We've been going to Quality Italian for years even through COVID. This is the first year we noticed the quality of service was not what it used to be. Espresso machine was broken they said, the lead wait staff made little effort for that top of the line service we used to experience. Desserts are now a bit over the top from the previously gorgeous and more refined presentation that they used to have. It has dropped a star in our opinion. The food is still delicious and some of our favorites remain on the menu, well prepared and still one of the best steaks. They need to bring the wait staff and presentation back to what it used to be.

Our server was fantastic, the food was very traditional Italian (al dente pasta like they do over dead) so if that’s not your thing maybe try the meats! The Caesar salad was absolutely phenomenal, and I also really loved the spinach. I was not a fan of the chicken Parm pizza I feel like the sauce and cheese made the breadcrumbs soggy.. the mock tails are fantastic. The ambiance was low key and family friendly.

Food was good. Service was fine. Not overly friendly or welcoming. Agnolotti were a little dry the pasta was thicker and tougher than I think it should have been the sauce however was absolutely delicious— could mopped every drop up with bread. The rolls were so delicious, not what you’d expect in the way of Italian restaurants. Got whipped ricotta with honey so smooth, this was special. We sat out on the patio so it was much quieter but they don’t have space heaters, so it got chilly later in the evening. The pear crostata was so buttery- crust was incredible and it was huge- Definitely share! It probably could have gone 4 ways! The lobster dish was yummy and not overly spicy, lots of lobster. Corn crème brûlée was interesting but not a favorite. Tiramisu was a good show, but not out of this world (also shareable). The calamari was yummy as well sweet and savory.

Overall, the dining experience was excellent. Weather permitting, ample outdoor seating available. The setting reminded me of a New York restaurant. The food was amazing. The hanger steak was to die for. All the pasta dishes were outstanding. Service was impeccable. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it. I will definitely be back.

We are not impressed with the food at all! We was expecting great delicious food for the price we paid for it. I had a big chicken Cesar salad and it was very plain the lettuces it doesn’t look fresh at all the chicken taste like cardboard. So over priced. And the rest of my party that ‘em was visiting out of town they are extremely disappointed. Overall are experiencing it was not what we expected. Service from the waitress it was ok.

We didn’t have the best experience. Our table wasn’t ready at our confirmed reservation time and once we sat down, the entrees took forever! The server did the right thing by comp ing our dessert, but still, I expected better from a $250 dinner at QI.

Food was ok. My boys liked their filets but the chicken parm was overcooked with way too much cheese. The biggest dissappointment was that we came to celebrate my twin boys' 14th birthday. I told the waiter this before we ate and I made a note of it when we made the reservation but the waiter and the restaurant did nothing to make the evening special. We would have been happy with a verbal "happy birthday" or a sparkler or even just a scoop of ice cream but nothing was done. Sad.

We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary at Quality Italian. It was fantastic. The food and dessert were delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful, and our server was exceptional. We will be back.

I can’t say enough great things about the appetizers we ordered. They were phenomenal! Unfortunatelg, the entress we ordered were terrible. The veal was incredibly overcooked, tough, and underseasoned. The raviloi thing (agnoletti?) was also underseasoned to the point they had no flavor. Despite this, our server was excellent.

Extremely noisy, extremely overpriced, and very poor lighting. Ordered the whipped ricotta and the guacamole to start, for a table of 5. Both were served in a condiment sized dish and both came with rolls. Very confusing presentation; each dish serves 1 and why was guacamole served with a roll? The service was pressed, although we waited 20 minutes to receive our drink order. The entrees were mediocre at best. The gnocchi tasted like gummy paste. Overall, a very expensive disappointment.

I’ve rarely experienced such low quality of service or lack of overall friendliness. I did however get the impression that I should consider myself lucky enough to be there. There are a lot of higher end dining options in Denver. I’d choose any of them over this place.

