   The food was great but the price I feel was a bit overboard. The environment is great, the waiter we had was incredible and honest. The only downside was a party of 4 was over $200. You are paying for the ambience. I still recommend this place for at least a once in a lifetime opportunity, just plan accordingly for your wallet. And book a table days in advance!

   We had a great server and wonderful experience at Rainforest Cafe. We were seated almost immediately after checking in (on a busy Sunday) and our server was very friendly and attentive. The food is a bit overpriced, but it was all really good and the kids loved the experience and food.

   We made a reservation ahead of time and within 5 minutes of our time, we were seated and enjoying ourselves. Everyone that interacted with my family was pleasant and friendly even with a full restaurant and multiple birthdays going on. My children loved everything about the restaurant and as adults, so did I.

   Cousin Get together. When I am at the restaurant I always like when I am greeted and asked how I am doing and my kids. I always feel so welcomed by the Rainforest staff.

   The host was incredibly rude when we arrived, mumbling snarky comments after we spoke. It felt like he didn’t want us there. However, our waitress was a 10/10 and she deserves a raise. The short time spent with the host was made up for by our waitress, fortunately.

    We enjoyed our meal at the Rainforest Cafe. The food was the best I've had in a long time and the drinks were such a treat. The ambiance is fun and our teenagers had a blast.

    Went here for my daughter’s 5th birthday. I realize it was Saturday and they were busy. It took us way longer than it should of to get our food. Many tables came and went while we were there. My order wasn’t placed correctly- asked for no beans and got beans. One kid order got the wrong side twice. My son and another adults meals were forgotten to be placed. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for adult meal that was missed. Had to remind waitress my son didn’t get his food. Took probably 1 hour 30+ minutes to get his meal. Took three tries to bring my son the correct meal that we ordered (which was a kids meal so not that difficult). We were all done eating before they realized they forgot my sons and other adults meals. Long waits, didn’t get checked on if our food was good, if we needed a refill or anything. One persons shrimp was so over cooked you couldn’t even eat it. No sorry or apology, no credit on our bill. I get it was Saturday and busy but sorry or a little something as an apology goes a long way! I was very disappointed as normal it’s quick, nice service. It felt like the server didn’t even care we were there or that she messed up the majority of our order. I felt really bad for my son, the child, who had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes + for his food.

    The food was amazing and the environment is very cool; there was so much to look at and watch while waiting for our food. Our server was very friendly and did an amazing job even with them being super busy when we were there.

    If you decide to eat here, just know it’s for the experience of the rainforest design and nothing else. Our server was wonderful. The food was not good, and expensive for what we got. The kids menu portions were laughably tiny, and I am someone who usually thinks they are too big. One small spoon of pasta isn’t enough to satisfy most children. Our Sparkling Volcano didn’t have the sparkle topper, and the brownie had poor flavor and texture.

    It was ok. The food was ok, the service was ok. It was a nice experience but I don’t think we’d go back. I had the fajitas and they weren’t anything special. My husband had the salmon and it was dry. The drinks were pretty bad

    The ribs were good the shrimp was rubbery, everything looked great. Just didnt tast fresh. Had a messed up stomach the next day. Not worth the money. Stay away from the seafood

    Went with my teenagers and a toddler. Once the baby warmed up to the environment she had a great time. Food was delicious but pricey- but expected with everything else rising. Our waiter was attentive and kind.

    Food was just okay, my daughters hot dogs were slimy, and the burger one of us ordered was overdone. The place is very worn and definitely needs to be updated. Our waitress was wonderful and did take the kids meal off our bill. The whole place needs an overhaul and has just gone down hill with every visit. Will not be going back anytime soon.

    Our initial check in experience was a bit unorganized and was a bit surprising as we had made a reservation and ended up waiting about 10 min and I reminded the host that we were waiting for our reservation and were then seated. Our server was great! He was fun, attentive and great with the kids. He made the experience really fun!

    Food was awful. Service was horrible. We got the wrong food and still no one was able to bring us the right food. So we had to eat and pay for what we didn’t order. Would highly recommend never going there.

    overpriced and poor food overall---they don't know how to make nachos as most of chips had nothing on them and was dry. Rib/shrimp play was poor. Chicken club and pizza were fine

    Alfredo was like a TV dinner. Coconut shrimp over cooked and fries not seasoned great. Server took 20 minutes to greet our table and was slow the remainder of the night.

    Of course you come here for the themed surroundings so expect to pay more for your meal. The variety of the menu is good, but still plan on spending $$$$. As a couple, we never get out of there without dropping $100.00 so we just limit our visits.

    Our safari guide, Josephine, was very on point. Engaging our grand daughters very well. Enjoyed our time there. Please note that the food, service and ambiance are so much better since they moved into the new space.

    One and done - great for an experience with people who have not been there before but it is worn (seat was literally thread bare, should have taken a photo). Staff is tired, very rushed even on a day that was not filled with lines. Very expensive for what you get but realize you are paying for the atmosphere and how else can they keep folks at bay? Key lime pie would be 5.99 at an Applebee's, 11.50? here. Server was nice but busy, as everywhere else it feels understaffed. I still recommend with young children as a memorable experience not available anywhere else in the midwest.

    The service was great- wonderful wait staff all around. The food was terrible. I would have been much better off going to Taco Bell. You are 100& paying for the atmosphere. Bank on grabbing fast food afterwards.
