I just have one word "Outstanding". The food the drinks, and ambience was just perfect and on point. I took my daughter in law, who lives in Toronto and she noted that restaurants in Toronto, had nothing on Radius, and their oysters and calamari! Excellent choice for a dinning experience.

First time dining inside new Radius - been to Hess Street location before but for lunch on the patio. It is very chic inside - lovely long bar. Lots of vibe when you enter. Nice set up with tables well spaced. The oysters on special were fantastic - fresh as can be - great price. My guests enjoyed their pasta and I the filet mignon. The potatoes with some cheese (guyere) were outstanding.

First time to have dinner at their new location on Hess Street, it was a great night! The location has access to parking on street and public parkings. The ambiance was good. The service was great. The food is excellent! Ordered Filet Mignon and it was cooked to our liking! Great drinks, my friends enjoyed the Forever Young on their cocktail menu. Will definitely have another date here! The website online should be updated tho.

One, we quickly found out there was no brunch anymore of Saturdays. Which is what I made a reservation for. I have my inlaws in from out of town. Two the server didn’t smile once. My father in law mentioned that mine and his eggs in your eggs Benedict were not running like they should be and hard. Said sorry but nothing more done about it. Then we waited forever for our bill. Even after asking one of girls to tell our waiter. She didn’t smile either and was rude. I was very disappointed. We wanted to have a goos brunch with my inlaws as my husband and I moved to Hamilton a few months ago and heard it was good. Will not return!

We went for a dinner to catch up and talk.. the atmosphere was perfect! It wasn't too loud, we were able to enjoy ourselves. Our server was outstanding! he was very attentive to our needs. It was my first time at the new location in Hess and I definitely will be back.

LOVE the new place on Hess… great decor, great ambiance, great staff… food is still amazing … that filet mignon melts in your mouth and the deep fried Brussels sprouts soooo good. Fabulous experience! The food was to die for (savoury goat cheese rolls, perfectly cooked tenderloin, and salmon with a really unique and complimentary mix of ingredients in the bowl). I bumped into someone I knew on the way in she raved about the chickpeas! The server knew that we were here for a dining experience and for friends to catch up. She gave us the perfect amount of attention - enough time so we didn’t feel interrupted or rushed, but not so much time that we wondered where she was. We appreciate her intuitive responsiveness. The ambience was perfect too! Great vibe but we didn’t have to yell at each other across the table. The owner was visible and greeted us warmly. We felt very welcomed and will most certainly return. Thank you to all staff who came together to give us a lovely night out.

I recently celebrated my best friend's birthday at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance and food were amazing, the poor service marred the overall celebration. From the moment we were seated, it became evident that the waiter was not attentive to our needs. This lack of attention made our dining experience less enjoyable. One of the most disappointing moments of the evening was when we requested that the birthday cake be put away for later. The waitress, instead of accommodating our request, gave us an attitude that left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was a simple request that should have been handled with professionalism and courtesy. To make matters worse, when it came time to settle the bill, we waited an exceptionally long time for it to arrive at our table The final straw was when we asked the waitress to add the birthday girl's dinner to our bill, as it was her special day. Shockingly, she made our friend, who we were celebrating, pay for her own drink!! It was an embarrassing and frustrating situation, especially considering we had explicitly mentioned the birthday celebration when making the reservation. Overall, the disappointing service overshadowed the outstanding food at this restaurant which what could have been a pleasant dining experience . We left feeling unsatisfied with the level of service we received, and the mishandling of our simple requests was truly disappointing. It's unfortunate that such a special occasion was marred by these issues. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its service in the future.

Honesty the new location is gorgeous , the serve Avery was so amazing and so kind , he left us alone to do our thing but then we so observant when we needed something else (drink refill etc) the owner chatted with us about our experience ! The new location does not make you feel like you’re in Hamilton, it’s very up scale but also a relaxing environment . The food was out of this world and we will be back again very soon! The prices are great and everything from beginning to end was unreal! Thank you

Our first visit to Radius and certainly not our last! My husband and I dined for our anniversary and we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco to start the evening. Food was phenomenal. Started with oysters (small but flavourful) and the goat cheese spring rolls. Portions for the main dishes exceeded our expectations. We had the double bone pork chop and the honey+sumac glazed Salmon, both were delicious. Enjoyed the in house made skillet cookie for dessert which is a must. Appreciate that all desserts are made in house by their Pastry Chef. Service was spot on. Our server was incredible attentive and pleasant. He offered menu suggestions and took great care of us. We are already planning another visit to Radius to try out their nightly specials that are offered through the week. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner perfect!
