The best part of our dinner was the view, it went downhill after that. Our appetizers arrived, my wife had the beet salad and said that it was excellent, I had the Altlantic chowder which could have been great if it was hot but it was marginally warm and needed salt and pepper. The main course arrived and everything was cold, my wife had the seared scallops, they were presented nice but they were cold like they had used pre cooked scallops thawed them and plated them yuck. My striploin was cold chewy and un seasoned, probably the worse cut of meat I have had in a long time. The sides were cold as well, the brussel sprouts weren't cooked nor were they trimmed properly. The parm fries were cold as well like they were left over from the day before. On a good note the Pinot Noir we had was excellent. This place isn't cheap, it's very expensive and the quality of the food is very poor. Do yourself and your pocketbook a favour a go somewhere else or just order a bottle of wine and enjoy the view.

Excellent service and food. So good we went two nights in a row! We were lucky enough to have the same server both nights. Carly was amazing both times! She offered suggestions and pairings and did not disappoint. Thanks Carly for making our dinners amazing! Highly recommend her and prime!

Although expensive, the menu was varied and portions were generous. Great view from our booth of both the Canadian & American falls that were all lit up when we arrived at 7 pm. Wonderful surprise for my husband were the fireworks in the park and birthday "cake". Very attentive and entertaining server.

Quite expensive for the quality of food. View of the falls is spectacular. Unfortunately the fireworks were cancelled which was a big disappointment but not the restaurants control. The ladies room was not very clean. The floor was sticky, so that was uncomfortable.

All the workers were very nice but the steak was not worth the price. There was no seasoning on the steak. The garlic mashed potatoes were again bland, pricing for the steaks was wayyy over priced, even for a tourist area

Went here as we are visiting for the Uk and wanted a dinner overlooking the falls. Sadly it did not live up to our expectations. They were not busy and we waited over 20 mins for drinks to be offered not served. We skipped starter hoping for mains and desserts but it took and hour for us to recover our meals!!! We skipped dessert in the end as were tired from jet lag. My husband meal was an are and turf dish which was incredibly overpriced for what it was. We paid 350 dollars for just mains, 2 cocktails and 1 glass of wine. Tip of 45 dollars was mandatory !!!!Waiter was pleasant but service slow. Disappointed to say the least.

Had a birthday dinner with my boyfriend last night. Marko was our server, he was wonderful! Friendly, attentive and very professional. We ordered the calamari to start, it was really good even though I'm not a huge fan of seafood. I ordered the linguini carbonara and it was delicious! My boyfriend ordered the steak and mashed potatoes which he praised. I also had the cloud 9 cocktail which lived up to the name. He ordered the raspberry mojito which was to die for. Great dessert suggestion by Marko, my boyfriend loved the goat cheese cheesecake! Big thanks to Marko and everyone at Prime Steakhouse for the amazing dining experience. We'll definitely be coming back!

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary and our server made our night very special. He was extremely friendly and thorough and gave us a complimentary dessert at the end. He definitely made our night much more memorable, would visit again!

The server was lovely. But I hated that we spent so much on crappy food. Hubby’s onion soup tasted “odd,” and I politely sent my lobster bisque back. It also just tasted off. We ordered surf and turf. The steak was great, but the lobster was overcooked and the sauce on the ravioli was gross. Hubby also hated it. It tasted like they just put lobster bisque on the ravioli. Hubby liked the side of garlic mashed potatoes but I thought they were also odd tasting.

Everything on the menu is what you expect at a fine dinning restaurant the steak was amazing. Most of the stuff on the menu my partner and I had no clue what it was which made it very hard what to get. We celebrated my birthday and the server presented us a very pretty mountain of ice cream with whip cream on it. It was on the house. Very thoughtful of them. The lighting is really dark dimmed lights so hard to read the menu. As we got to the restaurant we got a table right away. The food didn’t take long either and the bread and butter was so amazing.

