                                                      Service was exceptional. Restaurant was done very nicely. it just seemed like same old Gordon Ramsey type of food. Very typical to all his restaurants in Las Vegas. looking for something new!! something wow!! Come on Gordon you can do better.

                                                      Server was nice, but had too many tables. The person refilling water was very attentive. Ordered the tasting menu. Salmon crudo was good with wine pairing. The crab cake was good along with the side salad. The risotto was very overcooked, like eating rice pudding, sweet and soft. Had to pay extra for scallops & pancetta with but would of been inedible without it. The beef Wellington was one note, soft, needed the red wine demi-glacé for any flavor. The wine pairing was good but small pours. The sticky toffee pudding was enjoyable. Attributing the less than fantastic food to it being a Vegas Restaurant and although it’s a celebrity chef, they can’t ensure quality.

                                                      The best crab cake I’ve had! The scallops were fantastic and only became better when paired with the pork belly and fennel. Portions are generous for the quality. The plate of broccolini was large!!

                                                      Our experience was definitely an enjoyable one. Our waiter Jeff, was outstanding along with the other waiters. We had the five course meal along with wine pairing. All courses were amazing except for the risotto. The rice was a little bit toothy, the scallops were just a little bit under, but flavor was amazing  Wellington was melt in your mouth delicious. Would definitely recommend it and we will be going back again when we visit Vegas again
