   Beautiful and welcoming space with a strong team that provides an excellent dining experience. The food is as fresh and delicious as one could possibly hope for. Being able to dine with my wife in a place like this certainly made me feel as though my younger self would have been proud of the people we had become and what we had accomplished so far. This sentiment can also be felt from the people working at Prime Seafood Palace.

   Booked here based on top restaurant of Canada website. Did not notice we booked bar seat on OpenTable. Was a little disappointed since it was our wedding anniversary. The reception person said that he would let us know if someone did not show up. We got a complimentary beverage for our anniversary and after our cold appetizer came, we were notified that one table no showed and we can finish up what we were eating and move over. They moved our drinks over when we were led to our table. The potato beef pie is a must have. It is tasty and not dry or too salty. The smoked trout was also very delicious and flavorful. Finally the maple tart dessert was flaky and not too sweet or sticky. The addition of cheese on top is not for everyone, but does bring a nice blend of flavor to this dish. While we were dining, the chef comes over from time to time to ask how our dishes were and to clear the table was a nice touch. I thank the staff and cook at this establishment for making what would have been a miserable moment based on mistake on my part and made it memorable. This is difference between good restaurant and one in the top Canada restaurant is how their people treat people.

    Honestly, I ate at the Keg last week, and thought it was a better meal than Prime Seafood Palace. The portions at Prime were so small, and the price was so expensive, and the food wasn't particularly unique, interesting, or well done. I wouldn't dine here again.

    Wow. I heard it was good but it was excellent! Loved our server. He was chill and we left our ordering to him for a table of 6. We wanted an experience and we got it! The food was creative in flavors and presentation. The Som paired ours wines perfectly. Highly recommend to treat yourself and a guest or client. We also got a tour of the kitchen which was much appreciated to end the evening.

    Unless this restaurant received a special Michelin star in the “participation” category, it makes no sense why it has a Michelin star. Unless serving poor quality cut of steak with loads of inedible hard fat, then taking the time to overcook a “Medium” to total grey colour overcooked steak is one of the consistent attributes to rate restaurant consistency, it makes no sense. To spend $200 on a steak that is burnt to the point of turning meat to literally charcoal in some areas, while your local Keg serves better for $50, it leaves much to be desired. Dauphine Potato with Short-rib was so extremely salty that it was inedible, unless they brined the meat and used the brine to cook the potatoes. Packed it to go but left it by the garbage on the walk back home because it was not worth carrying it home. Overstaffed restaurant with loud music playing consistently bad choice of music that goes from rock, to Scottish organ music, to techno. Just horrible choice of music. Morel mushrooms is just a confused dish. Served in some vinegar concoction. Pretty gross. House potatoes had potential had they not had a raw potato starch taste .. Overhyped, overpriced, and most regrettably just plain bad food. Total waste of time and money.

    Huge fans of Matty so we drove from Michigan to check this place out. Most money I have spent in a restaurant but it was well worth it. It was a dining experience to remember. Everything we had was delicious. I can't even pick a favorite thing, you wont regret ordering anything on the menu! We will be back for sure!

    We had the absolute best time at Prime Seafood Palace. Every bite was spectacular, the service was stunning, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It's very pricey but worth it. They nail every detail, from the Santal candle in the bathroom to the plating. A must visit!

    The space overall is beautiful, airy, light, and opposite of a typical steakhouse ambience. Our server was knowledgeable, kind, and very prompt. The two criticisms that did dim our experience was ithe infrequency of filling up our waters, as well as the burn char on our steak. The crab appetizer was delicious, and the bernaise sauce was the best I've ever had.

We really appreciated the amount of care that went into our service as well.
