   My grandsons love the burgers and so do I. They're a little pricey but worth the trip once in awhile. The waiter was fast and friendly. Makes a great treat for young adults.

   Arrived on time and seated immediately at 5.45 pm. Party of 5 were comfortable in a booth. Server Josiah was excellent. Calamari was not identifiable as calamari. Salmon, KC strip, and coconut coated chicken salad were delicious and worth the money. Only problem was the noise level - I couldn’t hear the person in the corner seat. We exited faster than we would normally due to the noise level.

   The food was really good and the staff was attentive. The only suggestion I have is that I mentioned it was my anniversary on the reservation and nobody brought it up to my wife or I during our meal.

   Showed up on time for a reservation at 1:00 on mother's day. wanted a low key brunch. after not seeing a server for 25 minutes, we finally saw one and she told us that the kitchen was backed up and once we put in our order it would be an hour for food. I'm sorry----getting food 1:25 after you arrive is just ridiculous. We love red door and go their often and the place usually overdelivers, but the last couple of Sunday afternoons it's been a hot mess there. Hate to bash the place and I'll go back but given the effect on Mother's day, gotta let the world know. I'd expect a manager on duty would have come by, but honestly I'm not sure there was a manager there. very disappointing. I'm sure they'll rebound, but to have a reso on a holiday and get told we might as well leave (nowhere to go, mind you). poor

   The food was fine, but the speed of service was horrible. Took us 45 minutes to get food, never refilled our drinks, etc. put 7 people in a booth that felt too small.

    Consistent quality in both food and service has made this a frequent stop among our restaurant outings. I’d prefer more vegetarian and fish options, and someday they will add these items (which will increase our attendance even more)

    Early Mother’s Day brunch with our children ages 17,15 and 11 and our parents. Loud rock music playing at 1030 on a Sunday, slow service, marginal food, server not professional and did not anticipate needs, offer refills, etc…Not the same Red Door we loved in the past!

    Everything was great. Menu, atmosphere, server did a great job answering questions, food and drinks came out fast. Food was delicious and hot. We had a reservation and they were totally ready for us and seated us immediately. Gluten free menu is a bit short on offerings. My only criticism. We had a great time.

    Our server, Aaron, was amazing! Very friendly and personable. He was a great help with recommendations for cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert. We will definitely ask to sit in Aaron’s section the next time we go to Red Door.

    What started out to be a bad experience turned out for good!! I made reservations for Easter. The experience started off very bad for my first time at this restaurant. When I arrived for my 2:30pm reservation; we were NEVER greeted. There was not a host in sight, when we entered. Two waitresses walked by without acknowledging we were present and waiting. The bartender walk up to the hostess station picked up a tablet or something and walked off! She did not look at us or acknowledge our presence. My husband walked over to the bartender and asked her could she or someone help us and she kept her back to my husband and cut him off while speaking and said, "someone will be with you in a moment", before he could get out his entire request.!!! RUDE!! Someone finally arrived to seat us and I told her how very rude it was for staff to walk by without acknowledging the fact that we were standing there being totally ignored. Two managers can by to apologize and were very accommodating and apologized for the staffs behavior. They continued to serve us, we finally got a waitress that was kind and the food turned out to be pretty good. So all was well and ended well!! I hope to have a better greeting next time upon entering! However, Yes I would recommend the food at this location. Best,

    Visited Red Door following Easter service. No special menu. Service was attentive and friendly. Drinks were good with some fun variety! Food was just so so- not impressed with any of it. Nothing was outstanding- in fact 3 stars for food was probably generous. Definitely don’t do ‘the trucker breakfast’ - even that name sounds gross but it’s the name of their traditional breakfast. Beignets are good but really small for serving , but perhaps I am measuring compared to what you can get in New Orleans for considerably less money. Atmosphere is nice - not too loud as some restaurants become during busy days.

    Amazing food. Probably some of the best American food I’ve ever had in my life. I’m usually pretty picky, but everything put in front of me was some of the tastiest food I’ve had in my life. Probably my new favorite burger I’ve ever had was the Sweet Cheeses. Be sure to try the pretzel bites and use the dip. Heavenly experience. My gf and I loved it

    The service was poor. Service tried to deliver food to our table before we ordered. My mom ordered Brussel sprouts and received cole slaw. The servers were confused when they brought out our food. My sandwich was delivered much later to the table next to us. The breakfast sandwich had too much bread. We made reservations. The restaurant was not busy but we were seated right next to another large party. OP much better.
