- Private party facilitiesAlthough we do not have a private space, Proof offers seating for large groups in our dining room with a contract. For parties of 9-20 guests, we offer a 3 course menu beginning at $70 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). For groups of 20 or more, we require a food and beverage minimum, which depends on the date and time you are looking to host the event. A full restaurant buyout is available for groups of 50 or more, where we can offer both a seated dinner, or a passed hors d'oeuvres/cocktail style reception. Proof can seat up to 14 guests at one table in the dining room; groups larger than this will be split into tables seated next to each other. We are able to seat 85 guests, with room for 125 standing.
