Hard avoid here. Was incredibly chaotic. When we finally found the hostess table in the middle of the second floor they were very rude and even though some of our party had been seated and i showed them our reservation they insisted that we were in the wrong and would not honor the reservation (for which they had seated some of our party already!) and said it didn't exist and that i should go look myself.

The food was atrocious, I ordered the super greens salad and hte quinoa was "crispy" as in undercooked. The salad was drowning in a rancid oil that made me sick.

The "games" were all taken by a private party or were broken. The board games which we thought would be fun were poorly taken care of and had tons of pieces missing.

Spend your birthday dollars elsewhere

Our waiter was great and tried to make up for the kitchen MESS. In our party of 8, 1 order came 30+ minutes later (after all 7 other people had finished eating for quite a while). My goodness - it was just tacos.
My son put the ketchup on his burger and then declared the burger inedible. The waiter agreed that the off-brand ketchup they offer is bad and he won’t eat it either.
I really want to like this place..... but.....

The only negative I have is that it was difficult to play many of the games even though there was very people there.

Wow!! We had the best time at Punch Bowl Social. First interaction was with our waitress MIA!! She was outstanding she was very attentive quick and had great conversation. She was also on point keeping us aware every step of the way about our orders. Mia was amazing. Next we interacted with Alex how was also a wonderful delight. Alex was extremely sweet and thorough. She even stayed a little late to make sure we got everything we need. She was also very friendly. Those two made for a great interaction. The food and drinks are very tasty. There wasn’t a morsel left and all drinks were drained. Now just the activities alone with the exception of a couple of kinks with the bowling and pin setting machines we had a great time. We casually moved from one activity to the next (there are an abundance) there is something for everyone board games etc. Ambiance was good. The lightning was perfect even the level and kind of music was popping. We can’t wait to our next trip there.

Go there for the atmosphere, not the food. The menu left a lot to be desired -- nobody at our table of 9 enjoyed their food all that much -- but at least it came out to our table quickly. This place is a fun concept for a night out. We used one of the private karaoke rooms which was great. The multiple bars were also great with a good selection of premium liquors. NOTE: parking in the red parking lot is free if you are there less than three hours.

The service and the food was delicious. It was a bummer there was an event downstairs so we were not able to play the games below. However I will definitely try to come back again especially for the mac n cheese.

I was very excited to take my teenagers there (3 of teens + 2 parents) but doubt I will return. It was confusing at arrival. The downstairs was closed with no one to direct you as you walked into restaurant. Though there was a work of art on the wall to indicate there was upstairs dining, it was not lit, so I assumed it was an art piece. I had to guess downstairs was closed and the restaurant was indeed open. No one helped my kids get equipment to play the games. Waitress would leave before getting everyone's order ( this happened multiple times). Seemed like plenty of staff but our waitress could not be found several times - though she was certainly nice enough when present.

We had some issues for brunch. All in all, the management stepped up and comped some food and discounter the rest of the bill. Cold entrees, lackluster wait staff, delayed entree. I haven't given a poor review in a long time but this one was deserved. It's a great place to go for fun but to waste a family brunch there was maybe a mistake.

The place is nice and the music is good. However, the menu could better. The drinks taste HORRIBLE!!!! I sent the first drink back and I tried a simple Bacardi and sprite.... somehow they manage to ruin that too. The place has the potential to be great, but only if the hire good bar tenders. People go for the ambiance, but it’s the alcoholic beverages that keep them coming back.

The concept of the restaurant is great, the ambiance and setting is great, the food & service is meh. Our orders came out far apart, luke-warm, and they took forever just to bring a salad. The place wasn't even busy. The manager came by to ask how everything was and didn't even seem like he was concerned when we told him.

Came for brunch for a bday party! Service was okay, our server was not engaged and had no idea about the brunch menu because she “works nights”. But unpleasant
Food was average, lacked seasoning but def had potential.
Best part was the games lol

Only disappointment was that the big games area was closed for a private event which wasn’t made known to us in advance. Otherwise it was a great experience and we will def be back.

This was supposed to be a family get together . An engagement (daughter who flew in from Seattle) celebratory dinner /fun night. I personally visited the place twice to ensure there would be no glitches with confirmation that they would be open normal hours. They confirmed twice they were. Few days before I stopped by again to-make sure everything was good. Reservation was for 6:45pm and I receive a call at 2:30pm that they were closing at 8pm. Despite the huge scrambling(I was working) we got there for 6 . Manager Malcolm wasn’t accommodating with the time( one member of our party didn’t make it in time from airport for the occasion) and firmly told me I am leaving at 8 . He’s not sticking around!
I thought - is this how you talk to customers????
I appreciate and respect that it was Christmas Eve, hence my intense searching for a venue that would be open until 10 at least.
Our special evening was ruined!

Drinks were way overpriced! $10 for daiquiri that was gone in 4 sips was a bit ridiculous. Menu was tiny, and the first two items I ordered they were out of! They did comp my meal for the inconvenience, but truly nothing special about this place except for the location and the the games inside. Very disappointing.

