   Due to traffic and public transport issues, we arrived 30-45 min late to our reservation. The front of house staff was very hospitable and had no issue seating us despite the delay. In addition to that, we also only had an hour to dine. Our waiter, Sergio, was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful getting us a quality meal in our limited time. I’d highly recommend requesting him when making a reservation. Not a single critical comment to make about the food. The tomato stracciatella salad was full of authentic flavor while remaining simple and fresh. The gluten free gnocchi used for dietary restrictions were big and fluffy & the perfect delivery mechanism for their outstanding pesto sauce. And their sautéed spinach could convince anyone veggies are underrated. I really don’t think you can go wrong here. Ps. If you’re looking for a more intimate space for your meal, request the back room. It’s not quite as energetic as their main dining room.

   Chicken Parm pizza was really good… enough for 3-4 people. It was a fun presentation too . Chopped salad and octopus were delicious. The orange sorbet was yummy. The cocktails were delicious and strong. Service top notch. The large room was rather noisy. All in all a great experience. Thank you!

   Amazing experience with Joseph. I have been in the restaurant industry for over a decade and his delivery and overall hospitality is second to none. I can’t say enough about how well he handled our party of 9 thanks again Joseph. The food and beverage with all of the quality branded restaurants is always remarkable. We loved the chicken parm pizza, the fusilli, agnolotti, and the steak also all of the desserts were amazing. This place is great for anyone visiting from out of town if you want to show someone a wonderful time in NYC. Thank you again to the team at QI.

    My husband and I came for dinner to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was amazing! From the sweet hostess, to our perfect table, and our wonderful waiter Sergio…. The dining experience could not have been better! An even a better surprise was that our kids were able to call ahead and surprise us as they knew we were dining here and take care of our whole tab. The restaurant also surprised us with a beautiful happy anniversary dessert. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the chicken Parm pizza as everyone else does! We will definitely be back.

    The Chicken Parm Pizza for 2 was amazing but more easily serves 3. I felt bad we had to throw some away since we were on our way to a show. Speaking of show, our waiter was not very attentive and it took too long to pay our bill.

    Not sure if it was an extremely busy night but it was very loud and hard to have a good conversation. Of course this may also because we are from the Midwest! We were seated shortly after our reso time but near a very large party with whom we shared a server. The Maitre d’ ended up taking our order. Although we were served wine and salads fairly quickly, our bread and entrees took almost an hour to arrive. We asked for a comp dessert and coffee to compensate us and the waiter very quickly agreed, which was nice. It was still over 100 each because of overpriced wine per glass. Food was good but it just wasn’t the super pleasant experience we were looking for in NYC. Definitely would not go back nor recommend.

    I cannot say enough to describe how much I enjoy every visit to Quality Italian! I try not to revisit restaurants and usually opt for trying new places but this is my exception. This time we had Joseph and he was exceptional! He was so welcoming, engaging, and attentive from start to finish. His knowledge of the menu was so helpful since everything sounded so good. We ordered almost all of his recommendations and they were spectacular. His server’s assistant, Maily, was also very on top of everything, making sure we always had what we needed. Very attentive and sweet to us throughout our experience. We already can’t wait for our next visit!

    Pretty underwhelming for what we were expecting. This had been a bucket list venue for a while including the chicken parm pizza apparently supposed to be unreal. It was okay but nothing special. Price was $$$ for $$ quality. Disappointing and would not bother again.

    We took 2 out-of-town visitors, who were on their very first visit to NYC, to Quality Italian - which we watched being built as it replaced a Staples store - because we knew they would love the food and the decor. And, they did!!! We did the same with visitors in Jan. and Feb. of this year. The only suggestion I have, and which I made to the terrific waiter we had, was to include percentage of tipping on the bill; e.g., 20%, 22% and 25%, as that makes it so simple to just add the amount at the end.     Main issue was that the chairs were hard and uncomfortable. Also, the chairs slid backwards from the table constantly due to the slick nature of the floor and the lack of traction by the cahirs. Had it not been for this, a five star experience. One other item - the brussel sprouts were not good. Way too much going on.

    Service was pretty poor for myself and my boyfriends date night. We’ve both been before and have not experienced this type of service and for something special like a date night we were disappointed. Food was delicious though! And the martinis were amazing.