We went on a Thursday evening, so it was slow as expected. However out server had a large section that included 2 larger groups and therefore we did not receive much attention. My real complaint is that they sat a couple with a toddler directly beside us despite more than half the restaurant being empty. This is not kelseys, they do not have a kids menu, at $100+ per plate you should recognize this is not the type of place to bring a toddler especially at 8pm. This really killed the atmosphere for us and left us alittle disappointed with our experience. Had they seated them further away it might not have been so bad, but a toddler past their bed time being given ice cream for dinner because there is nothing else on the menu for them is a real problem. Scream, babble, scream for over an hour. No offer to comp our drinks or desert to make up for it, no offer to move. The price point is very high but it's Niagara falls so you kinda expect it. The food was fantastic but not much better than the keg which would have been almost half the price. We chose this place because we figured the price point would discourage the family atmosphere you get at the keg or other mid range restaurants. We were mistaken, it isn't the restaurants fault that the family brought their child but they made no effort improve our evening. So despite the food being great the price is too high and they don't manage their staff levels properly to give the premium service you expect at a high end steakhouse. Save some $ and go somewhere else, we will be.

The ambiance was fantastic for my wife's birthday. The ambiance was great and there was great Jazz music playing throughout our dinner The prices I will admit with alcohol are up there...... over $400.00 and we had 2 glasses of wine and 2 cocktails. It was very good and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Here name was Rena and we sat at the front and had a wonderful view of the every changing colours of the falls. My wife and I shared a birthday desserts of cream boule which was delicious. Compared to some of the other steakhouses we visited, it was great as I had the steak and my wife had the salmon. The steak was fabulous.

I have yet to find a restaurant in Niagara Falls that is of the quality I'm used to in Toronto. We started with cocktails ($20) and I'm sorry but they were absolutely terrible. Described so elegantly on the menu and we got overly sweet, cheap bar rail that my 12 year old brother could probably make better. The food was a saving grace, my husband's rib eye was perfectly cooked. My salmon was a bit under and needed seasoning. The mashed potatoes were like crack, loved those. Mushrooms delicious too. Highlight was the Baked Alaska. Maybe just go there for dessert and save yourself $400.

Views of both falls from pretty much anywhere you sit. The service was A+. Michael was our server and he was very attentive and professional. The food choices would suit any pallet and our steaks were delicious. I had the tenderloin and was delicious.

The food was great, service was excellent, my server Michael was fantastic!, amazing view and atmosphere, definitely expensive, but you get good quality food and decent size portions and amazing service and views, you definitely won’t leave hungry. They do charge a luxury tax on all bills but you’re not actually required to pay it, so if you notice an extra 30$ snuck onto your bill you know why, it’s absolutely optional and can be removed by simply asking the server, all around great meal and a great experience, would absolutely come again one day.

Great view but that’s it. Very overpriced for the quality of food. Everything was prepared well but tasted bland or a little off or too rich etc. eg my steak tasted like it had been brined or something to make it juicier but left a weird aftertaste. Overall a restaurant which looks really good but is run by a hotel chain clearly focused on making money and overcharging for basic ingredients.

Way overpriced for a subpar dinner. Lamb was overcooked and steak lacked flavor. That combine with lack of attentiveness from the server made a bad experience. Had to remind my server twice about my drink. And no they were not busy. We were the second table sat in the restaurant.

Service was absolutely amazing! The scallops were to die for. My waygu steak was over cooked and honestly didn’t seem like a waygu steak. I order it 1-2 a month and that was probably the worst one I’ve ever had. Overall still a great experience. ☺️

There was a a wall right beside my seat so I hade no view was 3 inch to one side and I would have but didn't feel like having my dinner in my lap to look . The server was not what I would expect for the price we paid for dinner . Also the dress code was way more street clothing then casual.

Excellent food, great service, and memorable views of the American side of the Niagara Falls while you dine. The restaurant is easy to find located inside the Crowne Plaza on the 10th Floor, and located right across the Rainbow bridge connecting the US-Canada so you could walk here from either side. We went here for a birthday celebration and had an amazing time, I highly recommend!
