I enjoyed the punch room. I did not eat there but was pleasantly surprised by the punch drinks. I am a whiskey or vodka drinker and not keep on sweet drinks. The service was great. Great chill vibe. Amber is a sweetheart and Carlos can mix. Met Renee last night and she’s great

Nice ambiance. It got a little loud after larger groups arrived. No food menu , but tasty nuts are available. The punches were delicious and I feel I got my money worth. $25 for each cocktail. Wait staff were great and served everyone the same.

The Edition Hotel and Punch Room were undoubtedly gorgeous. The table we sat at was a bit oddly placed but not something I would say was a detractor from the experience. Amber (our server) was incredible and went out of her way to make our time at the Punch Room excellent (she even offered to make the off-menu drink made by Rene Fitzgerald I came in for.) The first drink we ordered was in a punch bowl, which gets you about 3.5 drinks, and the value shines there. The glass itself was excellent; I loved the coffee and lime combo. Then we moved on to individual drinks, and things started falling short for me. My next order was cohesive but, as a result, didn't let each of its unique ingredients shine... the order after that was definitely more interesting although the way it was served was kind of odd, haven't seen a large rock in a Fizzio glass before, would probably get rid of the rock and just chill it the glass. 6/10 for me, not sure this format and price point fits Tampa. Would love to see this concept pressure-tested against NYC!

A visit to the Punch Room is more than stopping in for a pre dinner cocktail. It's an experience! From the one by one escorted entry into an intimate, elegant drawing room ambience complete with fireplace to an exquisitely prepared craft cocktail, it's all wonderful The service by bartender,server who gives a detail explanation of the drink menu was perfect. We were there for a 5p reservation which might have been the reason for personalized service. I've heard it gets really busy later in the day. For me, it was a delightful experience!

So glad that I found this hidden gem. Took my sister out for her birthday and we both luved everything about it. From entrance to exit, everyone provided great service. The drinks were delicious and our server Amber, was wonderful! I will definitely be back.

We had reserved a table at the Arts Club through Kayla Antonio. When we checked in with the hostess (also named Kayla) she refused to seat us although we arrived at the scheduled time (9 pm) and had written confirmation of our reservation. She stated there was no reservation under our name. I even showed her the messages from Kayla Antonio and she was just arrogant. Not a great impression for a high end establishment.

Excellent experience and service. Loved the Madame Francis Punch my friends and I ordered. But order the tap water if you're looking to stay hydrated. I don't think I have ever had to pay for sparkling nor bottled water at an upscale establishment, so this was a first at the Punch Room. In my experience, spots I've been to in The Ritz, Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons haven't charged for water, speaking to the prioritization of hospitality and experience; perhaps the Edition could follow suit.

We were seated for an 11:30pm reservation only to be ignored for over 30 minutes by 1 waitress working.....it was my birthday......sadly we left...what a dissappointment!

We really enjoyed this unique experience. The drinks we had were delicious, the vibe inside was unique, it was quiet and intimate, and the service was fantastic. We also loved that afterward, we could just slip over to Arts Club, which has a long wait line. We loved our time at Punch Room.

I was excited to experience the Punch Room. Concept is very cool- mixology cocktails inspired by different locations in the world. Vibe was very cool. After check in you are lead behind an unmarked door into a well appointed comfortable lounge. The cocktails are delicious and are made with ingredients I have never had before. Between our party we tried 7 of the cocktails and all were unique and enjoyable. Unfortunately the service fell short of expectations. The lounge was less then half full- however the servers were talking amongst themselves most of the time. We had to wait for a new drink - actually the mixologist at one point left the bar to come to our table to see if we wanted anything else. I would come again for the drinks - but suggest they address the service.

A truly amazing spot for ambiance, comfort, service, highly recommend. They don’t serve food so be prepared to hit up the other amazing venues at The Edition prior or post visit. Five Stars!!!

We came for a belated anniversary celebration, my husband and I each had two different punches, all four were absolutely delicious and we enjoyed how distinct they were. I wish I knew names, but the brunette who assisted us at the beginning of our visit was very friendly and I appreciated her advice on selection. The bartender was great and very personable, we really enjoy watching him make the drinks and it was clear he takes a lot of pride in what he does. The ambiance inside Punch Room is perfect for a date night, it was our third visit tonight and are looking forward to our next

Service was awful. Waitress didn’t explain concept until we asked. We waited a ridiculously long time to get our punch and to get service after that while she stood at the bar and talked to guys she apparently knew. We had to literally waive our hands in air and go up to the bar to get her attention and get drinks and get bill. For $250 for 5 people to drink not much punch and bad service. Having said that , I did like the punch. It is a cool concept.

Price was $25 person which included one cocktail. One table was served snacks, however, servers did not offer complimentary bar food snacks to anyone else or explain menu pricing. There was nothing memorable about the cocktails except the price. I would suggest providing a small pitcher of "punch" for the $25 price or serve complimentary bar snacks with each cocktail.

This has been my go to bar since I was introduced to it. Love the atmosphere and ambiance. The detail to luxury is not only in the decor but in the drink menu. Staff is well versed in the menu and the presentation is such a pleasure to watch
