher but the food is good. Parking is extremely difficult!! Besides parking the noise level is high.

   Excellent! Keep on doing what you are doing. Has always been a good experience. The main dinning room slightly lacks the polish this place deserves, but is understandable for the Cape.

   Worse experIence we have had at a restaurant. The noise level was so loud we had to shout to hear each other and ask server to repeat what they said. Food was excellent but we could not wait to leave the place

    Food was over priced, and didn’t have a wow effect. Waitress was excellent I believe her name was Gina. At 5:00 service was fast, didn’t have to wait long.

    They know how to take a reservation but fail to know how it works. You will wait an hour past your reservation time to be seated.

    When we arrive at the restaurant a few mins early for our 7:15 pm reservation. We were told a 5mins wait.well that wait turned into almost 30 mins. The young ladies at the front laughed a lot as they told us your next. We were next a few times….. We noticed others would walk in and get seated quickly. We wondered if they were friends of the employees since it was obvious they all knew each other . The service was ok. Not sure why you would bring a can of beer to the table . at least pour it at the bar, considering the price of the beer was A LOT. The food was ok, not for the price . It was very loud there it was difficult to hear my husband and the server. For us we will not return

    It took about an hour from the time we ordered until it was brought to the table. The noise level in the restaurant is just terrible. I had to yelI in order for the party at my table to hear me. I ordered sliced mushrooms with my steak. They were sliced and very small. Typically anywhere else I get button mushrooms or larger sized mushrooms. You have a bar, but did not have Seagrams 7 Crown. We are full time residents and I am not sure I would come back in season.

    I had the Cioppino and it was amazing! My husband had a filet and that was also great (and he is quite particular). The apps and the crème brûlée were also great. We will be back.

    Seperior service from our server, on top of the entire process. My wife had the Lamb Chops and pronounced them "very good" but felt there may have been too much "sauce". I had the Filet - cooked exactly to my desired temperature. Loaded baked Potato was excellent also. All in all a very nice dining experience.

    Nearly impossible to hear yourself think inside the noisiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. Service was excellent. Food was OK. I really think the noise took away from the entire experience. Also, I reserved a table and had to wait 40 minutes after reservation that I scheduled through you.

    Ariel our waitress was outstanding. Friendly, informative, and attentive. Food quality was very good however, presentation was poor. Atmosphere was noisy, a little crowed and bright for upscale steak house.

    I have been here three times since it opened. It's pretty hard getting a reservation on Friday or Saturday but weekdays are much easier. Food is always delicious. Steaks are tender and juicy and the drinks are just right. You can't go wrong dining at this place.

    Our steaks were cooked beautifully, the shrimp was succulent and delicious, and our desserts were heavenly. The creme brulee had a perfect crust of caramelly sugar and the custard was creamy. I highly recommend eating here if you are looking to have an amazing experience with food!

    Outside bar was cool!!! Awesome food.!! Steaks and scallops cooked to perfection! Service was great.. very attentive. Very loud and not as upscale as expected. Would definitely go back!!

    Went for our anniversary! Made reservations and got sat down very quickly. Our server was outstanding. Never waited for anything. Was on point. Food was delicious. Would absolutely go there again.

    Management was very friendly and attentive. Probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten. Potatoes were great for the table too. Wife enjoyed the wedge salad and crème brûlée. Pretty reasonable great ambience.

    I had the twin Lobster tails, they were delicious!Husband had the 8 oz filet mignon, cooked perfectly! This was our 3rd dinner there, excellent!! If you have never tried the creamed corn … DO TRY!! It is Sooooo Good !!Happie our waitress was Super Nice, Great service! Thank You again for a Wonderful & Delicious Dinner!

    Best Ribeye I’ve had in a long time, 😁👍. Excellent waiter, who actually insisted my wife and I share a dinner due to the size of the menu portions listed. We shall return!

    Great food. It was a Friday night in season, so very crowded as expected. The kitchen was a bit slow but the food was excellent. Noise level was very high and I recommend some noise-reducing material be installed.

    Delicious food. Best food in the Cape by a long shot. The kitchen meeds to add a little garnish to the steak plates. The current mode of serving a steak on a bare plate is a little off putting. Also, the high top tables do not lend to fine dining. Spent $600+ but had to cut it short because we were all in agony sitting on bar stools and the bar area was like a sweat lodge. We’ll be back as long as we can get a standard table.

    Wagu beef meets LoanStar Steakhouse. Unfortunately Prime fell short of our expectations. For the price ($100+pp) it was disappointing. The atmosphere is ok you can tell it was ellagance rushed. Atmosphere needs more work and attention. The food was good but for the price of averaging over $100 a person I can get the same at other locations for almost half. They push the Japanese Wagu beef and the Tomahawk Rib Rye ( $118) Ect but the regular cuts you can find elsewhere. Service good but seemed rushed. Wait staff is friendly and efficient but visibly under pressure. Prime is still growing and probably still has kinks to work out. With some time and some more work it will be a good place for fine dining. We will return to find out Best.

    My wife and I had a reservation for 7:15. We weren’t seated until 7:55. The hostess told us that because of the wait they are giving us their best waiter. Oh boy! Are you kidding me? That’s how a high end steak house makes up for our ridiculous wait? No offense to the waiter. Steaks were good (NY strip and bone in ribeye). Sides were good. Escargot app was very good. But for the price I expected much better. Prior to retiring part of my job included taking clients out for dinners. In that capacity I have dined in many other high end steak houses (Smith & Wollensky, Morton’s, Mastro’s, Capitol Grille, Del Frisco’s, etc) and I can confidently say that this place is has a long way to go to compete. If they are going to sell $70 ala carte steaks they really need to get better. At the end of dinner I mentioned my displeasure with our treatment to the waiter and he took off our escargot appetizer. This is much more inline with my expectations. So kudos to the waiter. But I should not have to whine to the waiter when I’m dropping over $200 on dinner for two… We won’t be returning