I’ve been to Punch Bowl several times because I absolutely love the atmosphere. However, the quality of the service can largely impact the experience, and that’s what negatively impacted my group’s experience yesterday. The server didn’t visit the table frequently enough, and once the food was served, everyone was not served at the same time. There was a gap of almost 45 minutes between seated guests being served their food within the same group who ordered at the same time. And on another note, because I am a girl who loves ketchup, my own personal pet peeve was the off brand ketchup they served that tasted like spaghetti sauce. It was AWFUL. Didn’t eat my fries because of it.

Disappointed to say the least! Our office made reservations in November to celebrate our Christmas Party at Punch Bowl , having heard it was fun with plenty of activities . Well when we arrived we were informed that ALL activities were booked for the evening. So that was the first bummer, 2nd the food was one step above Applebee's I had to send mine back because it was wrong , had to flag down our server whenever we happened to see her like 4 times. There was no lack of employees , several were standing around chatting so that was not the problem. We made the best of the evening but I definitely think some management needs to be reevaluated.

The food was good. It is one of those places where you have to know what to do or take someone who has been there. It looks fun with all the activities going on...bowling, pool, darts but there is no real understanding of how to do it. You just kind of hang around and then hope you grab it before someone else does. It is also really loud which you expect but it is not easy to have a conversation.

I wanted to love this place. What’s not to love about pinball, pool, and punch? Except, the pinball machines were few (2), the pool table was $12 an hour, and the punch was just gross. The food was lukewarm and not memorable. As a party of 3 that turned into a party of 7, the service was attentive and definitely accommodating- given the empty dining room. Overall, I’m not a fan.

If I could sum up Punch Bowl Social, it would be "a bourgeoisie Dave & Busters for adults".

The menu is fair but compared to other restaurants right next door, it's a little mediocre. It was obvious to us that the game play was the real draw and the food was ancillary. Don't get me wrong, the food was tasty but lacked in strange ways.

For instance, the taco entree was more appetizer size than main. You get 3 small tacos with a small side of black beans. No rice... just a cup of beans. The men at our table who ordered them were a little hangry afterwards. Another example is they had a DELICIOUS looking Dutch Apple pie on display, but when we went to order it, the waiter warned us that they did not have the means to heat it (i.e. no microwave) and that it is served cold from the fridge. Who does that? This is Georgia, ma'am! Lol.

Our server was very attentive, however; for which we were grateful. But the service and ambiance isn't enough for us to recommend it to friends when Yardhouse (with AMAZING food and drinks) is right next door. I guess if you just want to play games, its a good spot.

Fun time but not satisfying since I was not told there was a private party happening at the same time so many features (bowling, etc) were booked. I had a birthday party of 7 and I would have liked to have known!

This was my second time coming and both times the service sucked. The waitress disappeared for long periods at a time she didn’t put our orders in when we requested. She would leave the table in a rush so we had to make one request after another as she never gave everyone a chance to express their needs. Our glasses never got refilled without having to remind her as she didn’t check in on us.

Drinks are good but food is not and the service is just ok. Fun atmosphere because of the games but, probably won’t go back anytime soon. Also annoying you can’t listen to the football games in the bar area, do not recommend looking at games there. Also had a reservation and they said “oh we are full in the restaurant area but go to the bar area and lock down a table”. Thank goodness the bar area was fairly empty because reservations here mean nothing.

We have been here several times before, but it really seems to be going downhill. This time was an awful experience all around.

We did not have a reservation, but the place looked fairly empty, so we went to the host stand to see if we could get a table. We were told there would be a substantial wait, so we decided not to wait. Before we left the building, something told me to try Open Table. The place really looked pretty empty for a Friday night. I made a reservation for "right now" and we walked back to the host stand. We were seated immediately. WTF?! You can't seat us because you're "so busy," but if we walk away and make a reservation you'll seat us right that second?!

Unfortunately, our food was awful. Nothing like it used to be. My husband ordered the Shrimp Louis salad. The salad arrived piled on a plate and looked beautiful. What he didn't know is that they had also covered the plate in melted BUTTER and dressing before piling all the salad on top. Butter is delicious, but there was so much butter on the lettuce that it was dripping and there was still a huge, disgusting lake of liquid on the bottom of the plate. Macaroni and cheese arrived cold, chicken quesadilla was so greasy it slipped out of my hands. And all during our dinner wait staff were bringing us other people's food (things we didn't order) as if we had ordered it. Fortunately, the punches and cocktails were still delicious and well-made. Fairly inexpensive, too. If you feel you must come here, then have some drinks, play some games and go somewhere else for dinner. We used to love this place, but we won't be back.

The food was just okay, I really didn’t like the drinks either but the staff was amazing & made my birthday experience here great. I would recommend everyone to visit here for the awesome customer service. I had so much fun doing karaoke for the first time & was even better that it was in a private space.
