Enjoyed today's dinning experience. The meal was well prepared, and I'm appreciating the consistency in meal preparation...I ordered the Ultimate Fiest and it tastes amazing as always. On the top of my list of favorite seafood restaurant options!!!

We went for a nice dinner. The server was very pleasant. Imagine my surprise when we got home and found that we had been charged for playing a game. We are in our 70’s and the only time we touched the device was to pay the bill. We were told that this happens quite often. Not a good practice.

We had a good fresh meal, but the food was a little salty to my taste. Our server was fantastic! She was very hard working, explained everything on the menu, had great follow-up skills and all with a big happy smile. The restaurant was noisy as a group of younger children was screaming and running around the restaurant as their parents looked bright eyes at their wonderful children. I understand children have energy but parents need to understand that some control is necessary when they are in public shared spaces. Be aware that a video pad is left on your table so that you can play games, check your bill etc. There is a charge of $2.50 for usage. We honestly didn't see anywhere that explained there would be a charge but we did have fun playing trivia and go fish as we waited for our food.

The food was great ... loved their lobster dishes and cocktails. Their overall service level is inconsistent as my recent visits were not as good. The seafood mix tasted oily and unseasoned. I hope my next visit will be better.

Lovely food and great service by Alex (who showed us to our table and gave us recommendations on food and drinks) and Sally (who took our orders and served us our food). Great ambience, and I hope to go there again!

Everything was amazing... food, Mark's service, the waiting, ambiance... however since we came to dine late, I guess they started cleaning up the area where we were seated, literally sweeping around the chairs and tables next to ours while the guy was talking to himself saying "God, why do people ask for water and not drink it?!" Haha, it pressured me to finish my water after chugging 2 tall glasses of lobster ceasar 😅😅😅 The price match the food quality.

The food and servers is great. However the inability to make reservations creates huge lineups, long wait times, and crowds in the wait area and outside. It also means people get impatient and harass the staff. People wait in their cars which means there is no parking. Best come on off days and off hours, avoid weekends.

Jason was amazing. Food was great. We ran into a personal mishap (accidentally left my purse at my workplace in Mississauga and had to drive back) but called them to let them know we'll be late. They we're able to accommodate and gave us a good seat location. We'll be back again. Thank you very much!

The entire dinner out was terrible from the beginning. The service was incredibly slow, one of our drinks was wrong, we never got our refill of bread. Then when our food arrived I was given the completely wrong order. The waiter brought it back to the kitchen and immediately brought out my order so we assumed he just picked up the wrong plate. However, when given our bill (20 minutes after asking for it) I was charged for the incorrect order that was $40.99 instead of my $26.99 plate. Half of the bill had already been paid when we realized the issue. The waiter needed the manager to rectify the issue. After waiting 15-20 more minutes the manager returned with a new bill and total, but it included the tip that had been left on the first half. I am not paying half a total that includes the tip. I explained this to them and off they went again. This time I had to get up and find them because I was not waiting any longer. The manager tried to give me the original bill back and said “it’s simple you just pay half of this”. I explained again the issue was not with splitting the bill in half. The issue was the incorrect items on the bill that made the total a lot more than what it should have been. Finally after more than 45 minutes of waiting the waiter told us just to leave and not worry about the other half of the bill. I thought that was a great solution for our inconvenience, but it should have never taken that long and no one even apologized once for the issues. I will not be returning. This location is very outdated and the service and food has gone very down in quality. You can get much better seafood for the same if not cheaper at higher end restaurants.

Maybe it was just because it was our first time eating out in over two years but I must say the food eating in was better then I remembered. My green beans were overcooked (which I was disappointed about but the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo helped me get over that quickly! ) The server seemed too distracted most of the time, we had to spend alot of time trying to get her attention when we needed something (butter/lemon/ biscuits). Although I listed my mom's birthday as the occasion when using this app to get on the wait list, I also told the server when we arrived that it was my mom's birthday & she told me she would bring her a dessert but instead ended up telling us how to pay our bill on the new ANNOYING tablets on the table, then brought us take out containers & bags without mentioning anything about my mother's birthday dessert. I had to ask for it again & my mother felt silly when all the food was packed up on the table & we had paid the bill (feeling like we were being sent on our way) before the ice cream was brought for her. The silly thing is it really wasn't busy and the server was wandering around aimlessly most of the time we were trying to get her attention. As many staff as we saw there, none came by us in the centre of the room and no one seemed very friendly except the manager who helped bring our meals & the two hostess' at the front door when we were leaving. We have been going to this location since it opened & we only recognized one server. Perhaps they should consider having less new staff on the floor on the quieter days if it affects the service this much. On the upside, the food is much better eating in then the take out the last two years. And other then the green beans, the kitchen staff killed it! Oh & the new ANNOYING tablets? They are assigned to each table & ours was the wrong one so my sister wasted her time trying to figure out why we were seeing someone else's bill. We couldn't even put in our bill # to correct it.

We chose to dine at Red Lobster to get a break from staying in all week. However, we felt a little rushed after our order was placed. We ordered the "3 from the Sea" for two of our 4 orders. We also ordered an appetizer that arrived soon after the cheese biscuits. We were barely finished our appetizer and the main meal was already being served. We did not appreciate that.

Took the family out for dinner to celebrate my daughter getting a job. It really wasn’t as busy but we had to wait forever for drinks and food and had to get another server from another section to assist us. Not thrilled and food was cold by the time it got there.

We were regulars for years prior to the pandemic, unfortunately on this last visit we discovered the menu has changed and not for the better. Fresh fish is no longer on the offering and the prices have increased substantially. Red Lobster is No longer on our list for fresh seafood at a reasonable price. We will be looking elsewhere and can no longer recommend this spot. Its really too bad.

I’m not sure why Red Lobster has this option to book a time to come. I still had to wait for over an hour and half there. I think Open Table should not let them be able to use there service. It’s just a waste of time to be honest.

We waited about 15 minutes before we got seated, which was expected. We were greeted with kindness from the hostess or greeters at the entrance ( check-in) . Our server was the best and was very friendly! Our food was really good. We felt appreciated, which is something we don’t see a lot of these days. I hope having the same experience or better should we decided to go there and serve by the same individual or another person.
