   I was extremely impress by the services. Our waitress explained every dish with much details being that it was our first time dining in a Ramsey Restaurant. And the food was to die for! So delicious from the appetizers to the main course dish. Definitely give it a 5 STAR.

   We didn’t realize before going that this restaurant has extremely limited options for vegetarian folks. Also, the cocktails/mocktails tasted bitter and as a result we couldn’t finish our drinks. On the positive side, the dessert was good.

   What an amazing evening! We chose the Tasting Menu with the wine pairing, and I’d highly recommend it! The food was outstanding, but the star of the show was the staff. Prompt seating at the time of our reservation, greeted with amazing smiles. Our serving team worked like a well oiled machine on an extremely busy evening. There was no rush for the courses, and the meal flowed very smoothly.

   A unique experience if you have not been to a Ramsey restaurant. I would suspect that there are better versions of Ramsey restaurants though. In my opinion it was a bit underwhelming and a bit overpriced, as well as surprisingly loud. I felt the beef Wellington was rather bland, unfortunately. Still, the risotto and the shrimp cocktail were very enjoyable. Also, the toffee pudding was a really nice dessert to share.

    We loved our experience: excellent food, and outstanding service! We went with our teenage daughters and they enjoyed everything too. My husband and I had the 5-course dinner with wine pairing. Our girls had the filet and salmon. Everything was prepared perfectly, served quickly, and tasted terrific. The toffee cake with caramel sauce is a must-try!

    The only complaint is that it is connected to the open casino so the smoke smell can take away from the tasting of the food. If you are sensitive to smoke like my wife I recommend you request a table on the lower level, it’s not so evident downstairs. Other than that, 5 stars all the way.

    Server wasn’t exactly friendly but it was 9p so probably getting to be a long day. Service overall was good. Food crab cake appetizer was very good but that’s where it ended. Almost just asked for the check as it took another 45 min for my entree which was salmon to come out. Then the salmon was a disappointment, it was overcooked and absolutely nothing special. With so many places to eat don’t see returning.

    Capped off our family trip with an amazing dinner at Ramsay’s Kitchen. We were seated near the kitchen and it was like a combined dinner / entertainment experience. Started with the crab cakes then the mains were chicken, filet mignon x 2 and beef Wellington. Sides included creamed potatoes and Mac & Cheese. Dessert was STP and coffee. Everything was 10 out of 10 as expected for a place like this. Service by Marlene was amazing and the energy throughout made for an amazing dining experience.

    We are locals in Las Vegas and love to indulge in what our city has to offer. Ramsey's Kitchen is the best dining experience I've ever had and we eat at a lot of restaurants on the Strip. Kenia and Amilio made our experience outstanding. The service was amazing, food was 10/10. We had the Jumbo Crab cake(MUST HAVE) King Crab legs, Cripsy Salmon cooked to perfection as well as the signature Beef Wellington. I could've died after this meal and been totally satisfied hahaha. Definitely going back soon. Love this place.

    My husband and I had an amazing dinner! The French Onion Soup was spectacularly rich. The crispy salmon presented beautifully and had a wonderful buttery texture. The signature Wellington is worth every penny. The filet melts in your mouth. Encrusted in a flaky shell and lined with wild mushroom pate, the slight acidity of the mustard creates a perfect blend of flavors and textures. It will be difficult, but save room for the Toffee Pudding. Spectacular!

    The food was excellent. This was the best meal we had on our trip. The service was top-notch also. We had a wonderful time. Nice portion sizes. We will go back on our next trip.

    Great service and great food! Cat sat us and she was so conversational on the way to our table. She made us feel very welcomed. Our server, Autumn, was exceptional. I cannot say enough great things from her recommendations to her attention to detail-fantastic! The food was phenomenal as well.

    The restaurant was extremely loud. The risotto was crunchy and under cooked. There were no vegetables available for the meal. It didn't live up to the expectation or price point.

    7:15 pm reservation for two on Saturday March 11, arrived 7:05 pm, seated 7:30 pm. Ordered a glass of cab and chardonnay. Both were fresh and good. Onion soup and caesar salad arrived promptly. The soup was hot and tasty. Came with a very large crouton which was also tasty, but very difficult to deal with because of its size. The salad was very good. Entrees were beef wellington and pan-seared scallops. The scallops were not seared well. One side had the faintest color possible, the other no sear whatsoever. The scallops were cooked through (or I would have sent them back). Have had (and cooked myself) much better. They came with house-cured pork belly. I am not very familiar with pork belly. It had a very nice flavor but was so tough, I could not really eat it. The wellington was cooked perfectly medium-rare. It was tender, but just lacked something the demi-glace was very sweet, too sweet actually. For $70, there is much better beef to be had in Vegas. We added mac and cheese to our meals, and it was okay. Nothing more, nothing less. Our server asked, and we informed her that it was in fact our wedding anniversary, so she brought us out a complimentary sticky toffee pudding to share. We had already decided not to have dessert, but this was a very thoughtful gesture and we are glad it was offered, because the pudding was the star of the meal, by far. The dessert was delicious. Honestly, we were disappointed with the meal. Ramsay's is not inexpensive, and we have eaten at several of his restaurants in the past, including his wonderful restaurant in Bourdeaux. We realize that this is a fairly new restaurant (I think less than six months), but it was a letdown. Cannot recommend it at this point.

    We decided to dine here as it was close to the show, Donny Osmond, and my mom and I are big fans of Gordon Ramsay’s food. It was all amazing, food and drink, and happened to meet Donny Osmond too! Highly recommend!

    Entire party had steak both were done to perfection. Service was perfect. Would highly recommend. Only oddity was no bake potato to pair with the ribeye but other sides were delicious

    Ordered a wonderful meal with my wife and I. I ordered rare steak and scallops. What came out was a medium cooked steak. Now, I’m not one to complain, but for what I paid for the steak it would be exactly how I liked it cooked. My waiter was fabulous and I didn’t want to send my steak back. I’m perfectly fine with what I had in front of me even though it was over cooked. Back to my waiter, he was great and made things right by comping our dessert.

    Excellent experience at Ramsay’s Kitchen! Wonderful service and very tasty food. We got seated down by the kitchen and it was a pleasure to see the machine at work! Everyone knew their roles and executed those roles perfectly. Attention to detail was top notch! I’d highly recommend to anyone!

    Cannot recommend highly enough! It’s hard to believe that there would be anything disappointing on the menu, but you SHOULD get the Beef Wellington! Staff was highly efficient while excellent polite and friendly. They seem to enjoy their jobs. Cocktails are pricey, but worth every penny for the care put into them.     I feel that the scallops were overpriced. I realize this is a high-end restaurant, but 3 scallops for $45 is a bit much.
