Great time, date night, wife and I enjoyed our time their. The waitress was on top of everything.
Food was great, my wife and I agreed our steak wasn't the best, but everything else was on point.

Fantastic service and they did a great job seating tables so that we didn’t have anyone right next to us even though the place was full. Not to mention the food was top notch.

Ambience is great and food is lovely too. Service could have been a little better by leaving more time between courses and generally being a little more attentive.

Food was ok. Servers need to work on being more personable when explaining the food and drink menu. It felt rehearsed. Food was ok. No wow factor. The ambiance and service were excellent besides those critiques

I decided to propose to my girlfriend here and I can’t say enough about how great the staff was! I think every staff member congratulated us. They truly made it a special event and we will be returning for life!

Steaks were surprisingly bland. My ribeye and my wife’s filet so not just a fluke. Another member of the party had the swordfish which they said was excellent.

What an amazing experience! We booked a datenight weekend in Baltimore and were treated like royalty at the Chop House. They seated us front and center at the restaurant, we had ample room and couldn't hear anyone else's conversation but our own. We were offered a sommelier who helped us pair an exquisite zin. We never felt rushed to leave and were attended to like something out of a dream--they didn't hover over us but were always there when you needed them. I think this experience helped rekindle our marriage. Thank you so much for this magical experience. We left with smiles in our hearts and on our faces.

Went separately to bar and restaurant for lunch and dinner. Overall ambiance and decor rich and lush throughout. Bar menu limited, but when asked if they could do a different salad we got the full lunch service menu and found exactly what we needed. Tried both signature drinks and some old favorites and nothing disappointed.
At dinner seated in wonderful corner that suited two very well to be beside each other and have a wonderful view. Wait staff was appropriately attentive and guided us on a great way to enjoy the offerings - split and appetizer or salad, split a pasta course, then each our own main for which we did choose steaks. Ribeye at mid-rare was perfect, Filet at mid-rare was unfortunately dry. Mushrooms were a fantastic side. Wish they had a mash style of potato but the rustic fingerling potato was really good if you like that style. For dessert they accommodated a request for a chocolate chip cookie which is on the room service menu, but not the main. That and the Bombolini (doughnut) were an excellent finish.

Food was delicious, service was outstanding. It was a bit noisy for my hard of hearing parents and the large round tables make it nearly impossible to talk to the person opposite you. Food was expensive but overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back for another special occasion.

For a romantic evening out this restaurant was a great experience providing incredible service that complemented the top notch food. The suggestion of the three course to share was a perfect portion and wine pairing greatly complemented the food.

Checking out the hotel for future meeting venue. Did not tell staff.

Simply a great experience. Excellent service, good menu and great presentation.

The room is huge, warm and delightfully sound subdued. Well done.

One request passed to manager- my spouse enjoys the view of the room. This means she was seated against the wall on the “bench” seat. Please consider a cushion available for smaller of stature. Otherwise the bench is too low for comfortable dining.

The $28 dollar valet parking fee should have been built into the already expensive meal prices. Our server was pleasant but could have used more training. timing of the courses was not good. Food was very good; but not great. Prices were for a premium dining experience. Unfortunately, this was not a premium dining experience.

Improperly aged steak, noisy dining room, mostly self-impressed, forgetful servers.
An architecturally beautiful place, worth a walk-through, a drink, not a meal.

We were celebrating a significant birthday. This was on the Sunday following Valentine's Day. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. We started with appetizers that were very good. But we were repeatedly told by the server that the restaurant had run out of things including the rib eye, the rustic potatoes, the arugula salad, and bananas. In fact, the server had the nerve to recommend the tomahawk steak ($125) that serves up to three people for my husband to substitute for the rib eye he had wanted. WHAT???? For this expensive of a restaurant, could someone not have gone to buy more of these? VERY DISAPPOINTING! Not a single manager stopped by to apologize or offer suggestions. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. EVER!

Overall dinner was nice however most of the menu items were sold out. 3 menu items and 1 of our appetizers were gone by the time we were ready to order. We were celebrating 2 birthdays in our party myself included. So it was a little disappointing that everything I ordered was sold out.

Entrees took 90 minutes to arrive. Tables were so close the couple dining next to us has to physically move their table in order to get up. The steak was cooked beautifully and very tender but not seasoned. It was a good meal but not spectacular.

Place is very nice, but somewhat noisy. Food was mediocre, steaks were over cooked, and the arugula salad was not edible. The waitress said she would take care of the salad but charged us anyway. Considering the price, not a great value, wouldn’t recommend given other options in the area/price range.

Great setting - one of my favorites places to visit - atmosphere is authentic - food was GREAT! I will be visiting again - went for brunch parking was a little tight though I would recommend the valet just to simplify the experience - I actually bought my wife a mini MOET bottle from the vending machine lol great added feature! 5 Star experience :) a Baltimore GEM!

This was our second visit. We loved everything about it from the managers/host (AC) to our server...the food...fabulous! We were early so we sat at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere has high-energy without being too loud. The restaurant was conveniently located around the corner from our hotel. We will come back the next time we are in Baltimore!