What a wonderful experience, yet again. Started our evening with the Truffle Honey Ricotta paired with monkey bread. In the past they paired this starter with focaccia bread, but the sticky monkey bread was a delightful change. The pairing was perfectly sweet and creamy. Although, I do wish the truffle flavor had more of a presence. The first entree we ordered was the Spicy Lobster Rigatoni Alla Vodka, which is prepared table side. The vodka sauce was exceptional, great flavor and texture. The dish had plenty of lobster. My only complaint, the al dente noodles were slightly under cooked and could of used a little more time. The second entree we ordered was the Paccheri Amatriciana. The sauce was bright and full of flavor a touch of spice, pieces of guanciale and fresh basil. This is the second ordering this dish, it was just as delicious as the first time. The restaurant is always busy; which can make the noise level loud depending on where you are sitting. Do not let that stop you from dining here though. The service has exceeded my expectations with each visit. Our waiter, Andrew, provided excellent wine and entree recommendations. He was knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparations of each dish. While the prices are high; you are getting great quality ingredients, delicious dishes, extensive wine list and excellent service in an upscale restaurant. Highly recommend Quality Italian for your next night out.

The staff was attentive but not overbearing. It was lively and busy but not too loud. The ambiance and decor was very deliberate and well done, down to the monogrammed table cloths and wine glasses. And the food was just.. *chefs kiss* so delicious. The portions were just right and everything recommended by our waiter was great. Will definitely be going back.

Great Saturday afternoon patio dining. Hostess was proactive in accommodating my assisted walker table side. The beef steak tomato caprese salad was generous with pickled onion and sun-dried tomatoes to kick up the flavors since beefsteak is big but mild in tomato flavor. Order aa couple of fresh vegetable sides like grilled broccolini or deep fried brussel sprouts.

We’ve eaten at Halcyon more than a dozen times… It’s always solid. On our last visit, it seemed “off”. The service wasn’t as attentive as usual, we had our bottle of wine and salad before they brought my cocktail. They were out of several dishes and the initial wine we chose. Since we always opt for the chicken parm pizza or the file mignon lasagna, the food is always exception.

Great food. Below average service. Slow on taking orders. Slow on delivering the food and drinks to the table. Slow on clearing plates. Ordered a 2020 bottle of wine from the wine list. Brought a 2021 of the same wine. Didn't disclose, and not apologetic in the least. Same price. The food is really good, but too many hiccups on basic restaurant service stuff. Not sure I'd go back.

We started with the filet mignon meatballs. Incredibly tender with the most authentic, garlicky marinara topped with shaved pecorino. Could’ve feasted on those all night. My Italian husband was instantly transported to his aunt’s kitchen when they make their famous meatballs. My husband got the porterhouse agnolotti which was tender and rich with a delicious brown butter topped with balsamic. I had the spicy lobster rigatoni which was absolutely wonderful. Tomatoes and lobster were prepared tableside with chili infused vodka which gave it a little kick, then topped with crunchy garlic. The fresh rigatoni was absolutely perfectly al dente with a creamy vodka sauce. We wrapped up with the strawberry rhubarb pastry and basil gelato. Was a wonderful way to spend our anniversary and we’ll absolutely be back!

Quality Italian has always been one of my favs! Tonight was a different story, I’d give our meal a C. Service wasn’t good and the dessert was awful! Not sure we will be back for long time!

Steak Raviolis's pasta was hard & chewy...not light, airy, and did not seem to contain the proper ratio of eggs which makes them light and delicious! Italian tomato sauce was so-so overly poured on very undercooked so-called 'homemade' rigatoni pasta which was hard & chewy!!!! Again!!!! Bread is not authentic crusty Italian bread. This restaurant's bread is oily and salty and once again, a very small portion. Small portions...this is not the Italian culture I'm used to experiencing. Quality Italian restaurant is definitely way "Overpriced" for the quality and portions of authentic Italian cuisine and overpriced wine list! Don't waste your money. There are much better and less expensive Italian restaurants in Denver, Colorado in my humble opinion.

Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time I can’t wait to come back and eat here again! The cacio e Pepe was delicious as was the lobster pasta. Ending with Ferraro rocher ice cream was amazing!
