I had a reservation, confirmed via email just a week ago, and they required a credit card deposit. Yet, after spending $60 for a taxi dropping off my family and me for our anniversary, the restaurant was closed. Nothing remotely open in the area, and no taxis anywhere. One of the most unprofessional experiences Ive encountered. They close and dont inform their patrons?? Book a reservation at your own risk.

The food was super salty. I ordered skirt steak for main course, it was fatty and all I tasted was salt. I was very disappointed

Sorry that you were disappointed but you ordered a Wagyu skirt steak and the particularity of Wagyu is the amount of fat. We offered you to order something else instead but you declined, and I removed the steak from your bill. We tried to make your evening enjoyable the best we could. Thank you

This place is overrated! The ac didn’t seem doing the job. It’s so hot. I wasn’t enjoying the dinner. There were 6 of us. The only thing surprised me was the wagyu steak. Everything else was just ok. The service was ok. I guess the entire Turks don’t really have good service like the US or Cancun Mexico. It doesn’t look like a fine dinning place to us. Overall it’s ok. We enjoyed Turks and Caicos very much tho.

I love Provence but warning! Warning! It was ridiculously hot in the restaurant. It’s partly on us as we sat at the chefs table, but after doing some reconnaissance- there really wasn’t a much cooler spot to be found indoors. Our server (Jary) was great, and the food is served with an amazing attention to detail.

Sitting around the chef’s counter watching Chef Eric and his crew was truly an experience. You can taste the passion they put into every morsel of food! Definitely recommend!!! They made my husband’s birthday dinner spectacular! Jerry is an amazing singer.

What a FANTASTIC experience! Sat at Chefs Table and thoroughly enjoyed watching all of the food being created right in front of us! Tuna Tartare, ceviche and the crab salad appetizers were delicious. I really liked the shrimp pasta appetizer as a meal while Hubby had the bronzino and enjoyed it. To top off the evening, our waiter sang a happy anniversary song Acapello to us! Thanks for a memorable night;)

My wife and I ordered the tasting menu. Most courses were ok. The halibut was delicious. The setting was nice. We ate outside and were the only people out there all night. Staff was nice. Overall, it was an ok meal, but not worth the $400 after tip and taxes, in my opinion. If we come back, which I would be open to if we come back to TCI, I would order specific items instead. Not bad by any stretch, just not my favorite meal we have had here.

Arrived as the first diners in the rest and were concerned. By the time we left it was full. The food blew us away. Coming from a large city in the USA this was on par with some of the best places in the states. The yellow tail appetizers were amazing and the skirt steak was cooked perfectly. Would highly recomend to anyone looking for a fine dining in turks.

Chef Eric and his team are at the top of their game. By this I mean quality ingredients, skillful preparation, compelling presentation (without being over the top) and the cohesiveness of teamwork can be easily seen in the open kitchen. We have dined here several times, and it is our favorite on the island in its category. We’ve dined at more than one restaurant in this category that we enjoyed in the past, but now appear to be riding on reputation. Chef Eric and his team continue to lean forward.

The best restaurant experience we had while on our trip. Service was impeccable and food was amazing. Yellow Fin Tuna appetizer was perfectly prepared and a fusion of flavors I haven't experienced before. The Branzilo filet was cooked to perfection. Chef Eric has an island gem.

Service was absolutely terrible starting with the hostess. Had to get up from my dinner table and go to the bar myself to get drinks. After meal was put on the table the waiter never came back one time until everyone was done eating. I had Booked inside, told it was full upon arrival and was sat outside. Booked a week in advance and was canceled day before. Rebooked day before dinner and was asked to leave a $25 x5 per person deposit that it would be taken off the check.. it wasn’t and still has yet to be refunded nor have I been responded to when I sent a email for the deposit back. Very odd the payment page had a big Amex logo on it yet they don’t take Amex (a card that fights very hard against this type of scam). There were at least 7 empty tables so clearly they were not so busy they were going to lose out on another table if we didn’t show. So why the deposit in the 1st place?

It's a shame you were unhappy with your experience, however when you say "everything on this Island sucks" as you arrive at the table it was not a good start to the night. The hostess was happy to seat you indoors once we had enough space to accommodate you, when asked you declined. With regards to the payment, this is something most restaurants do, for larger tables. We have no control over which cards are accepted. ALL your e-mails have been answered, not sure why you would make that comment.

By far the best dining experience we’ve had on the island! We sat at the Chef’s Table and saw first hand how detailed and attentive Chef Eric and his team are about every facet of their dinner service. Observing the kitchen was an experience in itself; simply a work of art. When we could take our eyes off all that was happening in front of us, every bite of food was delectable, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Chef Eric and his team take their craft seriously and it shows in the perfectly plated dishes they served. The service was impeccable and the staff were overly cordial. Chef Eric even took a few minutes to greet us, check in on our meal, and took a photo before we left (all while firing a steak, mixing a delicious sauce, and modeling technique to one of his team members…impressive!). We would highly recommend Provence as a culminating dinner on your last night of your trip. Couldn’t think of a better way to end ours!

We were celebrating a birthday and ordered the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings. It was exquisite and perfect for a special occasion. We enjoyed an equally excellent service from our server Jerry. Provence is absolutely the best high end dining restaurant in Providenciales.

Dined at the chef’s counter for our first anniversary. By far the best meal we’ve had on island, and top of the list for best meals ever. Every bite was delicious. The service was fabulous including Jerry serenading us. Impeccable from start to finish. We made plans to return later in the week. The attention to detail from Chef Eric and his team was amazing to watch. Very cool to see the inner workings of a French kitchen. Once dinner service was slowing down, he took the time to chat with us which we very much appreciated. It is beyond my comprehension that anyone would find fault with this establishment.

Appetizer was fine. The shrimp dumpling broth was very salty. The crab salad just tasted like a tuna fish salad. The entrees were very bad. We had the branzino and mahi mahi. Inedible. Not sure if something was spoiled but both had a sewage smell. We returned both and they took them off the bill as we only took 1 bite. The service was good. We just left after returning the meal. Not sure if it was just a bad night. One other thing the bathroom sink had hair all over it which was a bad sign before we ordered our food.

Absolutely delicious! One of the best meals that we had in Provo. Each dish was artistically plated as well as tasted amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive to each table. This restaurant is definitely one of our favorites and we will be coming back each time we are in TCI.

My husband and I enjoyed two appetizers, our entrees, and desert was the best. It's fun to watch the chef at work from the chefs table! We loved the restaurant, the service, the food & especially Jerry. This place is definatly on the list when we visit again.
