We offer fresh and delicious sushi along with homemade Thai food and an eclectic mix of select Asian items. We are casual, and located one block off of Washington St in downtown Middleburg. Our food is amazing because we make our sauces from scratch, everything from the vinegar for the sushi rice to the Pad Thai sauce and curries. We are three Thai sisters, and we love what we do!

Quality of the food was great. However multiple orders were messed up (requests not implemented).We were a large party which did make it more difficult but multiple customizations were missed and several rolls did not even come out. Rolls had toppings and sauces that were not described in the menu. Probably good to go if you are not a picky eater and a small party.

Bad bad.... fried calamari taste like it had been fried and 10 year old grease. It was hard like deep fried calamari, not tempura style the sashimi was not fresh at all. The chicken teriyaki bento box was a waste of time and money. The chicken and pork pork dumplings for fair drinks were good. Service was OK but if you looking for a good dining experience, avoid this place.

Excellent food!! Very nice people, although there wasn’t a recognition of our being seated as we waited about 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. We would definitely return, however, as they are good souls and their sushi was fabulous!

We were visiting the area and felt for sushi. I must say that the chicken massaman that I had is one of the best I’ve ever had! If I didn’t live 3 hours away this would become my go to Thai restaurant! The next time I’m in the area I will definitely come back to Red Bar.

This is our go to sushi place. The service and food is always outstanding. The outdoor patio is a beautiful place to have a drink, some warm Thai, or fresh sushi. We have done takeout sushi from here as well and love it every time.

Always great food and great service! It’s a small place, and it can get loud when full, so if noise bothers you, outside seating might be something to consider. But we love BTKitchen!

Horrible dining experience. Food came out all wrong. White wine was served warm. They forgot our sushi orders and wine and when we reminded them they came back out with a completely different order of sushi so we had to send back again. Never got the wine but they charged me for it. There are also no cocktails (no liquor license). They finally got the right orders of sushi when we had finished our entrees. Service was overall terrible and there were no apologies for the wrong orders or delay. Thai food was ok but have had better in ashburn. We wont be coming back. At the end of the night, they basically yelled at everyone to leave vs politely saying they were ready to close up. Save your money and go anywhere else. Everything was overpriced too especially the appetizers.

We had a lovely lunch here and we were so pleasantly surprised to find a great Thai/sushi place in Middleburg! We enjoyed the rolls, Bento box, Massaman curry and Pad Thai! Everything tasted delicious and of good quality. Our server was also lovely but I did not catch her name. Cute little plaice that is not on a main road in Middleburg. We enjoyed it and will be back! Thank you for great food and pleasant environment!
