2 of the 3 soups were just warm, third was fine. Steaks and salmon were excellent, sides Brussels and Carrots were again not hot but warm and Brussels were not overly flavourful and a $59 bottle of wine. At $520 with taxes and tip for 3 people, I didn’t feel it wasn’t good value for what we ate. View was exceptional and you can’t put a price on that. I was planning to return with my wife in November but I won’t now.

The view was amazing and the food was delicious, great size portions, what we did not know was you had to pay for each side dish Steaks varied in price cheapest was $69.00 Canadian, this is not on par with Keg as someone had stated. Our issue was our waiter got the timing wrong, main meal was delivered just after we had the appetizers delivered, we refused the steaks and was told do not worry we will keep them warm in the back lol. after speaking with the Manager they made us New Steaks but unfortunately this had ruined our evening. Would we go back no.

We arrived and we were seated promptly table for 2 with a beautiful view of the falls. We ordered the crab crostini appetizer which was just ok. We ordered the prime 16 oz NY cooked perfectly temperature wise but was very tough. Our expectations for a prime steak were definitely not met. The sides were ok but the food just didn’t have any wow factor. We order chocolate cake for dessert and it was tasty but dry. Our server was a lovely women and we probably should have told her so that was on us. Went there based on great reviews even though saw a few reviews that mentioned the same. If you are going for the views you won’t be disappointed, food not so much

Overall food was great! The Atlantic chowder was lacking on substance though...hardly any seafood in it but broth was tasty. They brought me the wrong steak cut but graciously exchanged it for me. One thing to note, perhaps given the prices they could provide salt and pepper grinders. We had to ask for 2 different pepper shakers...nothing coming out and we still had to open them at the bottom to get the pepper. View was pheomenal and host sat us at a window table with out charge which was very much appreciated. We would go back.

Spend the extra few bucks for the falls view table! Everything was incredible from the entree to the dessert. I can’t recommend the baked Alaska enough!!
