   I used to love this place but this trip we were very disappointed. Made a reservation for dinner with clients to arrive with no table for us. The tried to send us to one of their sister companies but no luck. Unfortunately I will never visit again. Very disappointing.

   The food and the waiter were great. Service was appropriately fast without making you feel rushed. However, the dinner party arrived in two separate groups, roughly 3 minutes apart and the hostess had quite an attitude and rudely threatened to to turn our table over. The whole party arrived within 5 minutes of the reservation so this comment seemed unwarranted. When we were leaving the hostess was again completely dismissive. First and last impressions are everything and Quality Italian really missed the mark here.

   One of the best dining experiences I have ever had, truly! I have been before, and decided to take my parents for their anniversary and we all had the greatest experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough! Our server, Michael, and manager, Luis, were the kindest, most professional, and hospitable staff I have ever encountered. Thank you all for an incredible evening! Fantastic!!

    Mother’s Day and new job - This was our 3rd time here and we can’t wait to come back again. Quality Italian understands the steps of service, attention to detail, proactivity, and the guest experience. Their fine dining experience and connection speaks volumes to the kinds of business they would like to represent.Thank you to the women at the hostess stands who all carry poise like managers, our server Royce (from this time), Jay the bartender on the first floor (who we remembered from our last time), and Luis - one of the managers. My mom and I sat there while we enjoyed our cocktails, meals, and desserts (one of which was comped by our server) and felt like we were spectators to a magnificent show. Did I mention Luis went downstairs to grab a table for us and comped our after dinner drinks?! Outstanding. If you come to New York, visit Quality Italian. As someone who worked in hospitality and HR, and understand the world, I promise you will not be disappointed.

    The food was fair, the noise level was extreme and the prices are ridiculous. $165 for a ribeye steak is a total ripoff. I'm not going back. The server was very good.

    We asked for a table inside which the hostess accommodated however once inside the volume around was super high. I could barely talk to my guest next to me. It was really the same throughout the whole night. The food and service was great however due to the noise levels I won’t be going back.

    This was our first time experiencing Quality Italian, and we are forever fans! Food was spectacular, presentation was great, the service was outstanding, and we really felt special and attended to.
