    Food was average. Over priced for portion size. ordered 2 dishes. Duck was sent back, was not cooked as requested and was red/bloody, uncooked and very chewy. Not much flavor in whole dish. When mentioned to server she quickly took plate away then still charged 1/2 for it. Second entree was good. (seafood frutti di mare). We would not go back. We were told there are many other places in Revelstoke that are better.

    Had the burger week game burger and fries and wine. Think I prefer their normal house burger. Great service and good food.

    A lovely meal at Quartermaster. So many different flavours in the plate- Michelin star quality! A clear winner was the deconstructed blueberry cheesecake- I would come back again just for this dessert any day of the week.

    Loved everything! Our server was great. She gave great detail on our meal and always checked in on us. The vibe was buzzing, adored the atmosphere. What a magical night!

    Good food and service. Pricey, but then I feel every restaurant is overpriced these days. Server was very attentive. Maybe a bit too quick to sell another beer. i.e still had a third of a glass left.

    Service was fantastic. Our server was very knowledgeable about all the dishes and wines. The 3 of us in our party all enjoyed different mains and appetizers and all the dishes were delicious!

    The food was some of the most delicious food I have had . There were flavours I have never tasted before, makes me celibate just thinking about them , server’s so friendly, helpful and fun. Most enjoyable evening .

    We decided to have a mini holiday for our one year wedding anniversary and chose Quartermaster as our place to have our anniversary dinner. The food was amazing! I had the duck. He had the burger. Good portion sizes and flavourful. If we end in Revelstoke again, I would go back to Quartermasters!

    Just an exceptional experience. The quality and presentation combined with the service makes this the premium dining experience in Revelstoke. Anybody who gives this anything but a 5* review is an idiot 😉

    Our second time at the restaurant and it was even better this time. The food and service were great-halibut cheeks and scallops for appetizers; gnocchi and strip sirloin for our mains; and a chocolate orange mousse for a shared dessert. The wine selection was very good as well.

    The food was excellent, and the service was great! One complaint though... before we even sat down, we were told we had to be out in two hours because there was another reservation at that time... NOT a good start. We were also reminded at the end of our meal that our time there was drawing to a close. When you are spending the money you do at the Quartermaster, you do not want to be rushed in any way. We had a three course meal, and didn't linger unduly, but that took up our "allotted" two hours. I highly recommend a buffer be built in between reservations to allow for a relaxing and more enjoyable experience.

    Food and service were both great. Ed, our English host, was very helpful. We’d highly recommend the Quartermaster which is in a century old building. It came highly recommended and exceeded expectations.

    The meal we enjoyed on 9 July 2023 at the Quartermaster was one of the best ever! We had excellent service by our server Sam and the rest of the staff. The restaurant was very well appointed and clean. We ate the Bone in Rib for two and it was scrumptious. We fully recommend dining at the Quartermaster. We will be back the next time we are in Revelstoke.

    One of the best dinners I've ever had! Simple but delicious, high quality ingredients. The summer salad is so fresh and delicious (& I am not usually a salad fan)!

    Head chef was off that night. Food average and didn’t live up to expectations. Friendly kind staff, but gaps in attentiveness. Not busy, but main course took ages to come. We were sat in back and quite loud there. Perhaps because It is off season?
