   It was our first visit at Prime Steakhouse as we were staying in Sheraton Hotel over March break. My 12 year old enjoyed his Wagyu Tenderloin steak while my mom and I who are not steak lovers enjoyed our salmon dish. Our waitress Rene was extremely pleasant and helped out my son to choose perfect steak. We also tried salads and French onion soup and desserts. All were amazing experience and looking forward to our next visit.

   Food was worth the price, extremely delicious. My kids 13,11 and 7yr old absolutely loved their food. My husband and I had double Caesars and it was the beset caesars that I've ever had. Our server was Ryon and he was amazing, super tentative and accommodating!

   We celebrated birthdays with a beautiful, outstanding view and good food. Our server, Dillion, was very attentive and knowledgeable. It was a very enjoyable dinner for my son and I on an out of town trip!

   Went for a birthday dinner for my partner. Atmosphere was beautiful, perfect view of the falls. Our server James was amazing and attentive but gave us lots of alone time (perfect balance). It was a little cold but the manager moved us and it was much better. We got the fixed menu. Everything was delicious. Shrimp, carpaccio, bisque, wedge salad were all delicious. The steak was fabulous l, I upgraded to the 16oz and it was one of the best steaks I ever had. My partner had the mushroom ravioli and loved it. Desserts were split. The toffee and ice cream was delicious and not too sweet. However, the cheesecake was a little disappointing, more cream cheese flavour than anything else. Overall we had an amazing time and we definitely go back here.

   The food was terrible. We had steaks- it was like it was taken out of the freezer a few minutes prior to cooking. We also had Salmon and had the same experience. It was disappointing. Specifically, we spend over $300 for 2 adults and 2 kids.

    Great food one of the beat stakes i have had in a long time. I See the odd poor review about price and quality of the stake online. my opinion is they are people that are used to eating at chucks road house with no taste quality. “Karens” Been here multiple times never had an issue!

    We had a great experience at Prime Steakhouse. The Winterlicious menu is extensive and generous. Our server, Barbara, was outstanding and world class. She was professional, affable, and helped make our Anniversary dinner special. The view of the Falls, of course, is the star of the show and did not disappoint. We’ll be back for sure!

    Great evening! The service was the best I've experienced in years. The food was very good and the rib-eye excellent. Seating was perfect; best view ever. The manager check in on us and made it very personal connection. And yesit was somewhat expensive but well worth it.

    Waitress was great, restraunt was clean & nice, great view. Food was okay, but nothing that special. My partner thought his steak was a little odd. Wouldn't say it's worth the price.

    The menu is very expensive;$76 for a steak with no sides, $15 for a baked potato, $15 for some mushrooms, etc.. No prices listed on the website so you don’t know til you are seated. The flavour is just ok. I’ve had way better food at The Keg and at Ruth Chris’ The view is beautiful so if that is what you are looking for this is the place for you. I would not go back.

    The location is good and they validate parking! Staff were average. The food was well prepared and portions are decent. Highly recommend the toffee pudding!

    We wanted to move tables and the restaurant was empty. They made it seem like it was a hassle. And asked us to bring our own cutlery to the new table. They then brought comp bubbles which was nice. The server took a while to greet us. He was knowledgeable and friendly but it was slow. The Brussels sprouts were amazing! But I got the surf and turf (med rare steak). The steak was completely raw and the lobster was chewy and bland. I couldn’t eat the lobster so I told them to take it. They threw the steak back on the grill and there was zero difference to it. The food was awful. I would never be back for it. And for $80? No thanks. They thankfully took it off the bill but that was not a pleasant date night. My boyfriend and I have worked in service industry for over 10 years. Would not recommend prime steakhouse.

    Our server James was incredible! My partner and I went for the prix fixe menu and it was really memorable. The food wasn’t the absolute best I’ve ever had, however I would like to go back and try other menu items. I don’t think I ordered best for my personal tastes. You really can’t beat the views and the cocktails here as well.

    We had reservations for my daughters birthday. She had ordered the New York steak and the price was expensive. My daughter was so sick with food poising that night and the next day and still sick. Totally ruined her celebration and weekend.

    Service was great. Noise level a little higher than expected. Fireworks view is pretty good. Starters and sides are quite large as was mentioned beforehand. Had a salad for a starter and it was a good size for 2. They split it onto 2 plates which was perfect. You can probably get away with a single side as well. Steaks were cooked about a level higher than requested, but still quite juicy. I have had better steak for similar money but it was still very good. Only disappointment was the restroom. It didn't appear to have been cleaned in days. Overall decent place.

    Someone had recommended to reserve a table so you can see the fireworks - and it was beautiful! The dinner was amazing, had the Chicago char ribeye - it was perfect! A great place for dinner!

    Food was great but our server could’ve been better. First we felt rushed and she continuously keep cutting us off. Main course took forever but, it was valentine’s night so we took it easy. The quality of the food was much better than other places we tried in the area and you gotta love the view. Probably will visit again but we will ask for a different server.

    Couple next to us was having a Valentines breakup, that was ridiculous. My wife had to step in and make certain the girl was okay. The seating placement was hardly what I had originally asked for.

    Me and my partner had a wonderful anniversary dinner here on Saturday night. The food was amazing and our server marco was very informative. We purchased a bottle of wine and a steak to share and were gifted the dessert complimentary for our special occasion. This place has a perfect view of the falls and fireworks went off as we were eating dessert which was magical. Marco brought us wine samples when we didn’t know our taste which was extremely helpful and pampering.

    Everything was great until the server turned out to be Homophobic and Transphobic. Would’ve given a 5/5 all around but truthfully, such discriminatory comments ruined our tables’ evening.
