What?! Our lunch was the best meal we enjoyed in NYC (and we ate at some great restaurants). I saw some others did not have a very positive experience, but ours was perfect, from the server to our order.

It was very disappointing. We were put in a back room and staff were very loudly setting up for a larger party. Dragging furniture and placing things on the table super aggressively with no regard for the noise level. The food was not enjoyable. We heard about the chicken parmigiana pizza. Some thought it was just ok. I personally could not eat it. The prices of the food for the quality was insulting . Wait staff were not friendly. This is the first time I’m ever writing a negative review on a restaurant. I don’t like to complain. This entire experience was terrible. I will never go back there.

The food was delicious and the service was awesome. Everything that came out was so tasty ... down to the Ceasar salad which was so fresh and perfectly dressed. We shared a pasta course, the sausage garlic bread appetizer and the chicken parm pizza. Can't wait to go back.

Six of our family dined before a Carnegie Hall concert, making the location ideal. The menu offered adequate variety, our dishes were well-prepared and presented and after an initial sense we were invisible, during which three servers were talking among themselves instead of attending to customers, we had excellent service. We have been here before; we will likely be back.

The appetizers were great but that was about it. The food came out so very slowly.. and when it did come out my dish was very very salty. Salty to the point that it was inedible. Our server was very kind but there was nothing he could do about the timing of food and the salty meal. We will not be going there again.

Do not understand why they would take a reservation at 245 and have a server offer drinks and warn us that we only have 5 minutes to order and not be able to order more food after. Spent my father’s day at a better restaurant.

If you want the best cut of steak order the tomahawk with 1 or 2 friends. Enjoyed the salads too. And the desserts were homemade and delicious. Very fair value for such high quality food and location. Will return !

We had an awful food experience. Came for a friends birthday and got two Tuscan salads and the salads came and it was missing half the ingredients. They offered to bring it on the side, didn’t bring the right ingredients - insisted they brought pancetta but they brought bacon - and then told me they didn’t even serve bacon at the restaurant. It was unpleasant and overall poor.

The hostess was unfriendly. My food was subpar. The restaurant was so loud I couldn’t hear the people in my party. It was very warm and we asked them to lower the temp. They said is was the lowest it could go. The waiter was lovely.

Everything was Phenomenal from start to finish. Royce was absolutely incredible and was very helpful in picking out the best food for us! 100/10 would definitely come back!!! The burnt marshmallow dessert was great and the chicken park pizza is out of this world.

First rate best of breed Italian in NYC. Part of the Quality 3 restaurant brand. We ordered the terrific little gem Caesar salad and the chicken parm. The chicken parm is shaped like a pizza cut into 8 slices and it is special. Service was excellent.
