   Everyone at Prohibition Public House was super friendly and attentive to our table’s needs. We were greeted with, “Hello beautiful people!” and it incredibly kept getting better from there. The ambiance is really cool. We loved all the wood and stone around the restaurant. The booths are so fun and comfortable. Then the drinks and food came out. The cocktails were beautifully presented and all the food was fantastic. We ordered the mushroom pasta, brisket, turbot, and the lobster/shrimp tools. All were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back when we visit Ottawa again.

   This is a great spot. Super ambience, if noisier than some would appreciate around dinner time. Service is friendly (over friendly?), quick and the booze in offer is good. Generous portions, so no one is going to leave hungry. Looking forward to trying the patio.

   Four of us went for drinks and sat in the bar area. It is bright and well decorated so you feel comfortable right away. Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. After looking at the menu we decided to have appetizers. The charcuterie board with 5 items was great value and we also had sourdough bread with mango and ricotta which was amazing. There is a good variety of beer, cocktails and mocktails. On a warmer day we could have opted to sit on the large patio. If you have not been, you should give Prohibition House a try. There is a paid parking lot on the corner if you can't find street parking.

   We had a wonderful night, it was our first time there and our waitress Rebecca was patient and lovely and the whole experience was great. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this to our friends and family who have never been before.

   The ambience is like an elegant pub vibe and I’ve been to Prohibition house a few times now. Drew was our server and had us laughing all night. I got the pasta which was nothing extraordinary but my 2 friends got the burger which they said was the best burger in Ottawa (also the fries are maple bacon flavour unlike anything I’ve tried!!) Charcuterie has always been my fave! Would definitely recommend Prohibition House:)

   Fantastic experience for my first visit to Prohibition Public House. Cool vibe, excellent and attentive service, delicious cocktails, locally sourced ingredients - overall everything was excellent. It may have been my first visit but it certainly won’t be my last.

   We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to everyone!
