    Our waiter was superb however after being there for just over 2 hours we still hadn’t got our meal. Because we had the fall night boat tour booked we couldn’t wait any longer so they didn’t charge us for our drinks or food but gave it to us to go. Meal after getting it home and heating up a couple hours later didn’t seem worth the price we would have had to pay. As a business owner disappointing the manager threw our waiter under the bus to put the blame on even if it was his fault, but grateful that they comped our entire bill. Nice venue with great views. Too bad our experience was not good. Unfortunately we won’t go back.

    The best feature of the restaurant is the view of the falls. The wait staff was very attentive. The food was average. Shrimp cocktail was good but not exceptional. Mac and cheese without lobster was disappointing - not much flavor. Salmon was good, linguine was also good. The best part of the evening was the complimentary dessert for our anniversary, baked Alaska, which was very good. Overall pricey for a view of the Falls.

    Great Night, Appetizer Calamari was mid, no to tasty or warm but the steak was worth it! Mac n cheese tasted great, Jumbo shrimp wasn’t worth it. Overall had a great view absolutely fantastic mood, a bit dark but the light from the Ferris wheel actually helped. Servers were soo nice and gracious l. Surprisingly wait time for food wasn’t long. Got free birthday dessert with candle. Only bad issue if the wait for the elevator to get up to the 10th floor. Took way too long.

    The Prime Steakhouse is a very enjoyable place to celebrate a special occasion. The view is stunning and the food was first rate. The onion soup is good, I like mine a little more beefy flavored but it was still quite tasty. My wife had the Linguini Carbonara and I had a filet and lobster tail. Both entrees were excellent. For a side we had asparagus and it was excellent as well. Dessert was outstanding, haven't seen Baked Alaska on a dessert menu in a long time and their version made with coffee ice cream with Expresso chips is absolutely outstanding. As you can tell, we were very satisfied with our visit and would highly recommend the experience to anyone.

    My husband and I traveled from Maryland in celebration of our 36th wedding anniversary and everything here at the falls was wonderful with the exception of the absolutely horrible waitress at your establishment. She was very racist and didn’t treat us like we even belonged at the restaurant. I was wearing a beautiful gown and my husband a suit, we were greeted by the other staff wonderfully but the waitress really soured our time there. We will come again but have her serve us.

    Great dinner. Amazing steak. Personable waiter. Bathrooms are outdated and do not match price of food. Steak was incredible. Sides were okay, Brussels were a little sweet for my liking. I would go back again. Nicer view of NY falls, nice view of fireworks.

    My husband and I are in Niagara Falls on our honeymoon and came across Prime Steakhouse while searching for restaurants. Everything was AMAZING!!! The service was great (Valeria is so sweet and so helpful with recommendations on what to do while in the area). The food was perfection (my husband said it was the best food he’s ever had in a restaurant and he’s hard to please with food!!). Views were incredible and drinks were on point. We will absolutely be back!!!

    Let’s start by food was good and server was nice and friendly but a few issues during our evening Server dropped and broke a wine glass container at our table and our feet. Fine accidents happen but wife had open toe shoes and no one from management came to check and appologize and ensure we weren’t cut Wife ordered red sangria but received white Our bill has 2 additional charges for liquor not ours Not sure if server trying to slip in extra charges as got tip on original bill and did not adjust bill as they just refunded a dollar amount vs re doing the whole bill

    Food was great but the waiter, who was very nice, dropped the ball. We split a salad and I ordered an appetizer as my main meal, which came out right after our salad. My husbands steak arrived 30 minutes later. Our waiter apologized but then he seemed to avoid our table until the steak arrived. He did buy us a dessert as a thank you for our patience. Stuff happens so it was fine but a bit disappointing for such an expensive dining experience.

    Don't like to write negative reviews but. The table we were initially seated at had a beam blocking our view. After moving we had the pleasure of looking at a wall of trees. The 3rd table had a much better view. Now on to the food. My wife ordered seafood chowder that looked and tasted like dirty dishwater. We both ordered surf and turf. Our filets were cooked perfectly. The lobster was cold. We sent it back and received lobster tails that couldn't be cut with a knife. . All in all our server was good but for 350.00 We don't know if we would return. Also the noise level as the evening went on was so loud we could not have a conversation. The birthday dessert was good.

    A steak house that can not cook a steak !! My husband’s steak went back twice and then we gave up and asked them to remove it from check. View very nice . Our waiter Mark was very good . Loaded baked potato also good . Soup and salad ok. Piles of dirty dishes left behind our table for most of the dinner also not appealing. Would never return and never recommend!

    Really bad service. Waiter did not ask at all about food allergies or intolerances where my partner is coeliac and a serious matter. We had to ask and he really wasn’t that interested not offering any advice about the menu. So we had to rely on our experience to order. Starters took an age to arrive. Main courses turned up with wrong sauces and a medium well steak cooked medium rare. Waiter never once asked us if everything was ok. No top ups of anything and then when asked to cook the medium rare a little more this also took an age. Waiter then plonked a complimentary desert on the table to which I had to ask was that gluten free and guess what - it wasn’t. Didn’t even try to correct that. Appalling service we won’t be back.

    The views are spectacular - we sat at a window table and really enjoyed the falls. The food is just ok in my opinion. Expensive and not really worth it. We shared a 16 oz ribeye and it was very fatty, hard to chew and tough. The carrots were tasteless - they were supposed to be in a honey sauce with feta cheese but all we had were steamed carrots with feta cheese. The onion rings were very good though. We each had a cocktail and our bill was over $250! Seemed like a bit of a ripoff.

    We went to celebrate my Husband's Birthday. They gave us a table with a view of the Falls, a complimentary Birthday dessert, and allowed us to stay to watch the Fireworks whilst finishing our drinks. The Food was delicious, however, for the price, I expected bigger portions. The Waitress was very accommodating as I have celiac's disease and allowed me to order an add-on as my main with a side of my choice to make my own meal. I would recommend Prime Steakhouse for a celebration. However, for a regular dinner night I would suggest somewhere else, as the bill for two people was $200+.

    So we went to a steak house and no one ordered steak... this is because the other entrees are absolutely fantastic. I had the forest mushroom ravioli and honestly am not even sure if I have ever enjoyed a meal as much as this. My husband got the everything crusted salmon.. it was cooked to perfection. We also ordered the lobster crostini... absolutely fantastic.. wish it came with more :) If you are a red wine drinker I strongly advise the Tom Gore cabernet sauvignon as it was amazing.

    The view was gorgeous, our waitress was super nice and the martini was delicious!!! The scallops were pretty good, kind of bland. The salad was good but small for the price. The ribeye was thin and not worth the 60+ dollars. All in all , next time I would go for a martini and an app only.

    Very disappointed in the restaurant. It didn't have white table cloths. It was dirty and in need of a face lift. The food and service was ok. The ambience is tired. The price doesn't warrant the food or restaurant.
